Finding our Hearts.

 Finding our Hearts

Photo taken at Rufford Abbey UK.

Seeking, Searching, where do we begin?

Life times of debris beneath our skin

Digging, Delving, opening up old wounds

Peeling away shadows, expelling old fumes,

~~

Life times of hauntings, the nightmares that cling

Each layer we peel is not without its sting

Yet the deeper we go, the higher we rise

As we tare off the masks, revealing our true prize

~~

For when you find your centre, your true self

Its priceless, and more precious, this is true wealth

Life becomes so simple, and your head becomes so clear

When you let go of Lack, and release all of your fears

~~

Searching means exploring the power from within

Letting go of conditioning that began with original sin

The feminine is rising as the compassion and love expands

Embrace your brothers and sisters, extend a helping hand

~~

For the pain we see reflected are the revealing layers

Set to ignite Compassion through Unity and Prayers

So don’t let the Fear Divide us, for it weakens and controls

Reach deep into your hearts, Let Love be our Goal.

Your poem is like a tapestry that weaves itself into our consciousness for some as a reminder and for some as an awakening. Yes we must explore the old wounds as they are the ones that fester within and what festers within must come out at some point. You give people hope in your poem as well as this is an ingredient for healing which we all need. Thank you for this delight. Love the headless woman…not to make it sound like that but she is headless but what you see somehow is mysteriously obvious.

The truth of our reality and of the world. It is not what it seems and it takes courage to face it, but we must. Stay on track and stay at peace within…VK ❤

Lovely and timely poem, Sue. Just yesterday, about an hour north of us, there were 14 fires burning across 8 counties. It was horrific…lost homes, death, animals perishing, too. But, out of this horror came true kindness. People helped where they could, bringing supplies for the evacuation centers, offering their homes for others to stay, and so on. We couldn’t go there, but we donated to a cause that made trips with supplies – our little helping hand. So, amidst the terror, the sorrow, the suffering, Love does prevail, and so it truly should. Hugs, my friend 💕

I’m detecting nodes of “Conversations with God” and “Spirit Science” in this beautiful poem. And overtones of the feminine rising. I was speaking with a beautiful soul at the conference I was at this past weekend and she spoke of “these hard times are creating an opening for the light.”
Like the hope your poem portrays, I hold this as truth: the dark times can make us stronger – also echoed in the “layers” mentioned in your poem. Once those layers are peeled away, as you said, our truest forms emerge.
What an incredible poem sweet friend! Sending you hugs! xoxo

Many thanks dearest Cyndi.. And yes, we are works in progress..
And I am honoured that my words reminded you of such wonderful Authors words.. What a compliment..
So much of what is happening now is creating us to think deeper, and go within, bringing in that Unity Consciousness to hold out our hands in helping others.. I am always saying it is always darkest before the dawn light.. And while we may not think so, Our world has to go through such peeling of painful layers we have all accumulated in our past lives in order that we transcend into our new vibration..
It is what each of us want to experience.. and if we hang onto the fear, and the turmoil, then that is what will be our experience.. But if we hold love, compassion, show kindness, tolerance and embrace all as equal and understand we are All of us one, Understanding what we think and do not only affects others but ultimately, because it is energy, it comes back around to us..
I know which energy I am wanting to create.. And so I have to peel off, dig out that which no longer serves..
This is what the world is doing on a larger scale.. As we see society rebelling, As it breaks away trying to find its own identity again.. A painful process to witness as it seems we continually go around in circles.. And never seem to learn the consequences of our actions..
Many thanks dear Cynthia… I seriously have to catch up with your posts too xxx ❤ Much Love xxx

“Life times of hauntings, the nightmares that cling
Each layer we peel is not without its sting
Yet the deeper we go, the higher we rise”…

These verses truly resonated with me… Sometimes we really need to go deep into ourselves to understand things and that´s when we rise, for sure… There is something probably related to redemption and even forgiveness when we do this. And finally things seem to make more sense, like pieces of a puzzle that fall into place. Sometimes, time helps us clarify things too… And maybe with Time we can get back to “unsolved” issues as well. A fresh new approach.
I love your writing… Very enlightening, as always dear Sue… Hugs across the miles. Have a great weekend ahead!!!!

I think Aquileana we are all like those small pieces of the puzzle.. Each of us coming together, with our own particular colours and pattern.. Seeking each other out testing to see if we match and fit together..
When the world finally fills in its straight edges.. The Middle/ The Heart will soon come together.. And we then all will see the final picture..
Many thanks for your kind words my friend.. I always enjoy your visits.. Love and Blessings to you.. Sue ❤

Yes Sue, the dust of our daily life and rust of our prolonged life span gets our heart behave differently and we start wondering what has gone wrong with us and we were not the same person few years back but our our heart was the same what has changed that we behave in such erratic and reckless manner, the pressure, the stress, the expectations and the agony of life is taking a big toll on our heart.

We are always not in a position to share our pain and relieve ourselves from the cacophony of life that keeps piling on us. That shows as we age in life. We may physically grow but how much we have spiritually grown is the bigger question that haunts us. How lovely it would have been if we all had an automatic mode where we can exit our wounds that keeps haunting us and makes us over burdened to sustain our normal life itself.

We are seekers of knowledge and wisdom and we are constantly in search of solution to our problems and we are on the quest to quench our thirst to unearth our life and the mystery of life is deeply ensconced in the cocoons of our tender heart and we keep hitting at the tenderness and there is so much anguish in the tussle and we really don’t know how to let it go and get going in life…poems have that power to pitch the message in a manner that is moving and lifting our soul, and this was as always caresses that finer aspect of our emotions.

Thank you dear Sue as always with such touching piece of thought.
    Have a wonderful weekend!!!

Always a pleasure coming here and taking away so much of wisdom and nuances of life’s learning from you that puts me in a state of profound contemplation, and I enjoy being in that zone and thanks so much dear Sue for providing that inspiration.
Taking break from this digital space is much more important than doing what we are doing when we are in this place…being away from computer is essential to stimulate our unknowingly staled thoughts which is largely credited to over indulgence in this digital space away from nature and self.

Dear Sue, take your time and spend more with the beauty of nature and I feel more happy seeing you in the midst of nature.

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love... May we each spread our Lights around our World....Sue Dreamwalker
