Awakening to Truth.

Why Our Thoughts Matter:

Our World has always been a learning ground of duality from as far back as we can remember, or our history books teach us.. Conflict, Divisions, War, along with Empires have come and gone, and Millions of people around our world have suffered as a consequence.

We have been pitted against each other from time immemorial. We have relinquished our Sovereignty and freedoms little by little, as we have allowed others to rule, govern, and manipulate because some have deemed it upon themselves to Control and tell us what to do. Along with how to act, what to wear, and how to think and speak..

Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality.

Its so easy to let our thoughts carry us away, as we get swept up in the narratives projected out by the selected few. In fact it’s so easy, that’s exactly what has happened to our thoughts over the years. We have been carried away. We’ve allowed ourselves to be influenced , hypnotically so into a world of commercialism, division and false reality.

There are so many crisis’s around the world right now. Many people injured, dying, and mentally being damaged. Many not being reported on in the media, because all eyes are focused on War… Well dear readers, we are all of us whether we realise it or not engaged at this time in a Spiritual Battle, Larger than any war that has ever taken place in our life time. And we are all being manipulated within it, for to divide, is to conquer…

It is why we feel at times so isolated and confused. Its all part of this battle to keep us feeling helpless and afraid. So, its not surprising that at times we feel overwhelmed and insignificant, and that how can we, a small voice, ever make a difference to the mess this world we have helped create.

Around the world we are beginning to see the Dominos begin to fall. Leaders being called out to tell the truth, as their integrity is shown to fail…. And as they fall, more will begin to topple over. People are now waking up to deceit and lies and even though many are as yet not fully aware of what has been perpetrated within this battle. Those perpetrators will at some point have to face the consequences of their actions. It is not up to us to judge, yet when such crimes become visible it will be hard not to.

Many know deep within them something is not right, and hasn’t been right for a long, long, while. And people are beginning to question, and stand in their own power as we each remember who we are. For Now is our time to shine our own Truth in the world. And the Truth will set you free…. We hear that said so many times…

But What is Truth? but our Perception of Events and circumstances. Given our knowledge at the time. My Truth maybe different from your Truth. But I feel obligated to speaking my truth and being truthful and honest with myself and others. We need integrity and honesty along with transparency, especially by those who take it upon themselves to call themselves leaders of society, with whom we have placed them in positions of trust. .

If The Light of Truth Hurts, Its because your eyes have become accustomed to the Darkness.

Have Faith, Faith will Move Mountains:

And I think at last I understand those words more fully. I look at Nature and Nature never gives up, never feels helpless and lost, she never gives up. Nature just carries on choosing to grow and evolve.

I’ve come to understand we are coming together now at an even faster speed. We are finding our Soul-tribes of like minded people.. We are no longer those separate pieces of this giant jig-saw puzzle. We are coming together and our  Like-minds are slotting together. We are those ‘Rainbow Warriors’ from all creeds, all colours, and all walks of life.

We may appear separate, like lone domino pieces. But more and more of us are standing together, side by side in like minded thought. And like that 100th Monkey, when enough of us Let Go and see we each of us can change the world with the choices we make everyday as we merge together, we then join collectively to bring about Change. Then we create that Domino Effect which will send ripples out around the world.

Its time to end commercialism of greed and profit, we all know who these Big Boys are. We need Co-operation for the survival of the world, we need to pull together. Because lets make no mistake unless we don’t Let Go of the way most of us are all living at the moment then we are not going to have much of a future. Our future is what we make it for we are creating our very future right now by our thoughts and actions…

The Future is in our hands, The Choice is up to each and everyone of us.

When WE Change- The World Changes  

But we have to start living from our Hearts, and learn to live once again in harmony and balance with Nature and our environment.

Where do we go from here? is our Choice and we need to seriously take a look at ourselves and our ways of living. Everyday we have the power within us to either help or hinder our progress with the Choices we make…

And we have to take responsibility for those choices.. For the choices we all make now will affect our future..

Each of us now must look Deep Within and See that collectively we CAN have a huge impact to tip the scales. We can either Fall one way, or the other..

The Domino Effect We Have on Each Other.

The post below I wrote back in 2013, I recently read it again and so many things parallel my thoughts of today. The words are unedited except to highlight a few. And to add a meme, and the video embedded I brought to life, which I hope you watch and read the words… Very Meaningful right now.. For we are ALL of us RAINBOW WARRIORS standing in our Truth shining our Lights.. This post I was guided to re- read after waking up from a dream a while back. In which I was directed to look at the post as my dream involved some prophetic words of guidance. It has sat within my drafts for a while now.. But NOW is the time it feels right to place this one more piece… As my last post touched upon the Games we play in life…. Now we need to understand each of us affect the other… just like dominos when we line them up and push…. We each affect each other.. And as my About Me on my logo says:

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others

As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain.

Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward..

I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together…

ALL of us are connected… All are now standing in our lines,/ Time Lines… paying attention, and we are all about to see the Dominoes begin to be pushed over one way or another… Some that begin to fall, will set the ripple effect in motion.. And do not be surprised if you find new information that has not been made public knowledge about to spill as those dominoes fall.. It is now time to Stand up, or be toppled over!. Sending you all LOVE and Light dear WordPress Family… The Truth Will always set us Free.. And now dear Family of Light BE-ings is our Time to UNITE and Shine our Light into the World as we expose the layers of darkness which have been kept hidden from us.. Hold firm.. Another Cup of Camomile tea,  as I try to sift through the many thoughts which run through my mind. Maybe that’s half my trouble on these sleepless nights, as one thought runs into another.

Its so easy to let our thoughts carry us away. In fact it’s so easy that’s exactly what has happened to our thoughts over the years. We have been carried away.

We’ve allowed ourselves to be influenced , hypnotically so, into a world of commercialism and false reality.

It’s not often I settle down to watch TV. But when I do those commercial breaks just so bug me, as I feel myself welling up inside at how gullible we are manipulated. I say to myself “Stop it, just let it go”. Letting Go is easily said, and yet so hard at times to achieve with what ever we are faced with in letting go of.

There are so many crisis’s around the world right now, its not surprising that at times we feel overwhelmed and insignificant.

I look at the state of the world it is in, and its seems that as individuals we can’t possibly make any difference to the Mess we have now made.

And then even as I pen these words in my journal, I look to my paintings of the Angels I painted upon my wall, and the words echo inside my head.

“ Have Faith, Faith Can Move Mountains “

And I think at last I understand those words more fully. I look at Nature and Nature never gives up, never feels helpless and lost, she never gives up. Nature just carries on choosing to grow and evolve.

A Different Perspective

Depending upon where we are standing in our lives we each of us are looking out from our own vantage point on life. I was looking out of my window the other day at the blossoms on the shrubs and admiring them. I was watching the blackbird gather worms from the lawn to fly back into the bushes to feed his young, when I thought what life from their perspective view point would be like. As they fly backwards and forwards across our garden.

I was in the allotments planting Peas yesterday and Swedes seeds, and unearthed many beetles and spiders as I disturbed their homes.. What a traumatic upheaval for them as their world was destroyed by my digging. And how indifferent we can seem about their plight!

Seeing the world from another perspective, whether spiritually or mentally, can introduce you to all sorts of hidden treasures. How we react to Insects is an example, as we often hold the fear our parents passed down to us, (and how many more views we hold onto which is passed down  via our upbringing) that is why I try to teach my now 4 yr old Granddaughter not to fear spiders, insects and caterpillars.. And teach her everything has a right to Life, that we are all of us part of a huge chain that interlinks with one another.

 

Spiders may seem to some fearsome, ugly, and frightening, And yet they manage to weave something so beautiful we could never hope to create, and there is nothing more beautiful than catching a spiders web in the morning light full of dew

There may be at times experiences in life that from your vantage point may seem worrying, confusing and terrifying, we have all been there at some point. Or there may be events that look insignificant from where you are standing right now.

Whatever perspective we view our world from; it’s often good practice to see another’s point of view. Humankind is most often presented as a story about struggle, control, and survival, instead of one of trust and collaboration with the universe. So we grow up believing we must compete instead of co-operate

There are plenty of things that we cannot control, no matter how hard we try. But we can live by our values, which allow us to become a positive source of inspiration for others.

We may not be able to help those in far off places whose lives are a struggle, with conflict and war, or who are adrift in the ocean seeking refuge from the traumas of their own countries, But by simply being yourself, you can help the people in your life see how one person can make a difference by being a living example of consciousness. And we do that by recognizing and acknowledging the inherent value in everyone you encounter. Be it a Human or Insect.. Sometimes, the easiest way to encourage people – even challenging ones – to respect others is to respect them first.

The interconnectedness of all living beings using concrete, everyday examples. Many people are unaware of how their actions affect the world and are intrigued when they learn of the power they hold.

We each of us have that POWER, and we can do that by our own actions and intentions.. We do it by embracing the Positive, encouraging Peace and Tolerance and not allowing ourselves to get caught within the traps being set by Fear..

Feeling Excited and Ready

Another sleepless couple of hours, so I went to make myself a drink of camomile tea, then wandered over to my bookshelves in the spare bedroom and ran my hands over the spines of the many books I’ve read and half read.

My intuition leads my hand to pull out a book in the semi darkness, as the only light on is from the landing. I take the book and flick through the pages as I settle back in bed to drink my tea.

The Book is entitled “ When Everything Changes, Change Everything” by Neale Donald Walsch, a book about the very nature of change and how life itself works, it reveals why change happens and speaks of the many changes we are each experiencing and seeing occurring and how we can change our experience through altering our perception of change. Which many now are doing.

So imagine my smile as I flicked through this book I had first read when it was first published in 2010 as the very page it flicked open at was page 206.

This is the sentence that Jumped off the page at me.

F-E-A-R= Feeling Excited And Ready

When this sentence jumped out at me this was answering my own wakeful thoughts, as many things about our planet and changes had been running through my mind as I tossed in my sleepless night.

I closed the book as I felt I needed to write, so I picked up my Pen and my Journal and before you now are the words I wrote.

We all of us fear changes. Change can feel chaotic because we Fear the unknown.

We are all of us now treading in uncharted waters as to these Earth Changes, and many of us are ‘Fearing’ because change is now starting to have an effect. We see the changes taking place in our society, our Towns and Cities, life no longer feeling safe and secure. Many who are facing job losses and loosing homes that are facing hard times perhaps for the first time in their lives.

We are feeling something is changing, we sense ‘Time’ running faster, we See the Weather patterns changing, and we are now more aware of the scale of our Global Climate changes which are having huge knock on consequences to our Natural World and Animal kingdom.

Our Western World had enjoyed in the last 5 decades growth and prosperity. But it’s very true you know what they say about everything being ‘circular in motion’. “What goes around comes around” is one of my favourite sayings.

We see how we have through the centuries exploited, ruled, governed other nations, none more so than Great Britain, who now is no longer Great and no longer is Rule Britannia. And no longer a British Empire.

I see how our industries have gone overseas again in the bid to exploit cheap labour and now those countries which were once classed poor are climbing the spiral as they well deserve to prosper while we decline back down the other side… Such is the Circular Motion.

So what has this to do with why that sentence made me smile and want to write about it.

For those who read my post regular, you will know I am always going on about Energy. Energy is circular in motion. Energy transforms, it cannot be destroyed.. And it returns to the point of origin. ‘What goes around comes around’ Our very thoughts are energy based, What we Think we Create

I thought about the energy I put out when I put together my poem. Fragility of Life and saw how many also see and fear the future we are creating. And it bothered me, because you see I too have had visions of our future and I’m only human, that’s why I’m here, to learn and grow by experiencing my fears and joys.

So when F-E-A-R=Feeling Excited And Ready, jumped from the page I smiled. Because I know I am an Eternal Being, here to experience these Changing Times. So whatever they bring I know I chose to experience them. And I also know Collectively we have come to share in that same experience.

I can worry about the future, or I can live in my Power of Now and change my perception and enjoy every moment and Feel Excited And Ready, because WE CREATE our reality through our Thoughts and Perceptions.

So  lets Change our thoughts and let’s stop Fearing FEAR and let’s start and get Excited and Ready and Enjoy Living.. And now I’m Feeling Excited and Ready for Sleep!.

I give you a ROSE of LIFE.

Over the past few weeks I have beat myself up. Told myself off, and tried to justify why I have felt tired, depressed and low on self esteem. I am a person who gives 100% most of the time. And I expect others to also give 100% of themselves. But I forgot one basic thing..

That if we were all be the same it would serve us to learn nothing. For we have to have opposites in all things.. With the Good we must also experience the Bad.

Depending on what stage we are in our lives, we can sometimes feel like we ought to know more about who we are or how to live. We may even beat ourselves up for making the same mistakes, or for just not understanding why we go through the various mistakes we keep making. We wonder how our lives would be now, if only we had “known better.” During moments like these, it is important to remember that none of us are born with instruction manuals and that learning lessons is a lifelong journey. And that each of us only progress by learning through our mistakes!

And until we learn, the lessons keep on repeating.

Our being born is that we are here to observe, learn, and grow. Accompanying this is understanding that there will be mistakes and misadventures along the way. We must also realise that there are those who come to bring to us those irritations in life in order for us to learn and grow. So too our enemies in a way should be thanked, for they come to allow us to grow and progress. And so therefore are there any mistakes in life? 

While it is only natural that we may sometimes become overwhelmed, especially when the lessons keep coming, it is important to remember that learning to understand yourself and your world.

Every lesson is intended so you can become more aware of who you are. And as you grow through this self-discovery, you begin to create your own instruction manual. The "how’s" and "why’s" are yours to discover, and part of the beauty of being alive is that these rules are always changing as is the world.

Sometimes Discovery of Oneself comes with harsh lessons. And we become harsh task masters upon ourselves as we beat ourselves up for our mistakes.. But are they mistakes?……

Or are they the thorns that lead us up the beautiful stem of life to that perfectly formed Rose.

Valentines Day is the day many give their loved ones Roses. Next time you look at that Rose, take note of the Thorns. For the thorns of Life are there for a purpose, they allow us a choice to chose the smooth or rugged road..The Choice is always ours to make.. 

They show us that the purpose of learning compassion means someone has to suffer. It means that to learn to care, someone has to be in need of caring. It tells us that if we chose the path of the light.. there has to be also that Dark path.

So I give you a ROSE……. with all its thorns and lessons…….

Catching yourself isn’t Easy

Many of us now are going forward into this New Year making ourselves promises of how we are going to go forward into 2013. Reading through blogs and speaking to friends and family one thing is clear, that we need to change and become more positive in our lives.

We all of us have to tendency to worry and can get consumed by anxiety and foreboding when faced with changes in our lives.. I am no less different than anyone else as we all  like stability and certainties..

The News headlines around the world haven’t been too great either in the weeks leading up to the New Year and I for one often try to avoid the news haven’t escaped its entrapment of Fear Mongering as the uncertainties are emphasised.

So it is quite easy to fall into the trap of becoming embroiled within the struggles of many human souls around our globe as we empathise and share in their stories of difficult times..

We each of us no doubt have our own stories to tell of how life is seemingly to get a little tougher as the economical measures hit home.

For those who read my blogs regular you will also know I try to send out positive thoughts where ever possible.. I’m very good at keeping others spirits up, but often fall short as I Catch myself often falling into that frame of mind which allows me to plummet into my own Mountains out of Molehills… We each of us do it… and often before we know it, our thoughts have taken us on an adventure of a Saga which can be so out of proportion to reality.

Catching yourself isn’t Easy,but you know we are all of us Children upon this Earth, and each of us are subject to our physical limitations. And while I look up to many who set examples in life, I follow no Guru or teacher. For in my opinion we are all brothers and sisters travelling the same path towards infinite wisdom and love.

What I have learnt in life I hope to pass on to you, and what you learn in life you pass onto others. We each of us do the best we can with the knowledge we have gained and we can do no more.

This year I don’t want to make any promises or set any goals, I just want to be the best I can be and use the only gift that I have to share with you all.. The Gift of my Thoughts..

For once we understand the power of our thoughts and their affects in our lives, we can use our thoughts to shape our lives.

I am far from perfect and have made many mistakes which have caused much heartache..  But I hope that by ‘right thinking’ about those around us in right thought, we can go forward in love and unity.

We all of us worry don’t we over family, especially when they are not well.. We worry about infectious diseases such as the flu and colds, and the many germs that are around in the now virulent Viruses that seem to grow ever stronger over our immune systems.. But have you ever thought of the possibility of Infectious Thought Forces?

For if a person thinks in shallow, uncontrolled, undisciplined thought he/she then is more receptive to receiving more negative forces from the astral plane, which will likely form a ‘Thought-germ’ which infects his/her physical body holding him/her in the lower field of energy.. Depressing them and holding them in a Negative pattern.

I have physically seen thought forms which took shape which were sent to me in the Negative.

And by the same token I have also felt thought forms sent as healing as I have felt the warmth of their intent of love and light.

We all of us  have got into habits of thoughts revolving around Worry and the negativity.

In this New Year I hope to try and set your feet upon your own Journey of Discovery as you start to train yourselves in Thinking Positive and if I should catch myself Falling, I hope you will Lift me up.. And If I see you falling I hope to Catch you also.

Together with right Thinking  we help one another. With Constructive and seeing good in others we help to change the Consciousness of the World ..

We are told from those in Spirit that if we could see the harm we do to ourselves with our constant worrying we would soon choose not to hold onto such thoughts.

So for 2013 I ask that we each hold our heads up and square our shoulders and think constructively by rejecting Fear in all its forms, as we Look to create Rainbows as we Catch the Light..

Circle of Lightworkers Unite.

Now is the time to unite our thoughts in love and light.

I just want to thank all of you who have contributed to Dreamwalker’s Sanctuary.. Your comments are very much appreciated.

I May be absent for a few days, and cannot get around to moderating your most welcome comments, or get around to your own wonderful blogs… Please leave me your comments and I will get back to you as soon as possible.. And I will get around to visiting your own important posts as soon as I can..

I would just ask that each of you stay focused in love and light, Keeping your thoughts Positive, and please try not to get caught up in all the negative News which is replaying over and over…  But keep your hearts full of light and love..

I want to leave you with a poem that I wrote in 2007…. Know that the media plays its part in delivering much of our negativity into our lives.. I would as that you all be aware and understand our thoughts play a huge part in our Mass Consciousness of this Planet.. So please open your awareness to how we can be manipulated in our thinking and choose Only the Highest of thought vibrations of Love,Light and Joy… We are what we think!..

Has the world gone mad, gone mad today?

If you switch on your TV’s just what does it say?

Murder, Assassination, Benazia Bhutto was shot,

Can you tell me what’s happening, have we lost the plot?

Teenager with Gun goes out on the rampage,

Killing at random in ‘Shopping Mall Rage’.

Blood-curdling tales now reads the headlines

While cameras watch the most horrendous of crimes.

~

Has the world gone mad, gone mad today?

Can I tell you what I think, if I may?

We sit in our homes watching a box that is square

And much of the violence pours forth from there.

~

Spreading out tendrils for film stars and fame,

Beatings and killings and mind chilling games.

Our children sit glued memorised by its lure,

The X Box and Wii, can they ever be cured?

~

The violence is fed in the home from a spoon

Even cartoons for infants are filled with such gloom.

Have you ever wondered how different life would be?

If this little box beamed out Love to you and me.

~

Tales of joy not often does it tell,

Instead were kept fearful, with tales of more hell.

If I had my way shall I tell you what I’d do?

I would have a ‘Good News’ channel and beam it to all of you.

~

Showing all the good deeds and that many of us care.

And that Love and Compassion are out there to share.

If we didn’t have ‘the box’ or the film within a can.

Today we’d be no wiser as to what happened in Pakistan.

~

Its fine to have the news beamed live around our globe

But would our lives be any worst if we were never told?

So next time you reach out and grab at the remote,

Remember the good things, which bring a lump into your throat.

~

So try not to spread sad tales that add to the worlds gloom.

But share the happy times, make it shine and make it bloom.
