  I wish each and everyone of you Love and many thanks for the love you continue to share with me..

It matters not that I am a woman, what matters is what is in our hearts.

The Divine Feminine Energies entered our World in November 2012 to help strengthen and heal. Those energies carried empathy, nurturing, openness, and caring qualities. Which enabled the world to see from a higher perspective and the wider picture.

We all have both Feminine and Masculine Energies whether we are Male or Female 

May we all of us continue to nurture and care for each other and our Earth Mother Gaia continues through her own labour pains. Remember the world acts as a mirror and reflects back at us what needs fixing.

 What we think, is what we Create.

If the World is confused and in conflict it is because we are not aligning in Love.

Ask yourselves what energies we are engaging in.

Is it conflict, Anger, Judgement, Division?

Or is it Compassion, Caring, Love and Unity?

I found I was engaging in Anger and frustration which was affecting my physical body in the pain I was feeling in my muscles, as tension transferred from my Mental Body to my Physical Body. So I returned to my Spiritual Body for healing.

Many I know of are experiencing symptoms such as these.   Which is why I needed space to return to Nurturing my Body Mind and Spirit in the Love and Caring we all deserve.

Now is the Time to Heal and Mend.

This was not going to be my intended post for this weekend.. But seeing the various posts and the media attentions to the results of the USA’s Election results I thought to repost this poem I had posted earlier this year.  Sending you all Love and Peace..

My heart is sick of this sickness right now

Never to Fear will I bend or bow

How do we conquer the illness of the world?

That now infects us in each tragedy that unfurls

~~

I hold no weapon of hate in my aim

No longer do I point to hold blame

Yes, there is much wrong to put right

But judging and anger will not stop this fight

~~

I look to myself, as I question Mankind

As inward I travel exploring my mind

This circular journey we perpetuate

I need to find Balance and contemplate

~~

For it’s Our thoughts which create this reality

Are we Blind we cannot yet see?

WE, yes we, are the ones creating this future

Wake Up to your Power, let go of dementia

~~

Remember each film, each screen filled with rage

We condone such violence in subliminal haze

Change Channels, ‘Tune’ into your Hearts

Unify in love- Create Peace- Let’s Start

~~

Look at ourselves-Our Prejudices and Hate

Stop Condemning- Lets Communicate

Open up your Hearts, send Love via your thought

Your Light will extinguish the darkest of the dark

~~

Now is the time to heal and to mend

So hold out your hand to your neighbour and friends

The tears of our sorrow, let’s use them to cleanse

Build Bridges- Not Barriers- We can do this my friends

~~

Spread Love and Kindness, let go of Greed

Feed your soul the ‘Frequency’ it needs to succeed

Find Peace within, and the goal is begun

Unify through LOVE- come together as ONE

~~

Detach from Fear, replace it with PEACE

Only through LOVE will the Darkness decrease.

The Pendulum Swings!

My Thoughts right now.

You know the longer away from what we perceive as reality I spend, the more I want to disconnect from its vibration. A shift has happened within my world this last couple of weeks. Yes, the world is shifting. And as I feel my own vibration alter to one of calm as I shed yet more of my human self to nurture my own lost inner child. I am again embracing that freedom that every child enjoys, as they live within the moment. Not carrying the burden of the past or the worry of the future.

We are the ones participating and creating change. Within our every Now moment we create the reality of our future. For we are all of us co-creators of our world. And that change is swiftly taking hold.

 The eyes of the world are focused right now on the United Kingdom. As the people of the UK has chosen to exit the European Union.  And shock ways are reverberating around the world, as well as in the Cabinet within the Parties governing our country.

A thought crossed my mind on how throughout civilisations and history on how great Empires rise and how we see them fall. And that like the Pendulum it can only climb and swing to a certain point, before it comes crashing back down to swing the other way.

And I wondered what it takes to create balance, before the Pendulum Stops?

My mind thought on the Seasons and the cycles it goes through. A time to grow, and a time to harvest.

We as a world are reaping what has long been sown.

Until we sow the Seeds of LOVE in our hearts and live in cooperation instead of domination we will keep seeing this Pendulum swing back and forth and like the scythes at harvest time, it will go on swinging, cutting and gathering in, until the Earth is bare and empty.   

It is up to us to choose what seeds need to be sown for the next generation to gather in. Will we keep sowing the seeds of hate and mistrust, discriminating against our differences and preferences?

Or will we choose to embrace our human selves, honouring our uniqueness celebrating this gift of life each of us here so takes for granted. Will we reach out our hearts and hold out our hands to join together within the Consciousness of Unity, our ONEness. As we learn WE are not separated but are a CommUNITY  and that we are all of us upon our Human experience of finding ourselves.

Fear will keep us bound within the lower vibrations that are dividing and keeping us separated.  When something shakes us up and grabs our attention it is asking us to go within to observe our responses.  My own observations are to Listen, not ‘Out there’ to world’s noise. But to Listen ‘within’, trusting my heart and letting go of an old belief system that restricts and adds labels. I among others have awoken to those Inner Truths. The Divine Feminine is awakening within many right now. Calling us to embrace each other in LOVE.

I wish we had a vote for LOVE .

For Love and Unity between our hearts holds more power than any political alliance.

Love will over power hatred. We either hold the vibration of Love or Fear.

Which one we embrace is up to us

We are ONE.

Soul Seeds of Love

Soul Seeds

The seeds of Truth are cast into the ground

Silently we search until they are found

They lay within the beautiful dark

Awaiting the Light to bring life, that spark

~

As each seed cast into darkness fell

Some grew strong and within the Light did dwell

Others lay deeper, dormant, and adrift

Awaiting their time when the Earth Mother would shift

~

Dormant for centuries, once thought dead

These radiant seeds raised their heads

They rise up holding onto the Light

All sprung from darkness, out of the night

~

Stretching down deep the roots take hold

One by one they surface up from the cold

Bent over and fragile, weak and lame

Finding strength in numbers together they came

~

Taller they grew with the warmth of the spring

Reaching for the Light all in Unison Sing

Adding their colours across all lands

The seeds of Truth Grow in Loving Hands.

Dreamwalker’s Drum Beat Award~Hearts as One!

   As we step into a brand New Year, I  have created this Award  named Hearts As One~ Dreamwalker’s Drum Beat Award.

The Award opposite is that of my Drum, and upon it are the animals and Birds I painted which are close to my heart.  In the centre I digitally added a butterfly as the symbol of transformation.

The original Drum can be found Here in more detail, And I added the meaning of the totem animals there for your reference. you  see me holding my drum on my Gavatar picture.

So Why have I decided to create this Award.. Well over 2014 I have had the most wonderful compliments and awards given to me which I have to confess I have not passed along.. So many other things seemed to take up my time last year.

There are so so many of you who are deserving of this Dreamwalker’s Drum Beat Award, and it would be near enough impossible to distinguish between you all.So  what I am doing is, all of you who gave me awards in 2014 will be the first to receive my new award and can pass  it along to others..

So to all of you who have been so thoughtful in nominating me for an award I thank you from the bottom and top of my heart and the list of these wonderful bloggers can be found HERE.

So go along and see if your name is there first of all… And so if your name is within the List  you are amongst the first to receive my New Award.  So Congratulations! to you.

Melting Hearts of Ice..

 

 Each snowflake is unique, so too are we..

Hold your own crystal Lights steady, if you are experiencing a storm in life.. Know as we send and give out our love, we will eventually melt those hearts which are encased in ice.. 

And  that  United ~ We  Are One.. 

Silently falling stars of light,

Covering colour in blankets of white

Whipped up and spun they form into drifts

Each snowflake unique from heaven a gift

~~

We bemoan the winter with icy blasts

And forget how nature her winter chill casts

As snow falls deep disrupting man’s plans

Nature is chieftain of all of man’s clans

We forget her might that’s held in the flood

Her power and strength to uproot everything that stood

In tornado’s terror and deadly sting

Nature is indiscriminate –Nature is King

So as I look out the window at soft flakes of snow

Drifting swiftly uniting below

Stopping Man in his tracks as his machines slips and slide

While each flake falls softly to lay side by side

One Flake on its own soon fades and melts

Yet when joined with others a blizzard is felt

I can’t help but wonder why man feels alone

As he feels himself separate from Natures Zone

If he would but look how nature navigates 

Strength comes in unity, and co-operates

Trees shed their leaves, while berries feed the birds

Animals Hibernate while others grow fur

And after the fury of Nature’s Might

She brings forth Unity as we hold each other tight

She brings us together to rebuild communities torn

As neighbours unite forgetting to scorn.

So whatever the storm that passes you by

Remember the snowflake unique from on high

Its strength comes in numbers as it sticks together

And so man must learn, as he lives through all weathers

United we stand and divided we fall

Hold love in your hearts and heed its call

For tomorrow the storms may sweep through your life

So stick together, steer clear of Fear’s strife

And remember we are One in that all affects the whole

And our judgements that condemn affect all of our souls

So I bid you Good cheer as you melt hearts of ice

What the world needs now is PEACE…So please be nice.

People Power and Plants..

I asked you in a  post last year How do we put the world to rights? Suggesting we look in the mirror starting with ourselves.. As Spring is urging us to start and plant seeds as those who grow their own vegetables like my Hubby and I, we have  already prepared the ground and the veggie seeds are already germinating.

Below you will see a short TEDx talk from Pam  who is a co- founder of the Incredible Edible Todmorden initiative, which encourages ordinary people to take control of their communities and their surroundings through civic engagement and food.

I urge you to listen to Pam who  6 years on from starting the project informs with her humorous  banter how that transformational journey in her town of Todmorden has progressed..

She shows how through planting and growing food and sharing it with the town, by turning waste land into gardens that produce food which all the town are invited to pick and eat for free.  She has shown  how the Belief in small Actions have snow balled  in a knock on effect in the community..

And it shows how we each of  us can make a difference in creating a better world.. Where we are not relying on the local authorities.. She speaks how it has set in motion a chain of interests which have benefited local farmers, shops and education as children get involved. And how people are sharing their skills with each other.. 

Change Begins with Us.

She speaks of how crime also was reduced and people started to take pride in their environment… And how local police liaised better than ever with their local community.

Petitions Do Help! ~Friday Facts

As some of you may know I support Avaaz and from time to time I have shared a particular petition with you, Its good to know that when we click those petitions we get results…. Below I received an email which I want to share showing how our clicks have helped in various campaigns… and to all those who I know support Avaaz The World in Action,

I often get asked by Avaazers, “what happens after I sign a petition?” And the truth is, a HECK of a lot! Every Avaaz campaign springs from a massive global mandate, and then zeroes in on the best way for our voices to win. Here’s just two of our victories from the last few weeks:
Remember when 2 million of us came together to stop the flogging of a 15-year old rape victim in the Maldives? Her sentence has been quashed! Here’s what our team did to win:

Our ads threatened the profits of officials who owned parts of the tourism industry

1. Spoke for hours with the Maldivian Attorney-General and Ministers and emailed the President at his personal account.
2. Commissioned opinion polls showing massive support for reforms to protect girls. And wrote an Op-Ed in a major national paper.
3. Persuaded a top Islamic scholar to speak out against flogging.
4. Threatened to run an ad (right) in tourism publications, affecting the country’s major industry.
5. Visited the Maldives and the location where the girl was held, pressing officials directly.

Ahmed Shaheed, former Foreign Minister of the Maldives said “The Avaaz contribution was the spearhead of the campaign to overturn the flogging sentence; a petition signed by millions, a country visit, a public opinion survey, and persistent follow-up all proved irresistible.”

Another example: Remember how almost 2 million of us rallied to stop the Maasai tribe in Tanzania from being kicked off their land for a hunting reserve? Last week, the Prime Minister announced they could stay! The petition provided a powerful basis for what the team did next:

1. Got CNN and the Guardian to visit the Maasai and break the wider story to the world.
2. Advised Maasai elders on their campaigning strategy.
3. Flooded Ministers and the President with messages — forcing a debate in cabinet and Parliament.
4. Ran a hard hitting newspaper ad in an influential paper which publicly shamed the government.
5. Persuaded diplomats worldwide to raise the issue — embarrassing the government.
6. Financially supported Maasai elders to travel to the capital where they gathered to ‘occupy’ land outside of the Prime Minister’s office for weeks, refusing to leave until he met them.

Gordon Brown said: "A million dollars has been raised via the brilliant Avaaz.org, in just a few days."

Key Brazilian Senator joins Avaaz "open vote" naked protest sending a clear message: "we have nothing to hide"

The victory belongs to the Maasai people, but our community helped them win by making this a global issue the government could no longer ignore. This hopefully ends a 20 year land battle!!
Of course, our community does a LOT more than petitions. Last week, we raised a $1 million challenge grant in a few days to donor governments to put Syrian refugee kids in school. At a UN meeting, I was able to put a cheque on the table and issue the challenge on behalf of over 40,000 Avaaz donors. UN Education Envoy Gordon Brown, who chaired the meeting, called our community’s effort a "magnificent and impactful intervention" in getting other governments to give!
And often it’s not the Avaaz team but our community that does the direct lobbying. For example in Brazil, we’re inches away from winning a massive fight to end the shady practice of ‘secret voting’ in the Congress. Our huge push helped win the vote in the lower house and right now, Senators’ telephones are ringing off the hook as Avaaz members across Brazil use our online calling tool to directly tell them to stop this corruption — experts say a win is likely in days!
It’s this unique magic mix between a gigantic and spirited community of citizens able to speak out, donate, and lobby, and a small team of top notch advocates able to take smart, strategic actions at the highest level with democratic legitimacy, that makes our campaigns increasingly unstoppable.
If we keep believing in each other, and growing in size and in commitment, there’s no limit to the good we can do in the world. Thank you so much for the honour and the joy to be part of and serve this community. It’s something truly precious we have here — let’s keep building Avaaz.
