Out of Shadow into Light

 I had thought to head my post in the same words as the title that came in my poem…“ Dark to Light!”   But, I am seeing lots of headers with the same title recently, So,  I chose Out of shadow into Light…. Why?, well,  I pondered many hours while working upon my blanket throw, about what makes certain people choose those Darker paths? And it is going to shock many around our world I feel as these darker paths are going to be exposed, in the not too distant future, and who has walked them. But that is for another day.

 Many of us have lots of compassion within our natures, and yet we are witnessing how  quickly our compassion becomes clouded, revealing the ugly natures of people, when insecurities and fear surrounds them. Their Anger suddenly flairs, because of their fear. They are quick to point their fingers at others, while not seeing their own reflections are being mirrored back to them, especially within the last twelve months. 

And Yet, most of us are not Dark at all…. Most of us are born with a good heart.

It’s now time to put our good hearts to use.  Because it is, WE who need to gather together to create change… 

 So many right now are being driven to make choices based out of fear…

So often our shadow side lives in fear, and we forget we are Beings of Light!… That we belong to Mother Nature, sadly over time, we have separated from our Mother, her natural healing and her natural laws and we’ve forsaken her ways of Unity and Co-operation. Instead we have thought we know better than Nature, and explored ways to duplicate her natural ways, and in the process we have contaminated, and alienated, poisoned and killed many species that are now extinct from our planet…  And no doubt created many abominations we as yet are not fully aware of. And I dare say before long, our own species will find the mirror reflecting back at ourselves and our own demise, if we do not open our eyes to what is occurring in our reality. And wake up and question the unquestionable topics being censored right now.   

We really all need to wake up to what we are submitting to as a world.. And understand the consequences of those choices being made right now on this planet.. For there are dark forces at work, whom are interfering in nature and natural law, whom have a dark agenda for this world.  That do not hold our Human species interests at heart.. In fact I often ponder if these beings have a heart at all? 

Many who read here have done lots of their own Inner shadow work… We have all of us lived through many Dark times through many lifetimes.  It is time now to stop living in fear… It is now time to stand up within our Power of who we truly are…

We are All Powerful Human Beings who have lost our way in understanding our True Natures. We have to understand we are creatures who Create… And we do so not just by the crafts of our hands… We do so with the Power of our Minds… We create into our reality that which we think… So if we are continually thinking with fear…. We will keep creating it within our realities.. 

My reality may be a slightly different creation than some of those who continually live in fear… Remember like attracts Like… And we pull to us our experiences… 

I am planting seeds right now, growing plants, I go out in the fresh air and I breathe deeply unafraid, I allow my smile to radiate upon my face… As others scurry to cross the road with their smiles hidden.. And yes, I care deeply for others, but others have not researched or dived as deep perhaps as I have into the Darkness of the realities of this world we are being subjected to right now… So I hold no fear!  But soon my friends, I feel very soon… New Light will be brought to this world… Those who are aware, already know this Light is penetrating many places, many hearts, and it is going to illuminate many shadows that have been kept hidden from us.. 

We ALL chose to be here at this pivotal point in our Earths evolution. And no one is here by mistake. We all chose to be here to witness this New Birthing process. But before a New Earth can be fully born, the Old has to be dismantled..  And yes.. Some will choose the Light and others will choose the shadow… 

Be Not Afraid! 

 We are all of us right now emerging from our shadow selves… We are either stepping up into our own courage, or we are submitting to the Fear…  I step up, in the light of who I am… This is the splitting of the Wheat from the Chaff… 

I AM, a Sovereign Human Being, with Free Will to Choose the way I wish to live, so long as I do no harm to others…  I chose long ago my path, and it many have taken many life times to arrive in my here and now one. But I chose to be here right now within this experience, and so did you!..

The world needs our Hearts to join in harmony, not fear.

  What is your choice? or has it already been made?  

It is now time to choose Freedom! or live in Fear! 

 My poem below  Dark to Light..  A title I have seen in many places recently.. Let us change this world from Dark to Light! 

Dark to Light.

How many raindrops have fallen through the years?

Splashing on windows in rivets of tears.

Running and merging without making a sound

All of them returning, to soak in the ground.

 

A candle flame burning, as energy is sent,

To those who are needing, whose energy is spent.

A Cat curled in slumber, in the crook of the chair

As the Rain falls faster creating floods of despair.

 

A crochet hook twisting the yarn in a hand

Subduing a mind that ponders Life plans

Each stitch that is woven another thought that embeds

As the Old world unravels revealing its threads

 

The threads that were woven in bygone of days

That shaped our existence within today’s matrix maze

A one world order of chaos to bring fear

The raindrops reflecting the millions of tears.

 

But nothing is separate, not even the rain,

For each drop that falls upon various terrain

Was once part of the ocean and part of the Whole

We are all here together one unit, one soul.

 

Now that maybe hard for some to comprehend

The Dark and the Light both created to ascend

But with out seeing the Darkness of Evil descent

We would not raise our vibration with Good intent

 

For soon we shall know how deep the darkness went

And we’ll all need our strength, as we view our governments

We’ll witness the changes, seeing manipulation and control

It’s now time to unite, to stand up and be bold.

 

Take nothing for granted, use your intuition and Grace

Remember in history those whose idea was a master race

Think before you relinquish your Freedoms to BE

 Remember Gods Law, we are HUMANITY. 

 

So, question and seek, see not just of the rain,

But see the spheres of Light through all of the pain

Know that through turmoil, struggle and strife

We wake up to truth, through the shadows of life.

 

Because it’s time to re-join the stream, the ebb and the flow

Where all comes together, it’s time to let go,

Where the Dark is exposed, In the Light of Earth’s Sun.

New Earth is here, and we warriors have Won.

Love Verses Hate.

 

Isn’t it strange how Synchronicity works?. But then when you get to see how this Universe really works, its not so strange at all..

I was drawn to take up the gauntlet of another challenge  over at http://mammadebbs.com The moment my mind decided to do so, as I caught up with some of my blogging community I was not surprised to see the trail of Synchronicity at work to help me put a post together.

Now firstly I rarely say the word Hate.. I prefer to say ‘Dislike’. Hate to me has a far deeper meaning. There are many things in this world I ‘Dis-like’. Tyranny, Abuse, Exploitation, War, Racism, and the list can go on and on. Hate on the other hand holds for me a different kind of energy.

We all know there are lots of Bad things happening in the world,because we are constantly told about them. And yet I also know many Good things are also being shared in this world. Many which we do not get to see..

There IS much LOVE in this world, and I also know how lucky I am living the life I do. For there are many shoes I would not wish to walk in. Yet we are all of us upon our paths, and all of us have choices. All of us are contributing to our experience within our Material Earth Walk.  I constantly give thanks daily for the Gifts I have been given and the path I am able to follow. 

Why do we humans seem to revel in Bad News, disasters, as we Gossip, and spread rumours?  Why is it so hard to show Love and share all those who do good.. I did some sharing of  bad news  on Dreamwalker’s Gardening blog where the allotments were broken into. Again I count my blessings.

The one thing I often speak about is Energy, Thoughts are Energy, its all about the energy we put out.

You see its all a matter of altering our perspective.

The first post I wish to share is Miro’s , I had been meaning to re-blog this post for some time  and asked his permission some months back. His wonderful poetry brings to the fore a True Warrior who is not afraid to do battle. He has been through his own Battles through out his life and yet he stands tall and is a true warrior worthy of his blog title Warrior Poets Wisdom . I invite you to listen to one of his Posts  in which he narrates his poem entitled LOVE Thy Enemy .

The second post I am sharing is also Poetry.. Kimberly has been through her own health struggles recently and here she shares her perspective on the seeds of Hope in her poetry as she speaks about “ The Weeds of Hate has taken over the gardens of purity”

My third post share is of pure LOVE this one literally popped up in my reader as I was writing this post so has to be shared  And This is how much I love you by MichelleMarie.  Thank you Michelle for all the Love you do share over at Tell Me About It 

And lastly as I conclude this Long post I just wish to share a couple of paragraphs I wrote several years on a post call ‘Finding Our Sacred Centre’ Where I said “

“Each of us in small ways can do amazing things through aligning our ‘Will’ of that of evolution, growing ‘light’, defeating the ‘darkness’ of inertia, lethargy and despair. We may find that part of our work in this world we live is focused towards the healing arts. Like myself I work among those who are disadvantaged  by the mere fact of their disabilities, whether that be physically or mentally challenged. It never ceases to amaze me how happy these wonderful individuals are with their lot in life. And how despite their difficulties they strive to take part, and never give in.”

“It has made me realise that each of us can Change the way we perceive our lot to be. Each of us can change our future, Heal the sick, improve humanities lot, if we so will and if we have the courage and the wisdom to know what’s right.”

Warning, what I’m about to say

Could seriously upset your day

So listen please well to my words

For this is my perception of what occurs

Sunday is our day of rest

Some go to church and dress in their best

Others go down on bended knees

Reciting their mantra’s wherever they may be

Within ALL Religion of which men speak

Is the LOVE of God of which we all seek

Yet while we sit within  our snug homes

War rages on with Bombs and Drones

Children die hourly, being Killed and maimed

In the name of religion, beliefs are blamed

It’s time we stopped walking on the other side

It’s time to act, it’s time to decide.

Ancient monuments being put before Humanity,

Seem more important than Lives, its insanity

Wake up People, to the Horrors WE Create

Yes WE with our denial, and Hate.

What drives men and women to pick up guns?

What Kind of Human kills babies for fun?

Can you explain how hate got so ingrained?

Why LOVE got so lost, and Genocide inflamed

Those who look the other way,

Maybe need to Wake up and Pray

That this hate doesn’t spill, to their front doors

Hate is the lack of Love—That’s the Core!

Each bad apple starts with a bruise

Spreading like a cancer, touching others to abuse

‘Fractions’ and ‘Extremes’ spread out with Fear

Closing our eyes won’t stop all the tears

Throughout History, in many many lands

Man has much blood to wash from his hands

Hitler, Amin, Pol Pot, to name but a few past

Syria, Iraq, Palestine, Ukraine, We still blast

Many tell me to live with Joy in my heart

But how Can I Ignore this Suffering ‘I AM’ Part

‘WE ARE ONE’ within this experience of Life

We need to stop being ‘Indifferent’, Inject Love not strife.

I can’t stop the wars that others may fight

My only weapon is LOVE, to beat the Darkness with Light

We have to look within at our own prejudices and Hate

Clear out our own darkness, Let Love be our Fate.

The Hopi foretold this long jagged path

We are now at the Cusp, we have to choose and fast

Dictator’s control, using fear to cause harm

My only weapon is LOVE –  But it’s more powerful by far

~~

Our minds are our greatest tools we possess

Use them to send love, to heal and caress

Compassion verses Anger, Light against Dark

Use thoughts and create Love—Generate Sparks

~~

Our Children need lessons in Love not Fear

We the Elders need to teach love, not hand out tears

I know Love outweighs and will overcome

Stop turning the other way and playing dumb

~~

Stand up for Freedoms, Live a life in Harmony

Unity Consciousness starts with You and Me

We Came to Earth to find the LOVE we separated from

Don’t waste this life, Find LOVE, Before its Gone!.

But Please be Warned the Images there are Very disturbing about the ISIS movement and massacres of young children. And as Paul says should not be viewed by children under the age of 16.. But what incensed me about our Media news is that this week airtime is given to Ancient Monuments being destroyed which was described on TV as ‘a crime against Humanity’!!…. And yet Thousands of innocent lives are being tortured and killed every day, …World Wide….

We not long ago held the Anniversary about WWII… as we remembered those Millions who died.. “Never Again” said our leaders should this happen again?

‘WAR’ is a Crime Against Humanity be it in which ever country, and by who ever the perpetrator is.

And while some countries withdraw their armies.. They supply  More Weapons to fuel More Wars!..

*Sigh*

Paul ends his post by saying

“Makes our dogs look like profoundly straightforward, loving animals! Why, oh why, can’t the human race essentially be as straightforward and loving!”

Why indeed !

All we need is a Little Faith.

 After Visiting some blogs today, I resurrected a poem I wrote in 2009..  I know from experience how at times our Faith in Humanity can be shaken.. And how Faith in ourselves and in others can be diminished. Having come through some dark tunnels of my own.. I just want my blogging friends to know  that  We can overcome any obstacle if we have Faith.. Know we are all Co-creators we are All of us God and Goddesses.. 

Trust in the Universal Plan 

And know the Power of your Strength Lies Within. 

Love and Blessings  

Faith

My life so far has been so good

Although at times I couldn’t see trees for wood

I’ve had my troubles and I’ve had my pains

But through it all more strength I’ve gained.

 

You see I have this Faith unseen

That is always with me, wherever I’ve been

That inner voice that talks me through

It’s there in all, it’s there in you

 

I’ve seen the darkness of despair

Where I would hide, and not comb my hair

I’ve cried until my eyes ran dry

I’ve raged and cursed, and would want to die

 

But even in those darkest days

I now recall in memories haze

My Faith was such, I spoke with God

As to why upon my road I trod.

 

I see it now, I see it clear

And as with each new passing year

I give my thanks to all I share

For richness abounds beyond compare

 

I just open up my eyes and See

That all God’s gifts are here for me

The Miracles of all new life

Of loving children, a much loved wife.

 

To cuddle close in firelight glow

Within the arms of love and know

That you are safe, secure and free

And feel the peace wash over me.

 

My Faith inside keeps me strong

To help keep love, to heal, and belong

All comes right, if you Believe

Return to Reality..But what is that?

Today I return to the world of the Blog

No longer in a world of fog

Where Blue skies and sea abound

Where one can relax without interference of sound

Except for Sea and surf

I shut down my senses for my own rebirth

To feel the Sun upon my skin

And shut out the thoughts of everyday din

To replenish my soul and to be recharged

I even forgot what day was at large

For my return did coincide with that day

When life was changed much to our dismay

Our Trust in each other that day was destroyed

A Tool of the Dark which was cleverly deployed

I haven’t  forgotten the day of Twin Towers

When Fear was spread by those with Dark Powers

We need to Look at finding Peace for  all lives lost

We All need to Build or it will be to our cost

As we venture to a future build with love and not War

Think not to settle the score

Embrace each other, your fellow man

Know we are ONE and Let us not forget if you can

Reality is of our making, let it be of love

Did not our Father tell us so from above?

So as I return to this land of the Blog

Let our world emerge from its depression of Fog

Of Hatred and Violence and let Peace Prevail

The Ripple Effect

We are all witnessing the ripple effect here in the UK at this moment in time, as we see Copy-cat acts of violence from Youths who seem to be waging their own war upon their own communities .. as we have seen over the last few evenings here in the UK..

While not wanting to add to the escalation of their actions here, its hard to detach from the effects of their actions… But its important we try not to get embroiled, as we may be given to make judgments and add our thoughts to the situation. And if we add Negative thoughts we only add to that negative  Ripple effect they are creating. 

So I have reposted a Blog I did sometime ago.. and have added it again here.. Which was entitled ‘The Ripple Effect’

We Reap what we sow!.. So let our seeds be sown in love and light where ever possible..

What we think! – We Create..

So lets choose our thoughts with care..   

The  Ripple Effect

Each of us carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others

You only have now to look at the impact of Panic, as the “Word” is spread through our Media.

As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward..

Each word and thought a vibration of energy that even though our eyes cannot see it, travels out from the source of our creation our minds, to those whom we touch with either a kind or harsh word, or the Truth.

The impact you have on the world is greater than you could ever imagine, and the choices you make can have far-reaching consequences.

You can use the ripple effect to make a positive difference and spread waves of kindness that will wash over the world. Or you can contribute to its destruction by adding your negativity to help the dark-side win the battle that is now being played out.

Someone feeling the effects of negative energy will be more likely to pass on that negative energy.

So Now is the Time to use your Word, and Spread the Truth, and if those who receive that word of truth are meant to listen and take heed, then you are helping awaken those who are still in shadow of ignorance. You are helping them to see the ‘Light’ and so the ripple effect goes on.

So should the opportunity arise, and you feel compelled to do a good deed for someone else. One act of charity, one thoughtful deed, or even one positive thought can pass from individual to individual, snowballing until it becomes a group movement or the ray of hope that saves someone’s life. Spread the Truth.

Every transformation, just like every ripple, has a point of origin. You must believe in your ability to be that point of origin if you want to use the ripples you create to spread goodness. Consider the effect of your thoughts and actions, and try to act graciously as much as possible.

To smile at a stranger, a compliment given to a friend, an attitude of laughter, or a thoughtful gesture can send ripples that spread among your loved ones, out into your community, and finally throughout the world. You have the power to touch the lives of everyone you come into contact with and everyone those people come into contact with. The momentum of your influence will grow as your ripples moves onward and outward.

One of those ripples could become a tidal wave of love and kindness.

And Bring this World once again into the Light.

Light Verses Dark!

Light verses Dark..

Many things in our world seems to be of that darker vibration at the moment, or is it perhaps that we just get to see all those darker elements as they filter into our homes via the media of TV channels and Newspapers.. And let’s not forget all the many DVDs and the Xbox games etc. which all seem to thrive on the Darker themes of blood and violence.. It seems we are experts at Killing on this planet, not only ourselves, but we are also succeeding to Kill our very Planet! Our very own habitat.

I’m sure to those who work in our medical professions on A&E would also say especially on weekends that violence spills out of the Pub doors into their hands as Humans by nature seem hell bent on Darkness and destruction of one another.

For some it may be they have neighbours from hell, or have experienced the rip off cowboy merchants or maybe it’s street crime, as we have had a spate of burglaries around us at the moment, not to mention our own allotments being picked through taking not one but rows of home grown vegetables at a time etc.. And you think what is this world coming too..My Elderly Aunt says this world has gone Mad..

But then you look back in history at the wars waged, the lives lost, and how people have always seemed to have waged this battle of Light verses Dark, Good against Bad.. The difference is now is the speed at which all this Bad news is brought to our Doors.. Via the TV, Radio, and Tabloids.

We have to understand that we are living within a Free Will zone, a planet we chose to occupy and inhabit..All of us have a choice.. No one tells us what we should or shouldn’t do, all be except the laws of the land which we have to conform to, to avoid yet more chaos.. But we are governed not only by the laws of the land.. But more importantly the LAWs of the Universe..

I’m going to side track here a little, and say that when I grew up I was the eldest of 5 siblings and was called the little Mother, as I worried and clucked over my brother and sisters, and we were brought up within a strict home with very little frills, and if rules were broken you expected to be disciplined. The same went for School and the policemen on the beat on the corner of the street wouldn’t be afraid to give you a sharp reprimand to if you were caught doing something you shouldn’t..and your parents would give you another clip around the ear if they found out..  And yes I may have gone scrumping a couple of times with my brother as look out!, I was a tom-girl and loved to jump the local brook and climb a few trees… and get up to the childish mischief most youngsters do as they explore growing up.. But I never put another life in danger or bullied or beat up someone as many find themselves victims of today.. The Do-gooders of society have now made it illegal for discipline to be administered affectively today, and we are now reaping those results in our homes our schools and on the streets of our communities.

Today many youngsters seem to want to see bloodshed or crave daredevil stunts such as play Chicken across the road or on railway tracks.. or mug and steal..Many I am sure don’t see the consequences of their actions..

I’m not saying all youngsters are like this, just saying that for many their ideas of thrills have got a lot Darker.. and one can’t help but wonder about the violence they watch and accept as normal with TV in bedrooms and video-games watching late into the night. As the pull of TV advertising allures the young mind to WANT more of life’s gadgets and the Credit companies tell you how easy it is to get into debt to buy them.And they watch such violence of how one can bully and steal to get what they want on these films of TV and computer games..

The other weekend I was driving home from a weekend seminar with my hubby and friend in the car, when we approached a Footbridge over the dual carriageway. On the Bridge stood two youths in hooded jackets aged approx. 12 to 14 yrs, they proceeded to throw stones as big as golf balls from the bridge at cars passing underneath.. How the stone missed us, I still don’t know, as I saw it come in slow motion towards the windshield and then disappear thinking it would hit the roof of the car,… looking behind me through the rear view mirror the lady driving the car behind had slowed down considerably to miss it also.. But a Van the opposite way wasn’t so lucky and had obviously been hit and was on the phone to the police by the looks of it as we passed.. If that had hit and come through the windshield the horrors of it are too horrible to contemplate.. I probably wouldn’t be here typing to you now if it had..

So getting back to the Universal Laws… and to one which most of us do every day without realising it, is Creation of Thought, we are the creators of our own reality, by Free Will Our choice, we chose our pathway, and as we think so we create it into being. But by the same token as we get bombarded with thoughts, over and over replaying the negative over and over Like the TV News Bulletins repeating the harrowing events of tragedy, we become like magnets for Like attracts Like.. so the more we get pulled into the negative/bad the more we attract and visa versa…

 Our thoughts are Energy i.e. positive or negative, and as such go out into the ether creating the vibration of the collective consciousness Creating more of the same for our experience.

What is happening around our world at the moment is that we are escalating the negative, we are being sucked into that Dark Hole if we keep viewing it, listening to it and letting it take hold of us, it will drag us down with it. So that we too  will then feel ill, and get caught in the same trap of its negative web, feeling low and depressed as all of it spills out into our living rooms every day… and to think we sit our young children in front of the TV every day.. They absorb it in ..

So Please Turn off your TV’s once in a while and Go spread some Light in the world and join and walk in Nature and give thanks to many of her blessings, send her some thoughts and start to heal her wounds and as we think, so shall we create..

Let us start by trying to create a Better more harmonious world in which our future generations can grow up in a more positive peaceful world.

Layers of Dust.

Last Night I couldn’t sleep, nothing unusual for me, as I often toss and turn looking up to the ceiling letting my mind wander..

I wasn’t surprised that sleep eluded me, as earlier I had visited my daughter as we had a drumming session together, the energies we both had felt as we went into our own sacred spaces of thought and vibration, were both invigorating and peaceful.

 

Later we discussed the energies and spoke on our current understandings of the world and the forthcoming changes in its own vibration; this is the time when New Energies are coming into the world offering many of us the chance to change… Many who are going through turmoil as old patterns are repeating or are being released once and for all.

 

So as I lay thinking of the world and my own journey and repeated lessons, I put on my bedside light and got out my journal that I keep always at my side to jot down the odd dream or inspired words. And I wasn’t disappointed as my pencil started to flow over the paper and within the space of 5 minutes or so the words you see below you were formed..

 

So as I wipe the sleep from my eyes this morning, I would ask that you look within and Out into the World as you also wipe the layers from your mind that have been built from our indoctrinated thoughts, from that early age when our thoughts were shaped by those who teach the same lessons that they were taught. Not really looking at the WHOLE picture of WHY we are who we are, or WHY we hold such Narrow views .. And look to find the answers to the questions we all at some point in our lives ask..

 

“WHO AM I”?… and really begin to see.. We are SO so much More than we ever thought possible. If we Let Ourselves BE…. the ‘BEING’ we ALL forgot to BE..

Wipe Away the Dust

Wipe away the Dust form the Layers of your Mind

Crawl out from the Darkness, seek the Light and find

Answers to your questions are there for you to see

Look deep within, Begin with ME,

Many times my voice cries out to be heard

Often I hold back, in case I’m thought absurd

But the time now has come to the answers I need to find

As I wipe away the Dust from the Layers of my Mind

Calling me home the layers begin to peel

Life plays out its dramas, just go with what you feel

To change the thought your thinking, go within and listen well,

Alter the reality in which you dwell

Wipe away the Dust from the Layers of your Mind

Perceive a new Horizon, allow yourself to shine

Blow away the cobwebs of the Web that holds you tight

Look beneath the Darkness, start and shine your Light
