The Alchemy of Consciousness

The alchemy of consciousness that created you and me

Is nudging us to lift our hearts to open and begin to see

That the branches we stand upon within the Tree of Life

Keeps us reaching upwards, as you walk away from strife.

And from the lofty view, as we gaze back upon our path

We see the culmination of our thoughts that create such wrath

So, stand within your power, The elixir of your Light

As you open up your Vision, create a brand-new Sight.

Know that your thoughts are the paint in all you do

You can either paint in bright colours or allow fear to dim your view.

Nature despite all that the seasons throws at her, she never gives in. No matter how cold or how much snow or rain has covered those new shoots, she pushes on through and ALWAYS Blooms. Giving us her best with what she has been given.  I often feel for the animals who must at times be as confused as we are, but they continue to be motivated to survive and thrive.  They never give up, no matter what is thrown at them, they learn to adapt, or they don’t survive.

Spring brought us a weeks grace here the other week when temperatures soared to record highs in the UK for April in 70 years, It lasted a week, then plummeted back to normal, and once again the wind and rain has set in. While I know in other parts of the world Snow and cold temperatures have lasted longer than normal, While in other parts Floods never seen before have been happening.

No matter what the world is showing us at the moment, be it in extreme weather or extreme behaviours, we have to be more like nature, and keep on keeping on, just being the BEST we can be.

Time is precious.  And we all of us spend far too much time worrying over things out of our control.. At times I want to rant and rave and shout my rage at what I know to be.. Yet doing so is only adding to the Chaotic energies which is being purposely generated. My rants often come in the words of poems and if people are open enough they will see the meaning behind them.

Each of us holds tremendous power, yet we so easily give this power away… The power of our own Energy, our own minds and our own thinking. .. Don’t allow your energy be sabotaged, I have done some deep searching into my own negative blip as I allowed my emphatic self be swamped by emotional issues of the world.  While we all need to be compassionate, we also have to understand each of us hold our own responsibilities, we can not be responsible for another’s actions

I have recently picked up the book again by Eckhart Tolle  and started to re-read his words of the POWER OF NOW. Never more has it been more vital to see just how much Power we hold in this moment of time..  And using our minds to create the sort of world we want to live in.

So if you feel overwhelmed at times and confused, and aghast at the world at large, remember we each create our future by what we are thinking in the now. Our own energy is vital. So if we join in with prejudice, anger and discrimination,  that is what we will keep perpetuating.

Look around you, everything you see, was once an idea, a thought brought into being by intention and action..

Thought Creates

So if we want a society to be more peaceful and a world which lives in balance with nature, we have to realise it all starts from altering our own habits, our own thoughts as we adapt to alter our ways of BEing.

I will leave you with a few Spring flowers, and the Top Picture just for Betty whose Poem Vine brought me to take a picture of some Ivy entwined within my conifer tree.

Wishing you all a Wonderful Weekend

Hold Onto Your Smile.

This butterfly landed on a daffodil the other day despite it still being cold.. Reminding me of Transformation. I took the photo through the window, so the reflection is that of a rug on the glass.

Dear friends, as I searched for inspiration on what to write, I typed into my own blog search engine the word ‘Healing’, And it came up with several options of past posts I have written. I looked at the date I posted it last year and I smiled. It seems it is a yearly re-occurrence that I take these dips in energy as I do battle with the frequencies that I absorb.

So while I will leave you with the link for those who may not have read it before and those new to this blog, the post is called  ‘What Energy are We Transmitting?’. Being mindful of our energy is important, especially as we are witnessing those who are in power who are sabre rattling at the moment and goading each other in a game that will ripple out to affect more than either bargained for if they cannot curb their own ego’s.

So, I am being mindful of my energy and nurturing my own healing into well being, by taking things slowly. By meditating, breathing deeply, and sleeping often.

Spring is always our busy time of planting our allotment garden, each year seems to take a greater toll as our bones ache and muscles are stiff after what seems a long long winter this year.  And this year my husband has felt the after effects of a bad bout of flu over Easter.

I am gradually returning into the land of Blog, and I hope you will be patient with my replying to you all..

I will share part of a poem I wrote the other evening, It was so long that I decided to make two separate poems out of it.

Hold onto your Smile

When the tears sting your eyes, at stranger’s sorrows

And the world sets it course for extinction tomorrows

When the cruelty of mankind seems to reach new heights

Set your mind on the mountain as your raise your sights

Hold onto your smile, don’t let it go

Remember your Blessings, just let your love flow

~~

When madness fills your ears, as rage overspills

Remember to be Kind in the face of all ills

This journey can seem long and one that never ends

But that corner we are turning, in its never-ending bend

Hold onto your smile, don’t let it go

Remember your Blessings, just let your love flow

~~

See the shafts of Light that shine beneath the cracks

See the worth in others, and not in what is lacked

Know each Soul plays its part, in the puzzle we can’t solve

Before New Earth begins, the old must be dissolved.

So, hold onto your smile, don’t let it go

Each Soul is a Blessing, when we Let our LOVE Flow.

And as I said in my post last year..

“Working upon our inner self is the most important thing we can do to help the outer world. We do so by nurturing ourselves, knowing that we are all connected. And that our Hearts are key players in unifying our energies..”

Live from your hearts In Love

Stepping Back, to Step Forward.

Taking a step back often feels like you have somehow failed, but in not stepping back I would be failing myself.

It’s hard this internal knowing, when you have no words to describe what it is you understand. It’s like you have spent years gathering together the various bits and pieces of a giant jigsaw puzzle in your mind. Each piece comes along at various points in your life and you have to juggle them about to see if they fit.

Then all at once you get one piece that slots into place and all the other pieces which you held suddenly now all fit into place. And yet you are still trying to make sense of what it is you are putting together, because we don’t have a picture box lid to understand just what kind of finished picture we are creating.

I felt the jumble of the pieces suddenly make sense, and in the next instant it felt like a huge wind had come along, and the pieces scattered in a thousand directions. I felt such a void of confusion, sadness and pain.

Pain for a world that is caught up within its own journey, as we each try to make sense of the pieces we hold.

The pain of my heart transferred itself quickly into fatigue as I  found myself shutting down, and shutting out the world more and more as I slept, slipping into a void of depression, a feeling I know only too well. And were it not for family, friends, and my granddaughter’s wonderful presence, it’s a void I know I could easily slip into again if I were not mindful of the signs.  But I have been to the depths of despair many years ago now. And never again will I plunge back into that deep dark well.

So, my smile is ever present as I keep positive in the face I present to the world. I took my mind into that tranquil zone, I painted, and I painted some more.  I allowed the painting to absorb and transform those feelings. For I also have come to understand that other forces are at work, as our Light codes and energies are adjusting as the Geomagnetic Storms now intensify their frequencies which in turn are affecting our moods and health and our DNA.  I painted out my heart as I faced my fears as I raced into the unknown.  I painted, as the snow fell outside, the snow transferred to the canvas, or was it water? Both cleansing, I will let you decide.

Finished Tiger Painting. More Information about Tiger to be found Here.

I know I am not the only one who has been going through the emotional washing machine. We have been tossed around, wrung out, to feel drained and left to feel crumpled and limp in the face of feeling helpless to that which we see occurring around our world and our neighbourhoods.  Wondering where it is all leading, and for those of us like myself, we wonder if our energies will  ever make a difference.

Stepping back, pausing and taking that deep breath away from the constant bombardment of negative news allows us to view life from a different perspective.

Those who read my posts regular, know I am a great believer in ‘Signs’ my recent posts were trying to make sense of that ‘Knowing’ some of us feel. So, it was no surprise that over this period of time I had a ‘Sign’ come and visit me not once but three times in as many weeks. As a Sparrow Hawk which is a rare sight at the best of times, landed not once, but three separate times into my garden as she hunted the sparrows I feed. She has been coming on an off since January when I first took a photo of her or him. But since I have been absent from WP she landed three more times in full view in my garden.

Her presence came to remind me to lift my own wings and concentrate upon raising my own higher vibrations. So, I have been meditating more. She taught me to lift myself higher, and look from another perspective, to that which I had allowed myself to wallow in… the pain of others and other people’s stories. Showing me while we are all of us connected, I need not take on their pain.

For each of us agreed what roles to play, be it a Hawk a predator or a Sparrow its victim. She came to show me I should not get hung up on the details of life, but trust to the currents to which way the wind catches my wings.  I saw how the Sparrows cleverly avoided her clutches, as they flew into the thick branches of my shrubs and how all the sparrows along with blackbird cried out their warnings of her arrival.  I saw how unity of species played a part in their survival and now how they have altered their feeding habits in mindfulness of the hawks presence. I see how some keep guard and watch, while others feed. I also observed how some are selfish and fight fiercely to possess the feeder not giving an inch. Nature is a constant reminder of our fight for survival. And when the snow came, we helped nature along.

Snow in my Garden March 18th 2018 Last Sunday

The Hawk has a wider view of the world than ourselves, and reminds me to broaden my own perspective and to trust and let go to the Winds of Change.  Being Empathic I feel at times raw emotions as their currents ebb and flow through humanity, I also feel the cosmic energies that pulsate which are coming to open up our hearts.

I think this is my longest ever absence since I started blogging in 2007. I started out wanting to make a difference as my words rippled out, and during my recent void I wondered what possible difference I could make.  And yet by reading the many comments you have all left me over time. I see how my poems have touched you and how connected we all are in this our Earth Journey.

I could write thousands of words and never come to express that which I have come to understand of our human self and our existence on planet Earth. Nor could I ever explain what I have learnt through the years of my Spiritual involvement via the communications I have been privileged to part of and witness.

Those of you who are upon their own Soul Journey, know of what I speak, others perhaps have yet to soar to find their own flight paths, for we are all of us at our various levels of evolution as we fly in our ever-expanding circles as we search and explore our own destinies, and make sense of who we are and why we are here.

At the time of writing this I have no idea how long I shall be flying, it may be a matter of days, or another few weeks. And I thank all of you for your patience, especially those comments still in moderation waiting to be answered. Thank you those who have sent me your beautiful emails. I will be answering all of them over time.

All of you are loved and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the love you share and show me here, words never seem enough in appreciation. But you are all greatly loved and I feel Blessed for having you all in my world.

Sometimes we may not make sense of the way we view events of our world. But some events acts as triggers, that change the perspective of others. The Hawk came to show me there are no victims. For we all came to play our parts.

I did tune in yesterday and saw how 17 lives lost on the 14th February were not lost in vain. If a country with a young generation of all creeds and races can come together in Unity to stand up and voice their views.

This world is on track.

I see Unity Consciousness working right there in the eyes and hearts of the next generation that will have to stand strong and firm in their beliefs, as their courage comes together to create the kind of world they wish to live in.  And the ‘Knowing’ I see within my heart will be worth the sacrifice of those who agreed their particular parts so that Humanity may evolve through Love.

Hawks are masters of flying, they enjoy the landscape, I need to soar a while longer as I adjust my energies as I ‘Paint Pictures’, as I accept ‘What will be will be’. (Que Sera, Sera).

In Love and Light

Can a Leopard Change its spots? Can we change our ways?

Leopard half finished

How many of us put ourselves down, and tell ourselves we are not good enough, as we measure ourselves against others achievements.  Especially if we have been brought up lacking in self-worth.

I know many times I have measured myself, against others whom I feel are gifted and blessed with their specific talents.

But at the same time, I  grew up also with the words of my father ringing in my ears, as he would tell me when I said I couldn’t do something, that there was no such word as can’t. And he was right, for if we do not try, we will never know what we can accomplish.

I grew achieving many things I never thought I would. And as I walked my walk, I also understood something else. That no one is better or beneath  us, for we are all of us Human Beings, who are here to learn and grow via our merits or our mistakes.  Some of my greatest achievements, have been through the errors I have made, because they have taught me so much more about the skills of life.

I have learnt to knit, sew, dress make, grow vegetables, I have, papered, painted and decorated our home. I have laid lino- linoleum in our bathroom and learnt to crochet.  I learnt how to use a computer, often through trial and error.    And I learnt as I grew as an adult that we are all of us equal.   For we each of us have our own unique gifts.

Drawing was my first love, and yet I still measure my capabilities against others whom in my eyes are far more gifted than I. As I never had any kind of art training. I just paint what  I feel.

Many of us Self sabotage ourselves at the first hurdle. As we give up, feeling we are not good enough.  We either lack confidence, or are simply insecure and afraid of striding out in a new direction.  We  are all special and need to accept the gifts we have, be it a listening ear, or a musical voice, or a bright smile and a bubbly personality. Each of us are special and unique.

Leopard came to remind me and teach me. She came to show me confidence and perseverance, as I had always put off drawing a Leopard because of its spots.. Fearing I would not do it justice, and fearing it would be a failure. And was why when I  started to paint it, I put off painting the spots on its head straight away. This was the Image I was working from, as I looked through one of my wildlife photography books from my book shelf. As you can see it’s not that clear, and the spots are hard to define. As this Sunset photo from Untamed  by Steve Bloom shows .

Image from the book UNTAMED,By Steve Bloom~ Wild Life Photographer.

Leopard came to remind me that I need to trust in the skills I have, and to accept my spots, my imperfections. She came to show me through your own appreciation of my art, that I need to appreciate my own talents more, and to stop putting myself down.  And she comes to remind me, and perhaps you also, as you find yourself reading this, that it is never to late to apply yourself as you follow your dreams.

Leopard also came to remind me that I have also been putting off another project that I set the intention this year to start. And that was to put some of my poetry together in the hopes of publishing it. I made that start, then I guess I self-sabotaged it, and deleted much of what I had written to accompany my poetry.

Nearly finished. I had more detail on the branch to do. As I concentrated on adding details to the branch. The pathway of Life.

I guess its time I stepped out along that branch of life, and put my faith in the steps I need now to follow to bring that particular gift into the Light.

Thank you All, for being part of my journey as I rediscover and apply myself in unfamiliar territory.

And as the Buzzard whom I saw the other week, In the post ‘Look up and Soar’ spoke to me, saying ““( …… It is time to soar above your perceived limitations. Are you currently undergoing an internal death and rebirth cycle? Are you ready to assert your actions from your ideas?……)

Leopard came to make me sure I heard and tell me to lay down my fears. And yes I am ready.

I hope as you walk through your life, you can also lay down your fears and boldly put one foot in front of the other, as you focus your Intent on your Dreams!

Are YOU Ready?

The Finished Leopard
More details were added to the branch, adding moss, and new life out of dead wood.

Love and Blessings

The Edge of Time.

Standing on the edge of time

Looking back on what once was mine

I see the fragments of my soul

As I lost sight of all of my goals

~~

Each Earth decent, I’d start anew

With plans created through which I grew

To Parents born, plus wounds to bare

Each Lesson learned, I’d climb the stairs

~~

Every step, a blueprint plan

Through Aeons of time in many clans,

All with one objective held in mind

To re-connect with self, to find

The part of me I thought once lost

Of which I strove at any cost

To connect the pieces that were lost and gone

That allowed me now to join as One.

~~

It was then as each life I saw

In separation, fallen, trying to even scores

I saw the struggles and suffering pains

Of Karmic Balance, and Human Blames.

~~

Compassion swept through my human lives,

As I witnessed Triumphs, the Highs and Dives,

Each leading me to the Point of Now.

Standing on the Edge of Time. – I bow

~~

For now I see, I was never broken

I was a scattered seed, now awoken

Reaping all of Aeons Past

Now I’m Whole- And Home at Last..

The photos are some taken at the end of November on my trip to Scotland.. We woke up to snow this morning here in England, but I am as snug as a bug in a rug.. Wishing you all a wonderful Weekend.. And thank you for all of my new subscribers and for my faithful friends who stick with my comings and goings..  The poem I wrote the day before my trip.

Much Love to you all and have a perfect Weekend

Meaningful Monday’s ~’Senses’

Shadow of my hanging crystal in the window and prisms on the wall.

The Sunlight cast her golden glow through the gap in the treeline, sending her light to to catch the hanging teardrop crystal that hung in the window.

A multitude of tiny rainbow prisms danced along the wall, as I caught the crystal as I drew open the curtains to greet my day. It was a while before they settled their dance and left their bright rainbows along the wall, each a perfect spectrum of light.

The frost had magically transformed the lawn to white shards of glistening glitter as the Sun’s rays caught them. The Blackbird already well into eating breakfast was pecking the left-over corn and mealworms left out yesterday.

The Robin was perched in his usual favourite spot on the fence serenely surveying the garden, while the sparrows busied themselves as they frantically battled for positions pecking each other out of the way on the fat-ball feeder.

A neighbour’s cat at that moment took his usual shortcut through our garden and in an instant, there was not a bird in sight, as they had swiftly all flown into their invisible hides within the bushes.

I smiled as I breathed in deeper, as I greeted my day. Knowing that as soon as the cat was out of sight, the birds would be back to fill up for breakfast.

The kettle came to the boil, and the aroma of the toast popping up from the toaster brought my attention back to my tasks in hand, as I prepared my own breakfast.

I took my tea and toast to sit by the patio window as I watched the garden life resume, as one by one the sparrows popped their heads out from the bushes and their cheerful chattering once again saying the coast was clear. While the rainbows continued to shine in their magnificent hues along the wall.

Crystal rainbow prisms on wall

Today’s post is being merged with a challenge set up by Linda, over at Litebeings Chronicles    on her challenge of Litebeings Sense-sational Challenges

I wrote the above, because each day we use our senses, and if we lost one of them it would alter our lives drastically. and within that first few moments of waking, I had used all five of them.

We take each of them for granted, and are so very blessed with being able to see, hear, feel, taste, smell, and yet, there is one in which we all of us have, and often are unaware of how to use it, and that is our  sixth sense.

Feather- Crystal Rainbow Prisms

This sixth sense is one that we have all been born with, but we have long since lost the ability to activate it successfully. And when we do, people are fearful of it, so you either tend to hide this ability or if you are a child, you are soon told it is nonsense and it is not to be practised, so like any muscle, if you do not use it, you soon lose it.

I have been very privileged in using my sixth sense and developing it during my life time. And have used my Inner Knowing, our inbuilt intuitive system that when you tune in correctly, helps us to explore our deeper connection beyond that which we can see.

Rainbow Prism on wall~ Perfect. We are all colours within the rainbow, None are separate.

I am sure there are many of you who have stories of when such sixth senses kicked in, when you had that feeling of something was about to happen, or you had an unexplained encounter, premonition, or simple knew who was on the other end of the land line before you even picked up the phone.

Linda’s challenge asked. Which senses bring you Joy and delight. In short, they all do, I could not paint, sew, cook, knit or garden without the enjoyment of ALL of my senses that come into play.  Linda’s second question was, How do they help you live a meaningful life? They all bring meaning to my life. Each and every one of them. For each are important.

But my sixth sense is also very important, for in learning to connect deeper, and activate this hidden sense which we ALL of us have, it has allowed me to explore not only my own inner worlds, but worlds beyond, which so many are afraid of touching. And when you learn to traverse this new sense, you also find a whole new world waiting to be explored, that brings deeper understanding to why we are here and who we are and to our Mission here on Earth.

One  sense that I wish to embrace more, Is my Sense of ‘Vision’… Not within my own eyes, but the Vision I hold for the world. One where our dreams of what is possible outweighs our uncertainties.  Where we can leave the past in the past, as we embrace and engage in the experience of Now. Breathing in beauty, creating beauty within our thoughts, as we share common good with our community. A Vision, where no one lives in lack, and where ALL life is precious, where all are equal, where no one starves, and one where we grow to respect each other and all living things.

Yes, you may say I am a dreamer…

But without Dreams, we have no Vision.

Our thoughts, and our actions are what bring about our future, so today’s Visions are our future tomorrows.

Thank you Linda for your Sense-sational Challenge, and if you want to join in I know she has some dates left for November if you should wish to and pick up your Badge.  And if you should think is art is familiar, I donated this piece of art for Linda’s Challenge to create the badge.

What sixth sense have you experienced?

The next on the list in the challenge at the moment of  publication to take part Is Leigh on the 15th Nov’

Meaningful Monday’s ~ Homelessness

A big concern in our modern-day world is the amount of people now homeless, and sleeping rough on our streets. This is also emphasised even more as we see the Mass Displacement of people who are being driven from their homelands because of war, or persecution of their religion. Who are then herded together like animals in disgraceful camps and forgotten about once the news headlines die down.

Today on my Meaningful Monday post, I want to bring the plight of Homelessness a little closer to home.

In my own home town here in England, the numbers of people sleeping rough have risen considerably. For those of you who are not familiar with a blog called Gallybloggers  This is a site set up by  Dewin Nefol  where you can also see his beautiful digital art creations.

I hope you will go and read more poems written by those homeless souls, which are submitted and presented by Dewin on the blog he created at Gallybloggers especially to bring awareness to their plight in sharing their poems and thoughts.  Dewin, whose home town is in Wales, reaches out to support these individuals, bringing awareness of those who are  in need. These are also proud and independent, intelligent people, whose lives have become  a product of circumstance.

I want you, just for a moment to think, what kind of stories have driven a person to live on the streets, to weather the storms, not only of wind, rain, bitter cold and snow. But the storms we who pass them by vent upon them. In our verbal abuse, violence, or by our lack of compassion, and our ignorance, as we pass them by trying to ignore their existence..

The World is filling up more and more with Homelessness, and for many that may mean just one pay-packet away from eviction of your own nice dwellings. There for the Grace of our Circumstances we all could walk in the shoes of Sole Man, a homeless person whose poetry hits a nerve in his poem DeadBeat

Have you ever stopped to consider the back story of these homeless people, and why they found themselves upon the streets?. Have you ever thought, that they may have been once an educated teacher, in business,  or a talented musician, an artist, a soldier, or  an abused youngster, and why they now live as they do.

I hope as you walk about your own towns and cities, and you come across a homeless person living rough on the streets, you do not walk on by.

But you Stop! and consider his back story and circumstance..

And instead of walking on by, you reach out a helping hand

and SEE the person in front of you.

PS.. This video has a Tissue warning .

Samhain’s Perfect Gift.

We may feel we are out on a limb.

~♥~

As the trees release their canopy letting go to float

The leaves like fallen time drift from hollowed Oak

Decay is part of Nature she never yet stands still

As birds and beasts hunker down to face the winter’s chill

~♥~

Samhain’s perfect gift is a time to release the old

Let go of those old grudges with the cobwebs of our souls

Collect that inner wisdom that is stored within the heart

Harvest new possibilities, now is the time to start

~♥~

So, stand firm in your roots and hold steadfast like the tree

Accept the Wheel is turning, though at times we may not see

Each Season has its purpose to regenerate and sow

Change comes to the World so that All our souls may grow.

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love... May we each spread our Lights around our World....Sue Dreamwalker
