Today I had a wonderful mornings Peaceful meditation as I linked into our Earth Mother sending her my thoughts of Healing Peace..Today an important date upon our Earth’s Calendar, As we embark upon a new Era of Energy…
While in Meditation I felt a surge of energy enter the top of my head that created heat, as my heart centre filled up with such love it brought tears to my eyes…
I had sat with a note pad near me and as I came out from my tranquil state I just let the pen flow across the page..
This is what came forth..
Peace begins in each Heart
Today is the New Beginning each of us must start
Hold your love and Light
No more tears of bitter fights
For Now is the Moment of Love
Let the Energies pour forth from above
Allow your thoughts to drift
For each of you we bring a gift
Let go of Past, Let go of Fear
Today is the Beginnings of a New Era
Let Love and Light stream through your minds
You are the Change to help Mankind
Peace begins with each loving thought
Let your love blend with your Earth’s Mothers Heart.
For now you begin your journey so Bright
Open your Hearts
For within each is contained the Light!

Yes I can relate. In the middle of the night I was awoken to what I can only describe as an intense oscillation. I felt an overwhelming rhythmic vibratory pulse throughout my whole body which lasted about a minute. It was quite surprising, but after the initial jolt I consciously relaxed and watched whatever was happening in let-go mode. There was no conscious message, revelation or anything like that. I just remembered feeling happy and peaceful as I laid in bed. It just got so comfortable, I simply fell asleep as if it never happened. I awoke this morning with a smile and full heart, called a few friends, stretched a little, and came across your wonderful post. Life is goood!

When I did my meditation I felt heat through the top of my head and I pulled the energies in through my crown to send them through my feet into our earth mother..
I saw many Animals Elephants, Tigers, Lions on the African Plains running… Then I saw the Ocean and whales leaping lashing their tail fins down in the water along with many Dolphin leaping..
While being filled up with Love and light it brought tears to my eyes such was the feeling of Love within…
I have heard many say How connected they felt to everything today.. Its so good to hear other peoples feelings today

Aneesh, something I learnt along while ago as I read book after book, listened to tape after tape of meditation techniques, there is no Right or Wrong way to meditate… I find trying to empty ones mind is near enough impossible for we have so much popping in and out the moment we try to silence our own thoughts…
The Trick I found works best for me is to just concentrate totally as much as possible on your breath.. As you breath in and out be aware of where your breath is going, direct it in and out.. then I breathe in as if sucking it in through the top of my head, pushing it into every corner of my being.. I imagine the breath as Light and fill myself up with it.. and push it down through my chakra’s into my legs and feet and then imagine it as roots of a tree, but light, as it goes into our Earth Mother grounding me… I then breathe up as if these roots are straws and fill myself back up again with a colour… It can be any colour.. you may find these colours change, for they will be intuitive colours needed for balancing your own energy and healing… With practice this can happen quite quickly…. I just then allow my self to be bathed within the colour .. or sometimes I go with the Light roots into an underground Cavern full of crystals… and bathe in an underground healing pool of crystals… Once you get used to that, your mind then takes you on its own journey, revealing its own messages as for me I can get lots of picture images very easily and meet a guide or a friend….
The thing is DO NOT try to force it.. it will happen in its own time when you are ready…

Thank you so much Lady Blue, yes the Faries see far more than we will ever see… Meditation there are no right ways or wrong ways… just letting our minds be still as we let our thoughts drift is meditation enough for some… I have been busy with work lots of extra shifts near the holidays, and family… Trying to balance the bogging world in between, There are always so many posts I miss… but I am always delighted to see your good self here .. I have found Renee, that going through such emotional turmoil has only helped me in doing the job I now do, as I see how a person can hit rock bottom and how hard it is for them to pull themselves back up..
