Guest: Roasted Tomato Soup

Quite some time ago, Esmé over at The Recipe Hunter https://cookandenjoyrecipes.wordpress.com/ asked me if I would like to contribute with a guest recipe.

Even though Esmé had told me when it was to be published, I had quite forgotten it would be today .

So if you are looking for that winter warming soup, then do try this recipe it is delicious.
I would ask that when you do add that Balsamic vinegar, do so to taste, as some may find it a little strong, which is why I put on the recipe ( to taste ).

I am now home from my short holiday in Scotland, so I am gradually getting back into blog-land again..

Wishing you all a very Happy Wednesday..
Sue 🙂 ❤

I am still juggling WP at the moment as I come back down to earth from my vacation. Many thanks Robbie. ❤

Soup is my favorite meal! Thanks for providing a new soup recipe for my collection.
Welcome home from Scotland: when we were there the rain would not let up for a single day. No wonder the grass is so lush and green.

Hi Debby, yes I visited Esme, ages ago when a fellow blogger did a guest post, then I saw your guest post too.. And so Esme asked if I would like to do a guest post about myself.. I chose the recipe option, lol.. That must have been August/Sept time. It took me ages to get around to doing the post, and I finally did it where Esme scheduled me in..
The Soup I chose as it is my favourite and it is very easy to make. just roast, blend and sieve. then reheat basically. Nothing nicer on a cold day.. Enjoy, if you do manage to try it out.. And thank you Debby xx

What a surprising treat! Now I can enjoy one of your culinary creations, for a change of pace, and it sounds quite delicious. I love adding balsamic vinegar to my tomato salads, so that would be the perfect finishing touch for this soup, no doubt.

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love... May we each spread our Lights around our World....Sue Dreamwalker
