Golden Paths of Life

Golden Paths

Walking solitary I feel the breeze

As all around me is a shower of leaves

Each from new bud is born

All so perfect in shape and form

~~

Beginning life so fresh and new

Each one reminding me of Me and You

All of us held on the tree of Life

Each suspended until we return to our afterlife

~~

All upon our branches creating our themes

Turning skyward following our dreams

Constantly changing we alter and grow

Twisting and turning we follow the flow

~~

Back to our Earth Mother all must return

We all have our seasons and lessons to learn

Nothing is wasted both good and the bad

All are recycled, so we mustn’t be sad

~~

Remember how precious this journey, this Gift

We choose our pathway and which way we drift.

Which way we fall may depend on the breeze

Remember we are immortal, so let go with ease…

The above poem I wrote the other evening as I had watched this video Below The photo’s were taken upon a walk I did.

The Leaves on the trees right now are great reminders of such a cycle..

Each one perfect, each plays its part to the whole..

We are all upon our Pathway, some may be more golden than others, but all of us are no less important.

We are all of us connected within this ‘Ocean of Life’ we are all connected to the ‘Tree of Life’

Enjoy the Dance!

May you follow your Hearts and land with ease..

Love and Blessings

Sue

I love your thoughts as the flow in rhyme 🙂
winds of fate seem to be blowing through the seasons of late,
we are where we need to be, but sometimes I close my eyes so I don’t see
connected we are, thoughts reach for the stars
know I think of you, as the moments pass through

I’ll write soon (hopefully) storms have been flooding Texas, we have more on the way…though I love them so I’ll stand in the rain 🙂

Yes dear Sue; it is interesting to reflect that we were once merely, in fact literally, stardust floating through the cold, darkened vacuum of space, and having done so for many light years. One day, maybe tomorrow, maybe decades hence, we dissolve as we must into dust, parts of which may blow through the cosmos once again. And yet we are also sparks of knowing, of consciousness, of lucid awareness, and this has no boundaries, is non-local, being neither here nor there, not me, not you – eternal, non-dual, undifferentiated, known by itself as itself, peaceful, tranquil, the unmoved which births the movement of life. H ❤

Wow Hariod.. your words here poetically tell us the story of our birth, and rebirth.. I will exclude the word death, for both you and I know that not to be the case.. We only Transform from one to the next taking shape to merge with all that is and all that was and all that is to become… Forever in our Now the wonderful Gift that streams through ALL of Life… Constantly moving, reforming and developing as we gather unto ourselves All and everything, yet hold onto nothing.. But Love……..

Hey Sue. I really enjoyed this post. I love your poem and the pictures, and isn’t Jim Carey so inspiring?! I heard a talk (on youtube) he did for a graduation a few years ago, and man! I hadn’t realized how cool he was. Had only known him as an actor. Thank you for being on this WordPress tree!

Beautiful to hear Sue, as is your poem. Gives a feeling of peace, and a letting go of this mad world that we hang on to. To find that love within that is always there. Waiting….waiting….until we finally understand. Great post, thank you for sharing 🙂

Thank you Mark.. Yes sometimes I just laugh out loud at our stupid worrying ways… Habits that have formed over decades as we hang onto our emotions, our possessions, and other people.. 🙂 When all we have to do to be free, is….. Let go……….. Breathe deep and allow ourselves to find the love as you rightly say is within that is and always has been there.. Nurturing, guiding and holding us.. When it finally clicks.. we see we are Free. 🙂
Wonderful to see you Mark.. Hope you have a wonderful weekend x Sue

    Hi Sue,

This is a beautiful wreath of words to keep us inspired.
I like the way your thoughts and words merge into each other oscillating between nature and life. I often wonder how much they are similar and linked…even the breeze brings tidings of our dearest moments! Love the analogy of ‘branches’…perching high has always been the dream of humankind, so realistic but the harsh reality of being immortal is often brushed aside. Thanks for sharing such lovely thoughts.

My pleasure dear Balroop, and I am delighted you saw what I was trying to achieve within my poem..
Mankind is continually striving to climb, higher to better himself, to get that promotion, to be important.. And yes some do, some achieve their goals, and yet at the end of the day.. A tree can not be a tree unless it has roots, and various branches, some left and some to the right.. some broken, and some weak.. some strong and some tall..
We are all upon the same Tree.. each thinking we are individual, Like the leaf. But each an essential part of the whole.. 🙂
Loved your thoughts also my friend xx

Yes it is Karen.. and if you see what I just left Balroop in my reply, you will see why I teamed the Leaves on the tree with our human journey 🙂
Life is remarkable.. and I am always grateful for how each of us have found each other too.. It never ceases to amaze me.. This Spiritual Journey we have chosen this time around 🙂
      Love and Blessings Karin..

We are all connected ~ and I think science has made this clear, but what is most uplifting is that spiritual cultures around the world have known this for a long time. I remember as a kid reading about the Hindu thought that we are all energy and how that matched what physicists were beginning to believe.

Your words are a beautiful bridge between the two – this incredible cycle of life. It is one of the most positive feeling I think life can give. Thank you Sue.

I agree Randall, the connection we are all energy has long been known, yet science often thinks it knows better. 🙂 But now with Quantum Science they will have to re-write some of their books :-D…
We are all of us more connected than we think.. But our conditioning and of course even our own History books and cultures presume to teach us otherwise..
Its so good to see others awakening to the cycles of life.. 🙂 I so appreciate your visit.. You will have to excuse me not commenting upon your own recent post as I am presently being sent into Spam boxes, so will refrain for ending up in more spam boxes until the problem is fixed which I reported..
      Enjoy your weekend.. Blessings Sue

Excellent writing Sue, your words capture the very basics of our existence, Born today, Die tomorrow and what we achieve in between is our legacy to life.
Yes we are Immortal, through memory our existence lives on.

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love... May we each spread our Lights around our World....Sue Dreamwalker
