I believe I feel vibrations, but I think of them more as intuition.
Subliminally I pick up on body language or it could be described as minute things not consciously observed.
I try to be honest and open about myself and cheerful and friendly and find people do pick up on this.
An example I was staying in a very sleazy place in Las Angles, as I stepped out onto the side walk. A big black man said, “Can you spare a few dollars?” There was no love lost between black and white people back then. I just smiled and said. “Do you think I would be staying in a dump like this if I hade money to spare.” All at once He lost his stern manner and said ” where you from?”
There is no difference, unless we show a difference.
I could be wrong, just a fool, and fools rush in where angels fear to tread or it may have been my Aussie accent that did the trick.
As usual I was being myself and there is no other self but the this body and a handle, Jack, that owns nothing it is all on loan.
Though there have been other instances that support my theory, that what we give we get back..
Balance is needed, be caring without being obsessed, we can not be our brothers keeper.

I agree with you entirely Jack.. There is no difference unless we show a difference.. I worked with people from the shop floor upwards and could speak as ME to anyone from the cleaner to the top Managing Director.. No one is different bar the title they hold and their ego to hold it and wave it at everyone… 🙂 I often would wave my own smile back and won respect from all quarters… Balance is always the Key…
I have found my way.. and sorted out the clutter of my brain, and had a bit of an M.O.T to Boot.. So should be as good as new.. 🙂

Ministry of Transport yes, MOT testing cars.. We should all have an MOT at least once a year LOL… So many pay attention to their cars and what they put into it to make it go.. TV and the capitalist system have given trade priority and the public are fed mostly rubbish.
Regardless of that if we are mindful life is wonderful.

Yes I did it brings feelings of distance as well as connectedness and of Confusion as well as clarity. a beautiful inspirational piece about transformation. I do believe we need the tears as well as the smiles. Without our tears we would not appreciate the smiles, we wouldn’t develop enough empathy. It brings us closer to each other

I also think that our bodies are our soul’s temple. Our souls inhabit our bodies, which are transient, so our souls are in flux, all the time transforming. When you say:

Is forever happening, IMOHO. So finding yourself goes beyond ego, in terms of “self”. The “self” is an ego, an identity that clings to oneself like glue, the “me”. So “who” is the “me”. So who is the “me”. Is it always the same? According to Eastern philosophy it’s not. The “me” does not even exist.

I have looked in the mirror many times over my lifetime Sue.
I have seen so many faces look back at me, according to my doctors I have already lived 5 lives in this one lifetime.
I have covered much ground and experiences with different learning emotions.
I think Ana and I will live this last earthly lifetime out together.
I think I have completed my task in this life.
