Fly to Freedom~ A poem Spinning Threads

Spinning Threads

I’m spinning a spiral of threads to catch the light

And each one I weave brings new insights

Many years in this cocoon I’ve been caught

But soon my wings will fly fearing nought

thdivm-1_zps96d59195

For the life that I led has been transformed

All will be revealed in this New Dawn

Freedoms at last as we all escape

Flex your wings don’t hesitate.

thdivm-1_zps96d59195[4]

We shake off the shell of the cocoons grasp

To become that which we are at last

For once more we return to that from which we came

As this is the finish, the End of the Game

thdivm-1_zps96d59195[6]

A mortal serpent coiled in its ring

To spiral on out to leap up and Sting

Look to the skies for your answers lie their

Which were always within you so do not despair.

To unlock the spiral hold light in your eye

Let go of illusion be ready to fly.

thdivm-1_zps96d59195[8]

For this world that we know will soon spin a web

To stop all the hatred that’s killing her dead.

To combat the Fear spin your own nest

Out of love and forgiveness just trying your best

thdivm-1_zps96d59195[10]

Help up your neighbour don’t be selfish or mean

For the chaos around you is soon to be seen

Believe not the powers but follow your hearts

For WE spin the web and make a new start

thdivm-1_zps96d59195[12]

Free your Mind of the indoctrinate thought

Break free from the shell in which you are caught

And embrace the threads of goodness and Peace

And Help Mother Earth and ourselves to release

thdivm-1_zps96d59195[14]

A new Dawn is coming be ready be brave.

For your web of thoughts will set a new stage

And we are the people with one common theme

So live from the heart and follow your dreams.

By Sue Dreamwalker

Today I had the pleasure of seeing lots of Butterflies upon my Buddleia Bush I ran outside and although many were high up out of clear shot, I caught these images upon the Treeā€¦and within my garden. Ā There must have been at least 20 at one time of various species of butterflies above the bush.

Ā Caterpillars spend so long among the cabbages and nettles of life, We too fail to see how we can emerge and free ourselves from the constraints of our perceptions and thoughts. By allowing our minds to release from the threads we get caught within we see how we can weave a new way of being here on Earthā€¦ But we all have to set ourselves Free and learn again how to fly.. And embrace the Positive Peaceful ways of living together in harmony.. Its up to each of usā€¦ in our bid to help change and preserve our Wonderful Earth ..Ā

You know VK a couple of years ago I was so saddened that I had not seen many Butterflies, last year with all the rain as you have had this year we hardly saw any, and yet they must have been around.. But We didn’t see them or the bees, Now this year we have an abundance of them both much to our delight.. Yes I agree GMO crops have much to do with many of decline.. But this years dance of butterflies brought a new joy and great delight as I KNOW Nature will survive, as for Man, well there’s another story!.. Love to you too DW xxx

Sue, lovely poem and gorgeous pictures. Sadly we haven’t been seeing many butterflies in the past few years. While our field is filled with wildflowers and we plant even more, they are few and far between.

Its such a shame about your own butterfly population Lois, I despaired the last couple of years as I had seen less and less of them within my garden.. But it seems as if Nature has at last seen fit to restore them and in abundance for once…. Planting wild flowers and those with nectar is all we can do to attract them, and I try to keep a good nettle patch too in the allotments as I know various species love to lay their eggs on nettles… Hope you enjoy your weekend, Dont work too hard on all those finds you have for your projects šŸ™‚ .. I had so many butterflies and hummingbirds today…
watering I got lost in watching them dance from flower to flower, resting in the grass..I had a purple dragonfly the second day in a row…I got only one shot at him and it is not very good..I have never seen such a purple as he was…he did a lot of teasing, …he likes a bamboo stick I use to hold something up…
I finally figured out artichoke seeds! my first year to grow them…
I have so many bees this year..I am pleased with their progress in coming back around here… ….

your words make me glad I have my little space…for I feel so connected to Her…
    wonderful poem and Gorgeous pictures….
Thank you for the lovely walk thought your world of thoughts and photos…
as always a pleasure of the heart…

we haven’t had bumble bees in about 2 years…
there used to be so many, the African Bees almost destroyed
all the common honey bees here…very aggressive..noise sets them off, so
if you start a lawnmower, you’ll know if you have them, they attack the head and shoulders, if you can get your shirt up, and run really fast for about 400 yards
        you’ll survive the stings…
we have been lucky out here, not around for some reason, and I am not asking why, just enjoying it….
do yours make honey? I am never sure..the main hives around here and into Austin are a bee from England…they will be the ones I will have eventually…
Hope you are having a wonderful weekend…
I need to be working on a purse that is almost done, not sure why I am making it, I cannot stand carrying one…LOLs..

Such a shame about your own bumble bees maryrose, I expect they make Honey maryrose, but we just leave them alone and let them do their own thing… Now as for the Purse, why is it I see this as a kind of special bag like a medicine pouch! as if you have some special stones to place within it.. I may be so wrong, but when I first read this I thought of my own medicine pouch which I have some special crystals in… You too take care…. ~Sue xox

I am so happy for you Jackie, and yes the Buddleia bush we cut back last year, but it is now approximately 20 foot high and those blooms are the biggest they have ever been… Nature gave us back this tree, as we had to uproot our old one several years ago as we replaced an old fence and.. We discovered this seedling had self set in a pot on the patio.. We set it in its present place around 6 yrs I think… And I do so enjoy its blooms.. I look forward to hearing about your transformation Jackie. xox Love Sue xox

Loved the poem and the message within it šŸ™‚ It is time for us to remember who we are and to give gratitude and respect to the planet that has worked hard to provide for us. We need to realize that we are all connected and each object has within it the life force and runs within us. We need to do so much , but it’s always to start from within. We need to be the change we want to see.

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love...
