Healing Love

Softly sleeping your breath rises and falls

To the Angels I pray, I know they hear my calls

Your brow I do stroke and wipe the beads of dew

 Whisper your name and say how I love you

 

You turn in your sleep, and gently do you moan

I tell you you’re safe and will never be alone

You reach out with your hand, and I take you in my grip

Reassuringly I tell you, I will never let you slip

 

The fever took hold, and the room became a blur

I tell you I’m yours… And you are reassured

The clock ticks in the silence like the beating of your heart

And you call out my name; I tell you we won’t part

 

The Angels have gathered, but fear not my love

For they only come to heal you and bring a heart of love

For they know yours has broken and they come only to mend

And lend me the strength.. As your lonilness will end,

 

For your love is like an Ocean as deep as any Sea

And you are so very special, especially to me

You must fight this illusion that has clouded you today

And know that we’re united by love in everyway.

 

So don’t cry my darling, you know you must be strong

For the Angels draw forward, they come to sing their song

So sleep now in peace for they surround you from above

They answer my prayer to give you healing love
