The Way.

The Way

Scotland 2016

“Where am I going?” the traveller said

As he stepped on the stones of Rivers Bed

“How far is my destination?”

As he continued on in procrastination

~~

“Which way leads home, how do I choose,

I am lost and afraid and quite bemused”.

“How long will it take for me to get there?

Have you got directions that you may share”?

~~

‘Welcome dear traveller as you join my road

Rest a while and set down your load

Too long have you carried your burdens

Replenish yourself and rest in my garden’

The weary traveller did as he was bade

Realising how long he had been a salve

In carrying guilt, and burdens so dark

He off loaded his emotions from out of his heart

~~

One by one he emptied them out

Laying them bare, he let out a shout

Seeing how each had weighed him down

He lifted his head, and no longer frowned

A trail over Derbyshire moorland.

“Thank you, my friend, for making me see

The Way that I trod was created by me

There are many paths but only One Way

And it took me so long in karma to pay

~~

But now that I see, The Way you have shown

My Spirit is cleansed, and Lighter I have grown

I honour my path and others on their walk

For we each chose our Light and our own dark

Each Prism a dance of love

“No Path is wrong, they just detour and steer

To learn deeper lessons, I see that quite clear

I may be torn and battered, my scars tell a tale

But no one upon the path will ever fail

~~

The traveller rose, giving thanks for his rest

One foot before the other, just doing his best

Life is beautiful when you see perfection in all things

The way is through the heart, open yours, let love sing.

The poem I wrote in 2017, and the above photo’s are ones I have previously shared here on my posts.  And this is a re-post from that year.

Sometimes we have to follow our own particular roads, and at times I need to find that creative space and become the weaving woman.. It stills my mind,

And each stitch, each step we take,  and each thought is creating The Way..

Learn to follow your own hearts, open them up to your own creativity, stand in your own Power of your own Magical Being,  bring that Joy back into your lives, doing what You love doing..  Have a wonderful rest of the week and I will see you in a click or two..

The Universe is Making a Way for you right now.

And remember we create our future by what we focus our intention upon.

    Dear Sue,

Such everlasting wisdom and compass of life you have once again shared with us for mid-spring!

I would hereby like to celebrate and resonate with the tenet and spirit of your latest post entitled “The Way” with the following statement by Robert Louis Stevenson:

We are all travelers in the wilderness of this world, and the best we can find in our travels is an honest friend.

I hope that you have had a lovely Easter holiday.

Wishing you and your family a productive April doing or enjoying whatever that satisfies you the most, whether aesthetically, physically, intellectually or spiritually!

    Yours sincerely,
    SoundEagle

Learning to listen to our hearts, and open up to a deeper understanding of oursleves … and the Universe is the way. Travellers such as we must be attuned inwards, and be aware of the external force that keep drawing our attention to profit for them. The world may be a wilderness right now, but we are here and raising the vibration. The way in Scotalnd 2016 is still there. It’s just more difficult to find in the external distractions and violence in the world today. Thank you for being a friend 💕🙏🏼💕

Sue, I loved this. I was just watching a spiritual video yesterday that again mentioned somethinh you said here that re-resonated: ‘No Path is wrong, they just detour and steer To learn deeper lessons, ‘ And if we miss the opportunity, what’s meant for us we will find. ❤

Great poem Sue! Says so much. Many of us can relate to this traveller on his path finding his way home – without a map or directions – but with an open heart to show the way. I really enjoyed reading about his journey. Thank you for sharing this again! Much love and hugs! Have a lovely week!🥰😀🙏

Just like we ourselves as humans are unique, so too are the varied paths we walk. Each path has it’s own timing and purpose created just for us. Are not our burdens our greatest teachers? Quite often painful but faith keeps us going. Wide words Sue. The easiest way to find our path is by opening our hearts. The hardest lesson it seems for we humans to grasp. I think we’re starting to get the message though DW! Thank Goodness. Be well dear friend and enjoy the spring….Hugs & love….VK

Sue I can see that your heart is beautiful and I hope I don’t offend you but I care about you as a fellow human being and I want to share with you that I was in the New Age religion without realizing what it really promoted (Godself), I realized it’s very narcissistic, shares the same philosophy of lucifereanism, “Do what thou wilt is the whole of the law”. The concept that many paths lead to God is also luciferean. I spent 30 yrs as a psychic healer but it harmed me; it kept me selfish, ignorant, and in a forever victim mentality. Christianity is about freedom to choose, forgiveness/redemption but people think it’s judgemental and hateful, it’s not. Medicine doesn’t always taste good. I think New Age is covered in a cloak of false positivity, allowance for everything, I’ve experienced it as a path to delusion and sorrow.

I used to think that Christians believed in a mythological, cruel god but I realized that it’s not about cruelty, it’s about the choice to choose right or wrong, good or evil. I believe that we became imperfect when we destroyed trust/connection with God (perhaps our lDNA which was modeled after God was literally altered which keeps us unable to see or be in God’s presence. I see God as perfection, evil cannot coexist in God’s presence it would naturally be destroyed like a moth to a flame. There’s no cruelty intended. Hell is separation from God/love/kindness and is meant for demons not humans but humans have been mislead.

Pagans/Buddhists think that justice/injustice is all relative but it’s not. Buddhists look for balance between dark/light but darkness is rape, murder, hatred, torture…none of those things deserve to exist. Buddhists also strive to be present but they will miss the future and they deny the past, Buddhists are wrong (I used to admire it as a philosophy before I understood it). New Age is a revival of ancient paganism which is Satanism. The fall from grace was about the lie that humans could be gods, equal or above our creator. “The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing us that he doesn’t exist”. Jesus preached about forgiveness and humility. He was homeless, a healer, without sin because he was God incarnated as a human to be the one bridge back to God.

This poem is fantastic. You explain in a fluent and profound way how we are the ones standing in our own ways without even realizing it. We always create our own way and the way we walk it – burdened or with a lighter load. And sometimes we need to rest and observer ourselves to realize that we are the ones block that path. Amazing, Sue, much love to you 💖

Hello dear Sue, your wonderful poem, written all those years ago, is so pertinent today. Indeed we all have our own path to tread and decisions to make and life lessons to learn from. These past ten months of my travels have opened my heart and mind to such an extent that to go back to living an ordinary life of obligation and restriction feels wrong. Lots of big decisions to make when we return. Thank you for sharing this post and continuing to always shine a way. Big love sent my friend ❤️ xx

I usually have one night every few weeks that sleep just doesn’t hang around. I try to make the best of it. Easter was another day of the year here. Me and the cats. Not overdoing anything anymore. Work, rest, repeat. We have wind and I’m heading out for a walk before it picks up to major speed. It’s fire season here until July when the monsoons hopefully start. Way too dry. I want to stop by and see your garden soon. I miss that part of my life but it is what it is. Hugs and love. M

I am so glad and grateful you brought this post and poem back – it is so very alive and resonant for current times. The heart feels bright and light after having cleansed of unknown burdens of guilt and unworthiness. The freedom is so tangible, yet the weariness of the world is too. It feels right to stay in stillness and bask in the radiance with gratitude, for the awakeness granted to see above the weariness of the world. Spirit shows the Way, and I am more willing than ever to be guided.

Silence and solitude right now feels a great comforter, away from the noise of the illusionary mayhem of the outer creations manifesting as upside down chaos.
We only all have to step into the silence and observe, feeling the inner peace that settles into our core when we are guided to listen to our hearts.
Our Hearts once we learn to open them and listen guide the Way!…
May you continually be guided in every step you take dearest Pragalbha ❤

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love...
