Beauty is Within us All.

During the night I awoke, and wrote so many thoughts down as I tried to sift through the debris cluttering up my mind as I had woken up yesterday to the radio in the morning of the terrible news of the London  Flats Tower Block Inferno..

Sometimes we only see the harsh exterior of the world, through the lens of those whose camera’s try to tell us this is our reality. As it seems the media flit from one tragedy to another around our world. And yet amidst all of this tragedy I am witnessing so much LOVE..

The Cube Chatsworth Flower show 2017 click image  to take you to the link for more information.

For most of the day, I sort out solitude in quiet contemplation and prayer to send out my love to all who were experiencing grief, and loss of their loved ones friends and neighbours.  I also kept sending to our WordPress Friend Irene.. Even my husband said I looked liked a lost soul, as I seemed to feel so many hearts bursting with tears..

In the evening we had company, and as we discussed the terrible events. But what was emerging  was that how brilliant it was to see the London community come together.. It mattered not what race, religion, or if they were Poor or Well off.. Each story that I had seen unfold told of many hearts giving to others that in that moment were in need of love and healing..

Looking through the tiny holes in the granite to the garden held inside the cube.

Some gave money, others gave clothes and food. Lots who didn’t know what else to give, just handed out huge HUGS.. To comfort those still awaiting news of relatives and friends..

The images I have chosen to accompany this post I took on my visit to spend the day at the RHS Chatsworth Flower Show not far from my old village where I grew up at the end of last week . If you click the Chatsworth link you can see the many gardens that won medals etc.. It was such a beautiful Day. One that will last long within my memory ..

Foxglove inside the cube

The Foxglove happens to be among one of my favourite flowers, And I have several shades of them in my front garden. I do not have them in my back garden where my granddaughter plays, as they are poisonous..  Strange as  I write of the heart, that these flowers in particular hold chemicals that affect the heart,  Digitalis is poisonous; it can be fatal even in small doses.

We are all us being fed toxins that affect our hearts one way or another, as we allow ourselves to be led into division whether that be through politics, religion, or race..

Foxglove inside the cube, another pin hole view inside the cube.

So I choose the share some of the memories of my Beautiful Day, as I thought these pictures apt, Showing us that no matter how dark our world may seem or how stark it appears on the outside, no matter what chaos we face. When we join together in Unity and we really Look within, and when it matters the most and others are in crisis, the beauty within comes spilling out… For We all hold this Beauty  of Love deep within ourselves..  This has been echoed so beautifully in the wonderful prayers and responses to Amy in my re-blog of her appeal for healing to send to Irene..

Many thanks to all of you who have held Irene in your prayers. Amy says she is slowly responding, but far from well as she is still in an induced sleep..

Isn’t it just a shame it takes great tragedies to bring that kindness and love out of ourselves..  This brought home again, just how Love unites us All..

My love and heartfelt prayers are being sent to all in West London who have suffered so much loss..

Love and Blessing

 Hymn to Annûmara

I too felt lost yesterday and then late afternoon I began to feel a shift. So much Love and Calm. Yes it is a shame that most do not stay in Love until tragedy strikes. Bless you for the link. I’m so strong with feeling that Irene is going to make it. 💕🌹🌸🥀💕

It is unfortunate that tragedy does bring people together and the London fire was horrific. I try to do a little bit at a time during the year to the less fortunate when I hear about it. Yes it does make you contemplate life as well of how fragile life can be. Prayers for Irene ❤

    Beauty is within us all.
Tragedies can bring out our best nature. So sad, but also uplifting as we open our hearts and share in each other’s pain.
    There is always love here.

We were in London over the weekend and having worked there 20 odd years ago we were astonished by the rate of construction and the skyline, particularly around the Docklands. Such a tragedy and you are right people of all races, creeds and circumstances came together. If we can do it during a crisis and tragedy we can surely do all the time. x

The truth is that wherever there is suffering, we all feel it. Wherever there is love, we all feel it. Do we share the suffering or share the love?

Sometimes I feel I cannot contain anymore sorrow in my heart. The answer is to change my focus, like moving a radio dial to a different frequency. Let’s live together in a world where we are always tuned into the love station.

    blessings to you Sue,

Yes, the dial I keep turning, And you know me Linda.. Always Looking for the Love frequencies.. Which are often made more prominent by the waves of dark energies.. Both co-exist .. Which is why I feel often it takes a greater concentration on LIGHT to expose the Shadows.. And why they go hand in hand as compassion is opening up more Light through hearts that are opening up and beginning to care..
Keep your dial tuned into that LOVE my friend.. Very big hugs your way , and hope all is well with you xx

I’ve been so deeply saddened by the unfolding tragedy in London, dear Sue, and appalled at the ineptitude of political leaders, past and present, whose responsibility it was to make housing for the poor as safe as it for the well off. Kensington & Chelsea (a fabulously wealthy borough, for the most part), is being cleansed both on a class and ethnic basis, and it is quite disgusting. It’s also been disturbing how the mainstream media have played down the scale of the tragedy, still talking about ‘6 dead’ up to 48 hours after the fire started. I stayed up all night and watched a live stream and it was completely obvious that scores of folk will have been dying. I’m afraid to say I’m ashamed of our country at this moment, not of the people, but of those who represent it in politics and the media, Jeremy Corbyn being a notable exception. H ❤

Yes dear Hariod, such a tragic event that both touched and broke my heart as stories were emerging.. Forgive the long delay in my replying. But I just had to turn every thing off for the weekend and escape into my garden for some tranquillity and to soak up some of lovely heat-wave. And you will not find me grumbling its been Too hot, except to say my arms ache more with all the extra watering each day both at the allotments and on the home garden..
As to politicians dear Hariod, I feel they are All often out of touch with the REAL world.. And like you said, our country is nothing to shout home about.. As we give billions away to other nations, some deservedly so and others which are dubious into whose pockets the funds are helping? .. While many in our own nation are still in great need.
Nothing much has changed throughout the decades of which ever party rules. Except they all leave office with their own pockets fully lined.. Sad to say as I think of Mr Blair and how his own agenda went against that of public opinion that lead to war.
Its sad.. Seeing points scored, while those caught up in this disaster have lost whole families and all they own..
Which is why I just had to turn off everything news related including my PC this weekend.. As I regained my own balance and Peace..
I am sure you understand where I am coming from on this..
So lovely to see you Hariod, I always so appreciate your comments.. You So echo my own thinking.. ❤ ❤ ❤ Love Sue xx

WP is finally getting some of my notifications to me but still going to the reader to find others. I loved what you had to say here about where we find beauty. I also am adding my prayers for your friends recovery and all those that have had to deal with so much all over the world. It is this kind of tragedy that brings us face to face with who we really are. Where are our hearts? Most people are good and sometimes the few that do bad things, show where the good are. Do be extra kind to yourself right now. As a lightworker, you cannot do good if you are depleted. Giant hugs. M

I agree with you dear Marlene, it is only the few who get the media spot light to the bad deeds done, when in fact millions of good deeds are done every single day.. I am sure half the time the media make situations a lot worse as they insight more fear and anger within others who are easily led.. Many thanks my friend.. Yes WP is a bit erratic at times, and it gets annoying when those whom we follow regular some times disappear as updates go missing.. I even had a notification of a comment in my WP notifications to another person on a blog I had not even been to.. So some wires are being crossed somewhere.. 🙂 Big Hugs right back

Sending you so much love and light, sweet Sue! My heart goes out to the people all over the world, in London, in Manchester that are trying to heal from t hose tragedies. I was struck by the conversation between Neal Walsch and God when he asked about why there is suffering in the world. It was a timely passage and when you talked about people coming together up there (and how it takes a tragedy to make that happen) it echoes what that conversation was saying: that we can appreciate the good but that it cannot exist without its opposite. So when there’s badness, there will always be goodness somewhere. Ah well..I feel like such a fledgling student to all this stuff. I found three online courses I want to take – all through the generosity of their creators. Like you said: I just can’t get enough of it all. I’m so fascinated and riveted by this whole new world. They definitely don’t teach you this at university. LOL.
I hope you get to spend lots more time in your beautiful gardens. You definitely have the touch – I think the flowers and plants know that you love them and they respond accordingly.
Oh Sue, the conversations we could have if we lived closer! I intend to come to the UK soon. I promise to bring lots of hugs and get you a cup of tea. ❤

It has been a tough time in the world and in the blog world recently. But you are so right. There is so much love coming out of everyone, at all times and there’s no need to know each other to show love. It is sad what some will choose to do in this world. I am sure they have good in them but they just need to find their way – and finding one’s way can be a long, long, complex process. I also like it when you said in the comments to Brad that we have to believe in ourselves in order to project happiness and love. So true – lead and share by genuine example, and the heart is a powerful thing. Not only does the heart (and so what we do) make up us, it also makes up the world. Hope you are doing okay Sue 🙂 ❤

Dear Mabel, such a lovely comment you have left me.. And yes we have to remember we are only shown a portion of the negative that appears to fill what the whole world is like.. When in fact it is just a small percentage that the media choose to emphasis
There is so much LOVE and Kindness along with GOOD deeds done daily that no one ever notices.. But that is not news worthy..
Our hearts can not fail to be touched by such tragedies as this, Which often brings out the best in our humanness as we reach out with our hearts and helping hands to help others in need..

Not coined by me but by Patrice Ayme as a comment on Learning from Dogs. It was this: “If goodness is to win, it has to be smarter than the enemy.” The passion and, yes, the anger, over the Grenfell Tower fire is being fuelled by mass goodness.

Your post, Sue, is another incredible example of that passion and goodness.

You need to take care of yourself and not get too worn down by the pain in the world. I too saw the people coming together to help the victims of the fire and it reminded me of when we lost our home to an electrical fire. People I didn’t even know came out to help. Our neighborhood was poor yet the poorest were the ones who gave the most. One family with almost nothing found a pair of shoes for my son who ran out of the house without his. We often hear the negative stories and think the whole world is going bad but there is more good out there. Too bad the media focuses on the shock stories which hurt our hearts.

Yes, I was praying there were no reprisals .. It is horrendous that someone should copy cat an attack upon the Peaceful Muslim Community.. However I feel the media mainstream news is making situations worse with their repeatedly hourly news coverage going over everything and asking people stupid questions . Like I told someone else in a comment. even my husband has turned off the news this week.. As it is like a dog with a bone, and you can see it will only fester bad feelings which were not there before in the community.. xxx ❤

I fear there may be reprisals from authorities but not in the way we would have expected. The news is covering possible Muslim detention camps. All I could see was a repeat of the Japanese American detention camps during World War II. I pray we aren’t that stupid to do this again.

The attack on the Muslim community wasn’t covered much here. One alternative news suggested it was because it wasn’t a Muslim doing the attack. That’s the way our news works here, propaganda against Muslims is as you said like a dog with a bone and all else is hardly mentioned.

It seems for now DW, that people may get it but it never seems to last. They fall backwards into the muck and mire yet again and there we find ourselves spinning in circles again spewing hatred and violence rather than holding true to our understanding that we must change and embrace love….These are such difficult times when we are awake. Frustration becomes overwhelming. The old continues to hang on by their fingernails and refuse to let the light shine through. We must not falter but continue to come together to strengthen that light so hopefully one day soon it can stay strong and block out the darkness…Sending love to you and to all those suffering the sadness of loss over there….Hugs my friend…VK ❤

Staying strong dear VK.. and yes, around and around we keep going.. Stuck in the loop, when you actually break free of the loop, you can stand back and really See it.. It doesn’t make it any easier though, knowing what we do… just sad that so many are still so stuck..
Thank you for sending VK.. I so appreciate you and lots of Hugs returned xx

Just had to come back by: I’m smiling because I went to a second qigong class yesterday and, for the first time I felt tingling energy – my chi! It was incredible and I totally thought of you. You’re probably giggling that I feel like a kid in a candy store with all this. Oh, it’s like Pandora’s Treasure Box has opened. 🙂
And I had a question: is there any news on Irene? I’ve been thinking about her so much.

You got to Irene’s post before me, as I had been absent this weekend 🙂 So really wonderful news she is awake.. 🙂 And yes big smiles.. When you have been doing it a little longer.. Look at your hands while you practice through squinted eyes.. See if you can see rod like energy aura coming from your hands.. You will need a darker background to your hands when focusing.. 🙂 But you will smile even more.. 🙂 LOL.. Big hugs xxx

Every time I think of numerous people who are suffering in some way or other, I feel heavy at heart. At times, the pressure is so heavy that I stop watching news or reading newspaper for a couple of days. I know it’s a sort of escapist mentality, but it really becomes hard for me to bear so much negativity 😦

But, yes, there’s rays of love, hope and peace and I’m sure one day they’ll be able enough to cover the darkness of hatred. I live with that optimism…

P.S. I loved the foxgloves. They are one of my favourite flowers. Some beautiful ones have bloomed in Derrick’s garden (I think you know him and his blog)… 🙂

Yes, I love Derricks garden.. And I have a few of them in my own front garden.. I leave them to seed down each year and this year I have white as well as pink.. 🙂
And I so empathise with you as I do exactly the same.. Even my husband this week has avoided the news.. and says he feels better for not seeing it.. At last I think he now understands why the media is a negative energy that drains our spirits if we allow it.
Turning it off is what I did and I unplugged the modem to the PC too for several days.. Some times we have to be Free and breathe in the freedom of Nature to restore the balance within..
I know there is a lot more LOVE and Kindness in the world than is portrayed in the media..
Love and Hugs and Many Blessings to you Mani.. Thank you xx ❤ xxx

Sending out love and light to your friend Irene. May she be well.
I don’t read the news …but am aware of the chaos that is happening and yet…the multitude of GOOD there is…rarely get reported..and it is a dangerous thing because it feeds the mass with fear and more fear..and that fear feeds the negativity..and it’s a vicious cycle. But you are right..when tragedies happen…the majority of people seem to come out from themselves to reach out..and that gives us some hope 🙂

Thank you Anita, yes, its sad that only the negative news is getting reported.. When so much good out there is being done.. The media are in-sighting a lot of anger on how they report things right now and I feel often contribute to the escalation of negative feelings.. But it is wonderful to see the true human Good Spirit at work in aiding and helping their fellow man.. ❤ Love to see you and hope all is well in your world too Anita xx

With so many tragedies happening around, it sometimes seems like we are feeding on toxins. Yet something like a visit to a place full of nature’s beauty infuses the feeling of positivity and peace. Prayers for those who lost their near and dear ones.
Sue, I read about Irene on your post and though I had not known her before, I felt that it was very sweet of her daughter to update her blogging friends on her mom’s health. This is the beauty of blogging world. You feel connected.
Wishing you happiness, love and peace. Somali

to see such serene beauty through a pinprick hole of something that seems so concrete and bland is such an amazing feat, reminding me about the little prince, being essential and invisible to the eye, etc……so much tragedy yet still so many great and wondrous things, balance of the soul to weigh it all and not let it burden you down, peace and blessings, K ❤

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love... May we each spread our Lights around our World....Sue Dreamwalker
