I am Home..

Three Sisters -Beinn Fhada, Gearr Aonach, and Aonach Dubh

Sitting in the silence I listen to the echoes of repeated words that bring forth their visions. Which play out the scenes, in the space of the shadows of my eyes.

The Kelpies Scotland The history of how they were built and why can be found HERE

They are only given form as my intent brings them to life, as they dance to the tune of my mind.

Each thought rushing, colliding, sending chills tingling down my spine.

Only I give them life. Only I can make them laugh or cry.

The echoes of silence held the drum-beat of my heart as I change the pattern of my thoughts, calming the chaos I’ve created.

I listen to its rhythm pounding my ears. I breathe deeper, slowing its pace.

I hear a sound, I feel its vibration.  My voice is its creator, as I chant Omm

The shadows fall away and  a pin-prick of light I see clearly opening wider behind my closed eye lids.

I find myself transported, as I fly through the tunnel at the speed of Light

I am Lighter, no longer of this Material plane, as I step out into a New Earth.

Colours fill my vision like nothing seen or can be described.

Her shimmering waters fill my senses in a musical symphony of tiny bells as each dew-drop holds a note within the frequencies of her vast oceans.

Loch Ness

Mountains of grandeur flank vast lakes. Above me I hear the call of the Eagle, beckoning me to follow her flight path.

I ascend effortlessly in her wake, I glide by her side as she shows me her domains. We turn and soar, dip and dive, swooping close to the water we both touch it, she with wing tip, I with my hand.

Loch Ness

We become One and the same, I am home, One with the Earth, One with the Universe. For inside my BEing I am all and yet I am nothing, I am the BEginning with no end.

For I am Infinity and BEyond

At one within the ocean of consciousness

And the Love I hold explodes from within, like a Galaxy of stars from which I was born.

Now within this moment, I experience a New Birth of what awaits. Where When we let go of old paradigms and let go of fear which has held us trapped within the cycles of time.

So, close your eyes with me

Enter that silent space

And create a New Dream

As we allow it to show us the way Home

Oh Sue this was so beautiful. There is so much promise of goodness, it’s only difficult at time to find, but it’s there. Sometimes we must take ourselves out of ourselves to look within as you so often do and remind us. 🙂 ❤ Love and light! ❤

The poem conveys to me that you did indeed leave the room on some journey of your own. So now I finally know what gorse looks like. I have read about it in countless novels it seems. The pudding is wonderful, hope you enjoy it yourself:)

That looks like the kind of place one dreams of after being in a crowded city for way too long. I don’t know if that’s where your family hails from but the soul knows home even when the body is residing elsewhere. I was a bit distracted after reading this and had to come back. Love the poem that sings of the souls home. Beautiful, beautiful place I would love to see some lifetime. Hugs, M

Thank you, Sue. Looked up where you hailed from. Funny thing about the distant past. I remember living in Georgia as a child, I place I was not all that fond of the weather but stood for a moment at about age 12 thinking I had been there before. It felt so familiar for a moment. Don’t think I even knew the word déjà vu then.

Yes its strange.. I know I remember going abroad to Italy once.. and I had never been to that part before.. I was travelling by coach.. I said to my hubby as we were about to round some large hills that obstructed out view.. I said around this bend there is a large lake.. He was as astonished as I when it emerged.. just as I had said.. I just KNEW I had been there.. Then the instant feeling vanished.. So dejavu.. yes.. I totally understand.. ❤ And now you see why Scotland and the Dales are very similar .. with wild morelands..

    Hey Sue,

Happily surrendering to your flighty dream and shamanistic journey amidst the picturesque beauty of the Scottish Highlands (Glencoe? Fort Wiliam? Lochaber?) I too awoke within a paradise at the edge of a crystal clear Loch born beneath the shadow of towering mountains rising majestically from a magical landscape.

Your elegant words and artful photographs prove that paradise does still exist on Earth should we step out from behind our city walls and ingrained ideologies to find it, embrace it, and promote its exquisite beauty.

I get the distinct impression that Scotland will always be a favourite haunt for you, and a lace of magic and regeneration. This is a beautiful post, thank you for sharing it with us all here.

    Namaste 🙂

        Hey Sue,

It is a stunning location, and I can truly appreciate why one would find a mystical attachment to it. I know the area you visited only because I had adventures with the Royal Navy Cadets in that region whilst at school. We centred our stay in Helensburgh and spent days on expeditions in the Trossachs. I also had a wee camping trip with a mate years ago staying on the edge of Loch Long in Arrochar. It is a small world.

I can tell from the passion with which you write what the area means to you, and the attachment you have with it….spiritual as well as physical. That sense of magic and awe seeps into and between every word you have written, and shines from every photograph taken. It is breathtakingly beautiful. So many times I have wished to move to Scotland…and to the West coast, but never have yet made the journey. One day I will. You post here, and the charm and enchantment of it only encourages me further to make the effort.

I enjoyed all of the post and followed the links provided…the Kelpies are incredibly powerful sculptures, and the story behind them fascinating. I love the history of timeless places and the ever-present sense of antiquity and ancientness that abounds. It is pure magic in its most elemental form, and so powerfully stirring. Little wonder you moved to write between dreams 🙂

Always my pleasure to visit, and always a pleasure to be moved by your poetry and vision.

Brightest blessings and best wishes for the new week ahead.

        Namaste 🙂

You are blessed and always will be Sue with a heart that intuits and a sense of imagination that knows of wonder and responds to beauty.

Sulphur Mountain, Banff, Canada? (I looked that one up lol) From the images just viewed on Google, it looks incredible. What a privilege it must have been to visit. Again, Canada is another destination I am eager to visit…both for personal reasons and for the thrill of being there in the footsteps of W.H Davies, Supertramp!

Banff has appeared two or three times in conversation of late, and that adds curiosity to my already inquisitive nature as well. I guess one day I will have to go. Always so much to do, yet so little time and money to do it all!

Thank you for sharing your vision and inner journey. It’s been a pleasure.

Yes Dewin.. its beautiful.. I travelled for our 25th Anniversary in 2000, for a holiday of a lifetime Coast to Coast across Canada.. Banff, if you ever go.. You must visit Lake Louise.. Jasper, Niagara Falls, the The Columbia Icefields. Vancouver, Quebec, Victoria.. So many places returning from Calgary.. Each one very special… I have been lucky.. Now its time to concentrate on nearer home.. And I am content within my garden and visions.. 😉
But you should pay heed to the ‘Signs’ if they appear… Merlin would approve I am sure.. 😉

              Hey Sue,

What an incredible adventure that must have been, a real journey of a lifetime, brilliant fun! 😀 You reel off the names of these magical places so readily…it is as if their memories are always alive within you, always there on the surface just itching to be remembered! It must be awe-inspiring to have such depth of experience to draw upon when you write your magical stories and wax lyrically in your dreamy prose.

I can’t imagine undertaking a journey quite as amazing, but boy, do I want start out on one this very second. That wild wanderlust keeps calling and one day I might sell up, buy a one-way ticket and just disappear into the wide open yonder. It’d be perfect. A family member made a similar journey some years ago coast to coast across Canada by car, with a destination centred on Vancouver: two weeks travelling, one week resting, and a lifetime of memories to tell.

You have a created a wonderful space in your garden Sue: it’s just as grand as any adventure could be and just as beautiful in your heart and mind as physically being elsewhere. When you close your eyes and lift away to fly with Eagles you can travel anywhere you choose and go anywhere the Eagle takes you: with your physicality removed, there is no difference at all between reality and fantasy…and dreaming is free! 😀

I do pay heed to signs and do my utmost to interpret them positively. Merlin does indeed insist that I remain aware, and Archie always offers his oracular opinion just to keep me honest and true. I will ponder further the Banff reference. At time of writing, the signs being presented come by way of ‘hair bands’! For some reason I am regularly presented with hair-bands on my daily path. It matters not where I go, they are always there, and for some reason I am impelled to collect them. I have 54 of them in a variety of colours but have no idea whatsoever of what they mean! I cannot find a reason why I feel need to collect them and cannot attribute any symbolism to them with confidence…other than to think of ‘tying up loose ends?’ But I need to know why I am collecting them! If you have an answer, a suggestion, a thought, please leave a comment and let me know lol 😀

I’m going to spend a moment or two viewing the Banff images online. I’ll also view the other places you mention; perhaps it will stir deeper thoughts and reveal reason. Thank you for sharing those with me.

Enjoy a wonderful new week full of mini-adventures still waiting to happen.

              Namaste 🙂

At least its got your focus upon travel.. Intention is what brings our dreams into our reality Dewin.. So manifest via not putting any expectations or pondering how it can be achieved.. Just know it can.. and See yourself among the mountains and lakes of Banff etc.. Perhaps taking a Kayaking. Watching that Eagle and hearings its cry..
Hairbands.. 🙂 hummmm.. circles.. infinity.. Seeing clearing.. colours each have their own meaning.. I would do colour reading within my autagraph paintings. 🙂 Alot also depends on when you found them.. What were you thinking while you found them.. And did any one you know use these kind of hairbands.. Do you mean the small elastic circle kind? or Alice band type.. Alice.. down the rabbit hole.. I could go on.. lol.
I you are unsure of what an Auragraph is.. You can find more information on my art pages. Here.

              Hey Sue,

Yes indeed, it has captured my attention and aligned my focus towards opportunities to travel. You make the experience sound so beautiful and I know it would be to enjoy a period of time miles away from here and alone simply wandering and basking in the wilderness. It is a journey that I have to make at some point for personal reasons, with a final destination that will be in Vancouver. How I get there is the real journey, and I intend to make it as ideal as I can. I have some ‘work’ to do before finally deciding to go, but my intention is already firming, I just have bring my head up to speed with that choice. I keep watching the film Into The Wild, and each time I fall in love with the idea of simply disappearing for evermore.

Thank you for your musings on Hair bands. I am indeed talking about the small elasticised ones…had it been Alice bands, I most likely wouldn’t have collected them with as much zeal. You speak of colours and I have been thorough in considering that. perspective already. Most are black, the remainder brown, light blue, one red, 3 purple, and my favourite a slightly thicker band in horizontal stripes of red and black.. Oh and there is one silvery/blue one with sparkly bits on it lol. I am starting to think it is a harmless obsession, but cannot think why I find them interesting! It’s a mystery…one that will either stay or go. In addition to these hair bands I have found a whole host of other ‘treasures and trinkets’, mostly sparkly things (lol) that have been left on path, but I won’t list them out or else I’ll be here all day. What I will tell you is that following several long discussions with a local shop-keeper, a Sikh, I have subsequently acquired within a very short space of time 3 of the 5 K’s (articles of Sikh faith always worn/carried by a Sikh) – Kangha (a wooden comb for the hair), Kara (a iron bracelet), and Kirpan (an iron dagger large enough to defend yourself). The final two K’s being Kesh (uncut hair), Kachera (100% cotton tieable undergarment (not an elastic one). I did get to wandering if the hair-bands related in some way to the Kesh, and considered that a plausible possibility. The cotton undergarment, I already owned. I am still pondering these finds, but one of the curiosities of the conversation I had with the shopkeeper was their mention of Canada (Banff)…where the Sikh community is very well represented. It is a country that the shop-keeper would dearly like to take his family to live. And so I got to wondering if somehow all of these small pieces of a fractured jigsaw interelate somehow, but as yet I can’t quite put my finger on an answer as to how or even why. It just seems as if things are interrelated, or interwoven in a manner that feels encouraging and yet so very vague, like a dream that is ungraspable but forever alluring. I wish I could get to the bottom of the mystery…perhaps there is other items yet to be found that will add to the picture. Perhaps I will report back at another time if anything else shows up.

Sorry to bimble on for too long Sue…you know how it is when the fingers take oer and just do their own thing on the keyboard.

Thanks for listening…I#ll leave you to peace and quiet! Lol 😀

              Enjoy your evening. Take care.

I think listening to you most interesting thoughts, you have almost cracked the code yourself.. And thinking tooooo hard can sometimes not be of benefit. So let it go for a while and let the Universe unfold the answers in their own time.. Keeping that focus of intent without no pressure of the why and where-with-all.. For if you are meant to get there you will.. And the means and method will present themselves also… Too many co-incidences not to be taken as real signs.. And I believe there are no co-incidences.. Only Pathways we are shown.. If we open up and follow them.. 🙂

Perhaps you are right Sue, and I should just ease up a little. many times I get to wondering if my thoughts are those of the people I meet, as if one picks up on something non-verbal. I don’t know.

I will ponder the words of your kind and supportive reply, and maybe take a nap as I do so. Often the answers come in that twilight world between sleeping and waking. Hey Sue,

How are you doing? Did you know I’d be online as you replied or was that just a lucky guess? 🙂

Well I am pleased to report that I have mellowed somewhat today and found a little room to consider things from a different perspective, and perhaps with a much sharper focus. Indeed this was supported by another ‘find’ on my path early this morning…a rubber bracelet, like the ones worn when gaining entry to theme-parks. Well, mine was red and from Laser Quest 🙂 Further down the path I then found a small plastic suitcase, a game piece for a board-game. It was made of pink plastic and moulded with a ribbon bound around the bag. Being solid they looked like bunny ears lol 🙂

I am still pondering these finds whilst I read a path around WP. So yes, thank you Sue, I have had a good day. Peaceful and quiet, in thought.

Ah, so you’ve been rambling, or wandering in wonder, or sat distilled and stilled in the cosiness of your garden? Whichever it may be, you sound delightfully chilled.

Enjoy the later end of the afternoon and the evening that follows.

              Namaste 🙂

              DN

Sue, this is beautiful. I’ve read this several times and love it more each time I read it.
“We become One and the same, I am home, One with the Earth, One with the Universe. For inside my BEing I am all and yet I am nothing, I am the BEginning with no end. For I am Infinity and BEyond” – this verse says it all. 🌹 🌻 🌺

Big smiles Eugenia.. So pleased you enjoyed.. And yes, those words just came so naturally.. And I wrote this after waking in the middle of the night.. And like I said to another who commented. An hour passed in a moment, as I wrote, I visualised as I wrote.. And felt transported through a portal..
So I had to find some images to match and my Scotland trip fitted the bill..
Many thanks for your kind comments my friend.. ❤

Yes, such dreams I have had as well in the past. Not exactly the same, but. I wonder if we shall but slip into a parallel reality where this earth remains pristine, no longer the dumping ground for miscreants. I know these realities exist, but it’s been 25 years since I actually ‘experienced’ that they exist. Maybe it’s time again. 😉 Lovely post, Sue.

We just got home from our summer vacation…and being at home is really a wonderful feeling…
This post is just in time Sue…I think we need to find our inner home to be able to spread love and peace around..there’s jist so much violent acts happening around…i know its difficult to put an end to it abruptly, but i believe we can in due time..if and only we start it within oursleves..peace within…love within…home within

Beautiful poem and beautiful words. I love your images and photos and the imagery you paint with your words.
    I DID feel a new place, I DID feel a new earth…
Which, interestingly, makes me think of something I just learned about yesterday – something called “sensory deprivation pods” – effectively, you go into a tank that has something like 1000 lbs. of epsom salts, allowing you to float – no matter your swimming ability. People can keep the pod (or tank) light on, but by turning it off, you float in darkness and it is said that you can go into a deep, meditative experience. The water is heated to body temperature and it creates this almost other-worldly experience, according to an article I saw on Mind, Body, Green. I live near a “vortex” (Asheville, NC) and it didn’t surprise me that one such place is near me. It has different names, such as “salt water flotation” or “sensory deprivation” but now I’m intrigued. Have you ever tried that? I think I might try it and see what happens. These days, I LOVE getting into deep meditation – it’s just such a wonderful state of bliss and it makes me LOVE everything. Hehe. So, I’m curious.
Ah well…I also started reading Conversations with God last night in the half hour before bedtime. That book. WOW. I’m all psyched and giddy and I read about 15 pages before my mind went, whoa! I need to sleep on these ideas. Hehe.
Thank you for the suggestion. I checked out volumes 1 and 2 from the library. 😀 Sending you big hugs, sweet friend. Sweet, wonderful hugs! xo

Many thanks for your lovely comment Cynthia, I loved your new video and your colouring book publication. I have yet to land on your blog to read and comment.. But working my way there today..

Oh Sue, I had just such a vision, a waking dream. “. . . as I step out into a New Earth. Colours fill my vision like nothing seen or can be described.” My inner voice spoke the beauty that lay before me, but my mind could not translate, nor my mouth, speak. And yet, you captured this experience and spoke it so eloquently. What a gift. I am so grateful you shared it 💚

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love... May we each spread our Lights around our World....Sue Dreamwalker
