A Little Imagination Costs Nothing

Its time for some light refreshment dear people, and after the depth of my last out pouring of feeling from my last post I though a nice simple little post of what I was up to with my Granddaughter this week.

We spent the morning making painting and sticking an empty tea-bag cardboard box and converting it into a small peg-doll house. For some reason after our previous  primitive attempts which my Granddaughter was well and truly in charge of construction with sticky tape in hand. Her mum said she did nothing but play with it until it disintegrated under someone’s foot!  So I thought we would make another a little more up market and more sturdy.

So in picture form, here is the unveiling of Peggy’s House Introducing Mr and Mrs Peg. Standing by their settee- Sofa.

Here is there Dwelling place. the front view . Complete with round window feature  upstairs.

Note the climbing roses around the front door and the special ribbon highlight on the roof. A special addition of the designer not yet 3 yrs of age.

Here we see Mr and Mrs Peg struggling as they  lift their valuable furniture to set up home within their new build.

Below  we see the side view with the arch window feature. Seems Mr and Mrs Peg are still having problems getting their furniture through the door!

Now Here Mrs Peg once inside, is showing you an unique view as this dwelling has Roof Ventilation and is heated via Solar Sunshine which flows directly from a swing roof.. Very Posh! Notice she has set the table already with four plates, Notice also the matching carpet and curtains.

Below is the Back door view. Note the wonderful painting upon the walls and the blinds that matches Mrs Peg dress.

I hope you have enjoyed this delightful little dwelling and it shows what  ‘Two’ little girls get up to and that a little imagination costs nothing,

but is giving hours of fun!
