The Now..Gift…

 

What was the now moment? was it this breath she took as she breathed in the Sunny Breeze. Was it her gaze as she opened her eyes to the sky seeing in front of her a haze of insects as they hovered above her head

She wondered now about the insects as they congregated darting this way and that, each busy doing its own thing, each on its own journey, and yet who ever gave them a passing thought?.

She had, just now… there it was again.. the NOW Moment… How do you keep your thoughts in the Now moment? as she was deflected again from her moment as a plane passed overhead. She followed its path across the sky. it was a small biplane the noise from its engine changing as it circled and banked.. She wondered where it was going what it was doing as she brought her gaze back.

The clouds were thicker again and the breeze had picked up.

She told herself … Focus!…….. Focus!…… Focus!..

What do you want from your ‘Now Moments’? Can all Now Moments be positive moments?  Why did she feel so sad?

She thought about that deeply…. She couldn’t answer her question, because to look at her answer took her away from her Now Moment into the Past, which in turn catapulted her into the future.

A future she so often saw, which she wished she couldn’t. A future which she could create within the ‘Now’…

All thoughts being living energy she knew that, she knew she had to construct her thoughts like building blocks. She needed to build her future, she needed to understand she didn’t need to tear down the past brick by brick, for within the Past lay her foundations which were indeed the bedrock which had led to her Now… She needed to construct now that place in the future.

She saw how she had needed her Past to gain strength. She needed only to sit within her Now Moment to understand Every Moment, Every Single One has a Gift…

That’s Why they call it ‘The Present’
