Getting in Tune with Your Self

This Piece of writing I wrote in the middle of a sleepless night back in 2013, as I listened to the Silence .I have no doubts the words were inspirationally given in the early hours before Dawn, Below is what flowed from my pen into my journal….

Often we walk within libraries seeking knowledge from the pages of books. We tap into those words which seem to resonate within us as we walk upon our never ending journeys of seeking truth. The pioneers before us laying down those foundations of inspiration as they seem to have found those missing keys of which many of us still seek to unlock our own levels of understanding.

If you are one of those who are still seeking, and still piecing together those missing pieces of the puzzle of life. Now is the time to put your books down for a short while, take a break from another’s thoughts and sit in the silence of your own, and LISTEN. 

Listen not to the Mind and its ramblings, for your Ego will often take you along a false trail cluttered with debris of doubts, fear and pride. Listen instead to the Beat of your heart, and then listen to the silence between the beats. As you listen, really listen, become  then that silence, feel your blood flow through your veins, feel your pulse, feel it beating and understand we are all a beating pulse at our Earth Mother’s Heart.

Within each beat of her own living heart we vibrate within her being. We have forgotten to breathe in Mother Nature’s Magic. We have forgotten to breathe in her perfume, Listen to natures sounds and  really see her wonderful colours.

We have forgotten how to use Light and the Spectrum of colours of those beautiful rays which our Sunlight reveals to all.

Many of us do not see the Power contained within these Three Senses.

Our sense of Smell – Perfume,  Hearing-Sound, and  Sight- Colour.

How many of us have a memory stirred within a perfume, maybe its new mown grass, or roses, or the woodland. How many times can a scent evoke the memory of a loved one passed to Spirit?

Sound too with its vibration heals and soothes and lingers on long after the instruments have finished being played within the room and  it carries on playing within the corners of our minds replaying over and over again, long after the music has ceased playing.

Some Music may sound disjointed and Heavy, but even Heavy metal music has its part to play as it creates its own vibration in breaking down various mental conditions and clears a path for renewal. So too in life when we see Chaos, it all is helping clear out old patterns clearing the way for renewal, even the Ferocious Fires or floods, we are witnessing, as devastating as they are, nature always finds a way to regenerate and renew.

~Out of the Ashes the Phoenix Rises~ Colours each are a vibration and like the musical notes on the scale each colour vibration works with the chakras of man’s own vibrational chart. You only need to look within our own changing aura’s to see how colours swirl and are constantly changing.  

If you could combine the colours with music you would see how each note produces its own colour vibration. Look to Nature and see her Beauty combination within the Sounds of the Ocean and the rushing of a waterfall. The Song of a Bird, and the Hum of an insect.

When we Sing we Vibrate at a Higher Level and we are all of us Energy Beings each of us held within our own level of attainment within the Physical Body

So each of us produce our own Notes, for we vibrate within our own level of Being- we produce our own individual sound/pulse/Energy. We send this Vibration out every day without even realising it. Through our Thought!. 

When a Musician tunes up his instrument prior to a performance it can sound anything but sweet as each player in the orchestra individually tunes up. And yet when all are in tune, and each understand and read the music before them what harmony they create as we listen to the masterpieces created by the Great musicians as they play as One. Have you heard of the Mozart Effect, I listen often to classical Music and for me it can transport you to another planet, to a realm of Peace.

As Individuals we have become ‘out of time’ with Nature, we have lost our Colour and forgotten the Music in our lives, We have forgotten to Sing and smell the perfume of the Roses.

This is why each of us needs to find our own Heart-Beat. And when we each learn to tune into our own Silent Vibration we then can once again resonate with the Whole.

We then become complete. No longer are we then the lone musician, we become the orchestra of Life as we join the Conscious Stream of our Harmonic Evolution.

A concert I truly need to be a part of, and one in which I need to be putting in as much practice as I can, ready for that day the Curtain Rises for the Performance of a Lifetime. So I need to pick my thought tunes carefully!

So let us all at least try to Tune our thoughts into those Higher vibrations of Being as we embrace the Positive elements around us.. Allow yourself some space as your Tune up your own Instrument within your Conscious Thoughts, Let no other influence your Thought process, but go within and seek out the Knowledge that is found within No pages of a Book.. But Dig Deep within the recesses of your heart and Feel within your True self what is right for you.. And follow not your head, but your Gut so that it may lead you to a greater understanding of

Who you are…

as you Trust in the Orchestra of Life.

Together We Walk

As we begin another year, with hope in our hearts,
Let us start , as we each alter all our thoughts. 
Do not focus upon that which we feel is wrong, 
Instead look to solutions which will make us all strong.

Lift your thoughts up, as you ride on a cloud
Float high above the torment, the noise so loud 
Know as you rise, you have cut free your chains 
From all earthly worries, your heartaches, and pains

See on the horizon, the light of a New Dawn
Where all join in harmony, a new life to spawn 
Build with your hearts, in Unity for All

Where Children are children, who are taught in Earth’s school 
Where no tax’s or fines, are implemented rules 
Together in Communities, the focus is on Thrive, 
Where no individual can deviate or hide.

For Gone is the structure of controlling top down
Unity works Together, where ALL share the crown. 
So, Lift up your thoughts, it’s time to fly free 
For this New Earth is made up from You and Me…

Embroidery Journey of the Kingfisher

Many of you will have noticed I went quiet for a while leading up from November to Christmas. Having a digital detox is good for the soul . I can never just sit still, and do nothing with my hands.. It stems from leaving school aged 15, to work in a textile factory, working piece-work.
I have always enjoyed creating, be it from sewing my own and my daughters dresses when she was a child, to knitting, or crocheting. I also have embroidered items throughout the years such as table and tray clothes etc.

I have never been afraid of trying something new, and I guess I have my Dad to thank for that. I may not have appreciated the lessons at the time, but my Dad taught me there was no such word as ‘Can’t’ because we can ‘Try’.. And over the years I have tried my hand at many things, and I have been determined not to be beaten. Including laying Lino in our bathroom one year by myself, as my hubby was so busy, the role of lino had been sitting there for weeks, it may have taken me all day to fit it, with a few tears along the way, but I did it.. And it stayed in place for years until we had another piece fitted professionally 🙂

So when I came across a lady called Trish Burr on YouTube I started to investigate, and I treated myself to one of her embroidery books which had several iron on transfers in the back of her book.. I had never given Embroidery Needle Painting a go, so I thought I would try it out. Many of her works of art are created just using one single strand of embroidery thread separated out from the six strands in the yarn floss. So this takes patience and time, all of which I had plenty of.

For me, while I sit focused upon the project in hand, my mind is totally absorbed in the moment. The noise of the outer world disappears, and my whole being feels at peace. This to me is my kind of Meditation, for while I sew, I can also allow my mind to wander into my own Magical World of Creation. And it becomes very therapeutic building up a picture one thread at a time, as I build up my own inner vision of our future world, holding collective peace and unity.

So, I can envisage a future world that is filled with love, harmony, and peace, whereby people co-operate, share and are kinder to each other. Christmas is that time of year when those lighter feelings of Joy and Goodwill to our fellow men and women surface, as people wish each other a Merry Christmas and best wishes for the coming new year, and for those few short weeks, faces light up and the energy surrounding them feels lighter and brighter.

Envisioning A World In Balance.

Then sadly, people revert back into their worrying of how they pay for things bought, throughout the holidays and sales, as in todays world its so easy to put everything onto credit cards, something I have say I have never owned. I was always brought up to save for what I wanted, and waited until I had, before I purchased anything. So after Christmas you begin to see that Light in their eyes, that spark, within people fade, as people withdraw back into their boxes, as they erect their barriers again of mistrust of each other again. Its sad, we cannot keep those feeling of Joy in our hearts all year round.

So, as I sew, paint or craft, I pour LOVE into a gift that I have crafted, and created, which I know are always greatly appreciated.
My children always remember, and often will reminisce when they were young children, and it was a year that my hubby and I were going through a tough year financially, when they were around the ages of 4 and 6yrs old. as my husbands place of work had been out of strike for weeks, and we had no income and a mortgage to pay. So there was no money for Christmas Gifts.

So that year I made a cardboard dolls house for my daughter making furniture out of cardboard, I put scraps of material at the windows and made her doll new clothes.
My Son, I made him a Fort, with turrets and draw-bridge out of a cardboard box, I had some brick wall paper left over from papering our fire place, which was all the rage back in the early 70s, and covered it, I made little windows to shoot arrows through and bought him a little bag of plastic Knights and solders on horseback and with bow an arrows.

They will often tell me how much they loved those gifts, and they are the ones that stick in their memories the most…
We do not need a lot of money to create meaningful gifts made with love… And some of the best gifts we are ever given are not of the material world, they are the gifts of LOVE we give each other..

So as I leave you with a slide show of just some of the gifts I have made for various family members and friends, as I forgot to take photos of others. I want to wish each and every one of you who read and visit here, so, so, much love..

Know that as 2025 unfolds, it may appear in the outer reality to get more chaotic and loud, as the old order dies, their shouts of fear mongering will get louder and louder.. Know dear friends we are the creators of our future reality… If we buy into the fear, or give into their control, we are binding ourselves to a future of more of the same…

But if we stand in our power of Love and Integrity, as we hold onto our Truth, and our Sovereignty. We can achieve anything we put our minds too..
Remember, there is no such word as ‘Can’t’ as we each try our best.

When Prayers are Magically Answered.

I have a little story to share with you all, which before you read I will say has a happy ending.
Here in England over the past month we have had our fair share of storms.. The most recent bad one was Storm Darragh, which was in the beginning of December. As Wind gusts of up to 90mph swept the breath of the British Isles, trees fell, and rivers flooded, buildings were damaged and sadly some people lost their lives.
It was on Friday 6th of Dec that our cat, Biscuit decided to brave the rain and wind as he insisted on going outside. The weather got increasingly worse, blowing off part of our neighbours Summer house roof over onto our garden.. Fences came down on our street and refuge bins were blown over.. Luckily for us it only ripped off the tarpaulin of our allotment shed, while other unfortunate allotment holders had whole greenhouses blown out that crashed down.

Saturday came and went with still no sign of Biscuit, as my Husband braved the high wind shouting his name in all his usual hidey places around the allotments, but the wind was so high and the rain lashing down his voice just got carried off in the wind.
All of this time I was sending out Prayers for his safety… He doesn’t like rain and I just hoped he wasn’t trapped somewhere or worse, as thoughts ran riot.

Sunday morning came, and I had hardly slept, as I constantly shouted him throughout the night, as he was usually always within shouting distance…
I rang my daughter to tell her, and she soon got into action, ringing me 45 mins later saying she had contacted several Cat rescue places and one matching Biscuits description was on a FB rescue site. Yet no phone number was available.. As neither of us were FB uses, my daughters partner looked up the charity address on the Gov: website and Low and behold the address was on the next street to us, but the phone number was disconnected when I rang it.

In the mean time I contacted my friend who I go to the gong bath sessions with who is on FB, and she sent a photo via me to the Charity and obtained a Telephone number… This was all happening as I walked to the next street with through the rain and wind to the charity address..

It appeared that Biscuit had been sheltering under someone’s shed, near to the charity address owners home, he wasn’t wearing a collar at the time, so they said he was a stray who had been living under her shed for months.. ( Not True ). He may have gone there several times in good weather, catching mice.. And caught in the storm he wouldn’t want to come out from under it… He had been taken to a town 7 miles away, to stay in a cat foster home. After the Charity owner where he was taken had got in touch with her team. He had been at the cat shelter for more than 20 hours, so more or less had been snapped up soon after going missing, and once we were able to prove he was ours he was delivered home safely Sunday Evening..
I was so relieved he was back home safe, and so was he, it has knocked his confidence a little as he is now reluctant to stay out for long, which is a good thing. He is 14 and while he is very Street Wise, he is people friendly and lets anyone stroke him and pick him up..

After knowing that my prayers were heard and how Synchronicities of my daughter and partner along with my friend all who worked their own little pieces of Magic that day, I came across this post of Laura’s.. entitled “ I saw How Prayer Actually Changed Reality ” NDE.
As I listened to the video, which had been posted the very same weekend that Biscuit went missing. I knew beyond a doubt my prayers had been heard, and my own little miracle had happened..

Because no way would we have known he had been whisked away to the next town…

So dear friends, as today is Christmas Eve,..
I wish each and everyone of you, a wonderful Happy Christmas and Holiday Season, of LOVE, JOY and Happiness..
May your New Year of 2025, bring you Peace in your hearts, as we remember that together when we Pray, our prayers are heard and when we pray collectively as stated in that Video Laura shared, just how much more powerful those prayers become that help shape our future reality…

Vibrations! Of Choice!

Gong Bath ‘Going Within’.

On the 16th November a friend and I travelled to join a Gong Bath session in a Village Hall. We all had brought with us our sleeping bags, mattresses and pillows, for this was going to be a four hour session. Entitled The Stillness Within..
As our Gong bath host Julia drummed us down into our relaxed state, we were soon immersed in the deep vibrational frequencies of the powerful Gongs..
Julia and her husband were playing the gongs from each end of the line of gongs across the room, and as I laid on the wooden floor in my sleeping bag, it felt as if the whole room was vibrating..

I have now been to several of Julia’s Gong Baths, some at her private home. Each time I come away feeling cleansed and rejuvenated..
Often times during these sessions I will get visualisations.. However this time, I went with a purpose to help bring in positive energy as we closed out the era of negativity, welcoming in the positive. So, I didn’t drift into any personal visualisations as I have done in the past.

There are really no words as to how I can describe the vibrations which ripple through your body.. I used the first half hour, in sending out my intentions to all of the people I know personally who are in need of healing at this time… And then my intentions were to amplify the positive era firmly back in place.

At one point around half way through? I say half way through, but, I really had no idea how long, as I had no time piece to measure, as the session started at 5pm and the lights were turned down to just ambient soft pastel light in the corners of the room. It felt as if lots of work in my solar plexus / emotional centre was taking place. As butterflies could be felt, and then it felt as if my body was vibrating down through my root chakra out through my feet.. I had a huge sense of relief, as if a burden, a weight, had lifted, as personal debris of worry were being removed…
And I knew just like I knew around a week or so earlier, instinctively, that we had made a positive leap in our timeline of experience. I had felt then another big clearing out of negative energy had been completed in the collective, that all was on their right path, as we each would then begin our own individual journey of discovery, as more and more information on a personal level, we would then begin to process, as the New frequencies were downloaded. Not just through our external world, but via our inner intuitive consciousness.

Some of these Gongs are 2 feet wide and more.

Remember, in an instant we can change our perception of how we view the world as we alter our feelings surrounding any situations…

For a long while on a Sunday Evening I have taken part in a meditation of just sending and feeling love out into the world… And if there are places which have attracted my attention during the week or people in need, my prayers have gone out to include them,

This week Pam Gregory has once again highlighted that group meditation, you just need to sit in your own time zone for a few minutes as you too can join in…
Having read the book that Pam speaks of by Lynne McTaggart The Intentions Experiment several years ago. The Power of our collective intentions really do work.

Thoughts and the power of prayer really do make a difference. So we really do need to be mindful as this fear mongering of war drums once again beat their negative drums… We may feel we can do nothing to change our world… And yet by our very thoughts and intentions we can influence it into a more positive and peaceful progressive Future.

We may witness a lot of negativity being projected out into the world right now. This is a program set to keep us in Fear and held in control, and it is how we each of us react, that feeds that vibrations for good or bad…

Changes in the world have to come from within our own intentions. What we feed in the form of our vibrations and frequencies , via our emotions, that we tap into, is what permeates into the Field of consciousness, of the vibration surrounding us..

Most of us at the heart of our Human awareness, is holding LOVE at our core, and that core is your truth, your light, and your integrity in your love and compassion that you hold for others. And more and more are standing in their Light of Love and Truth, by being their authentic selves. The choice of our future has always been one of two things… Fear or Love..

So please be aware of your narratives right now, look towards what vibrations are you feeding. We instinctively know within ourselves which energy we are giving out.
I will be trying to keep hold of my quiet, calm space, I know I am not always successful, for things at times crop up, which will often trigger us to react, as to how we feel about certain situations. But I honour those feelings, let them go, as I refocus upon the stillness within.

Remember, that it is you dear Soul family, who are the ones we have been waiting for, it is up to each of us to remember our Inner Sacred Power.. LOVE! …. As we each Hold PEACE in our Hearts..

The above Anniversary came through the beginning of October. I saved in my drafts expecting to write a post… Better late than never..

Each time this anniversary comes around I am reminded how fortunate I am to have chosen to transfer my whole blog from what then was then Live Spaces, where I first started my blog there in 2007. When it closed down in 2010 we were given a choice to transfer to WordPress or Blogger.. I am delighted to say I chose WordPress.

Say It with Flowers: I just want to say a huge thank you, especially to everyone here who I have interact with, who I call my blogging family. And a huge welcome to those who silently follow and press Like..
Without that interaction I would have given up blogging years ago.. So a huge thank you.

My blog may go quiet for a few weeks at a time, as I have been busy crafting some things in preparation for Christmas… I cannot share at this time, as I never know if family may take a peek 🙂

Bringing Colour; Whether you realise it or not, each of you add your own unique blend into the Universe, via your blogs, through your thoughts, and your interactions of love and kindness you share with each other.
Know, that as we come closer to the end of the year, it is important to keep being creative, while holding the very things you value most close to your hearts. They are family and friends, along with Integrity, honesty, and Love…

And remember while in this season of Winter, and all around us it may appear that things are dying, as leaves die back, and old patterns, along with old systems which we know are no longer serving us correctly begin to be visibly crumbling. Know that Spring follows… When new growth will once again begin to emerge..

Samhain’s Perfect Gift~ Letting Go of The Old.

We may feel we are out on a limb.

~♥~

As the trees release their canopy letting go to float

The leaves like fallen time drift from hollowed Oak

Decay is part of Nature she never yet stands still

As birds and beasts hunker down to face the winter’s chill

~♥~

Samhain’s perfect gift is a time to release the old

Let go of those old grudges with the cobwebs of our souls

Collect that inner wisdom that is stored within the heart

Harvest new possibilities, now is the time to start

~♥~

So, stand firm in your roots and hold steadfast like the tree

Accept the Wheel is turning, though at times we may not see

Each Season has its purpose to regenerate and sow

Change comes to the World so that All our souls may grow.
