Sending Love ~Gaia Meditations

The Woman closed her eyes and breathed in deep. She felt her lungs expand as she took her first breath. She exhaled long and slow as she settled within her skin. The air became pure and fresh, filling up her senses with the scent of the woodland.

She felt the pulse of the tree’s own breath as she leaned into the strength of the old oak. The woman and the tree became one. As she sent down her own roots to merge with that of the tree. She felt and saw them twist and turn as they merged together as one, as they connected to the Mother of All Life.

The woman paused, holding her breath as the surge of returning energy pulsated back up through her tap root up through the woman’s spine sending tingles of electricity through her whole body that made the hairs upon her neck stand on end. She then visualised a luminescent Light cascading out from her crown.

She exhaled to see the Light particles shower around the woodland like flakes of snow as the woodlands own breath scattered them far and wide around the globe. Each perfectly shaped, a unique bubble of light filled with love floated to where it was required. Finding their destination they burst open and showered love and peace to where ever and whomever were willing to embrace their contents. Those tiny atoms of pure love, invisible to the naked eye, found there intended target as they began to work their magic to wipe away sorrow and pain.

The woman and the tree breathed as one, time stood still, until the chill in the air made her shiver where upon she opened her eyes to see fluttering down before her were real flakes of snow.

The Woman smiled, and gave thanks to Mother Gaia.

Much healing had begun today..

I SEE YOU

My World~ Our Mother

 

 

I sit within my own space looking out at upon the world

And what I see upsets me, as events unfurl.

Strong that I am, for I came to be part of the ALL

I play my role, even though that part is small.

I try to spread a little light along the rugged road

And open up our thoughts to lighten up the load

But sometimes I can’t shake the disappointments of our Earth

And others need to remind me, of my inner self and worth

The division between the nations, the wars, the suffering

Help me put into perceptive my own minds meanderings

One thing I know for certain, is that united we must stand

And not let our differences stop us from reaching out our hands

In helping fellow beings as events begin to unfold

And let them know we care, so reach out to them and hold.

For alone we think we stand, and yet many see their plight

And awaken to the knowledge of our Earth’s daily fight

Spread Peace to each other, don’t get caught up within the Fear

And light will illuminate the darkness as Earth she sheds a tear

For she is another victim, who now shouts out in pain

And her only voice is thunder, lightning, earthquakes, rain.

So join your hands together and repeat these words with me

We Bless you Mother Earth, and thank you gracefully

I sit now in my space, sending prayers out to the world

And ask that I be stronger, as I watch events unfurl.

Chasing away Shadows ~ Is Light

Chasing Away Shadows

Following my sign, along the road

Learning how to shed my load.

I skip with joy through trees of gold

The Sun I’m chasing as my future unfolds

 

Angels close their eyes and breathe

As at last I discover that part in me

The past is gone, the future is Now

At last I’m living, I’m learning how

 

To sing with bird song at morning rise

To look in the mirror, what a surprise

I like what I see for the very first time

And My Angel is with me, giving me a sign.

 

His feathers of Love he showers on me

Filling my heart, making me see

That Life on Earth is all about Love

Holding me close hand in glove

 

Knowing you’ll always be beside me

Between us I know we’ll always be

Perfect words with perfect tunes

Soaring Hearts with mended wounds

 

Calling me from afar

Joining my heart to the heart of a Star

You whisper your Song of us long ago

It melts my heart like the falling snow

 

So Angel of mine, My Spirit Moon

I come to you, you’ll hold me soon

Mirrors in the Sun we brightly shine

Together, forever, for all time.

I am taking some time out this week to Paint on canvas..

I need some quiet time to restore my balance.

So if I am quite you will know what I am about..

but you never know, I may drop by your door to say hello…

This poem I wrote some time ago now,  I chose it as its words resonated with how I have been feeling..  

When we do take time out to truly discover who we are,

we may all of us be surprised at what is reflected back at us in the Mirror 🙂

Soul Seeds of Love

Soul Seeds

The seeds of Truth are cast into the ground

Silently we search until they are found

They lay within the beautiful dark

Awaiting the Light to bring life, that spark

~

As each seed cast into darkness fell

Some grew strong and within the Light did dwell

Others lay deeper, dormant, and adrift

Awaiting their time when the Earth Mother would shift

~

Dormant for centuries, once thought dead

These radiant seeds raised their heads

They rise up holding onto the Light

All sprung from darkness, out of the night

~

Stretching down deep the roots take hold

One by one they surface up from the cold

Bent over and fragile, weak and lame

Finding strength in numbers together they came

~

Taller they grew with the warmth of the spring

Reaching for the Light all in Unison Sing

Adding their colours across all lands

The seeds of Truth Grow in Loving Hands.

Everyone is Looking Outside themselves..

 

Below is part of a post I wrote in 2012, I was searching through my archives today as I re-read the words I had written.  The original  Full post and it’s theme is HERE with more interesting comments ..Below is an edited version of my thoughts as I picked out a few paragraphs..

We are all of us right now looking for something, whether it is peace or our fortunes, we are all of us searching for something,………….

We have all seen events around our world, where anger and bloodshed has spilled out onto the streets in various conflicts which now affect different parts of the world. And we have seen how quickly this can spread…

So those who have been following my blog will also know how much importance I have put into thinking Positive thoughts and putting Positive energy out there, for like a pebble in a pool of water it will spread out through our Collective Consciousness  just the same.. An example of that is how suddenly an event can cause an emotional response within us. Causing Anger, Sadness, Happiness, Elation, etc.

“We have to understand we are all one family.. When one member of one’s family is ill, it has an effect upon the rest of the family..In turn each person’s health is affected by the environment, community, society the whole world.. We all of us get to use our feelings and emotions as we use them to either feel strongly about global issues such as climate changes, famine, poverty and so on..adding our energy of greed, anger, hatred, guilt, sorrow or joy… it all adds to the mix.. Our family is sick, as we see many Nations now falling ill… So too our World is Sick.. she is being poisoned.

If we can change , the world can change..

 

“When we get a virus within our bodies our immune system kicks in to defend it.. We have to understand that we have become the Virus upon this planet.. WE are the ones destroying our environment.. We are the Cancer that is eating away at her..

When we can change our own values of living. And learn that we are ALL of us connected… The more we start and live in love and from our hearts instead of in Fear and anger, we will then start to see a world that works towards harmony and Peace..

It all starts with Self, as we begin to heal ourselves from within.. letting go of those emotions which affect our health and affect our world. We need to let go of Greed, Hate, Power and Control. 

To heal the world we have to see we are the community, we are the society we are the nation.. Once we change the way we think and perceive and behave.. We change the World…”

Everyone is looking outside of themselves for solutions!

May we all find LOVE in our hearts and begin to share it.

How do you view the Future?

This morning I had two little old ladies come knocking on my door.. They cheerfully greeted me, holding out their pamphlet out to me.  We  politely engaged in a religious conversation for 10 minutes. After we exchanged views upon the state of our world and I agreed in the power of prayer..  I took their small pamphlet and they smilingly went to knock upon my neighbours door.

The Pamphlet’s headlines said

“ How do you view the World?”.. Will our World

• Stay the same?
• Get worse?
• Get Better?  

and it’s title fitted into my thoughts perfectly  as I had been wondering how to start a post I had been pondering on during the night. You could say it was ‘Heaven sent’

Because How do we view our world?

What influences our thoughts, into beliefs?

What shapes our ideas of the world more than anything else?

The Media for one, and our upbringing and cultures also influence the way we think..  But our Main stream news, keeps us informed, or so we think!.. It may interest us to learn it can also omit and twist facts that suit.

The theme for this post started for this week when I visited my Friends Blog World Metamorphosis   Vision Keeper, whose post Here made it refreshingly clear how our mainstream news reporters were not always telling it like it is.. I say refreshingly, because at last individuals are waking up and daring to put them selves out there to expose what has been happening via our main stream news.

This was backed up again when Paul over at Learning from Dogs  posted this article entitled Indonesia – another example of kakistocracy? I was pleased Paul provided the explanation of what the word Kakistocracy meant.. Meaning “government by the worst persons; a form of government in which the worst persons are in power.”

Paul featured an article written by George Monbiot who writes for The Guardian whose article in full can be read HERE  as he slates his own reporting profession saying as I take a quote from Pauls post as he had permission to republish..

I’ve often wondered how the media would respond when eco-apocalypse struck. I pictured the news programmes producing brief, sensational reports, while failing to explain why it was happening or how it might be stopped. Then they would ask their financial correspondents how the disaster affected share prices, before turning to the sport. As you can probably tell, I don’t have an ocean of faith in the industry for which I work.

What I did not expect was that they would ignore it.

A great tract of the Earth is on fire. It looks as you might imagine hell to be. The air has turned ochre: visibility in some cities has been reduced to 30 metres. Children are being prepared for evacuation in warships; already some have choked to death. Species are going up in smoke at an untold rate. It is almost certainly the greatest environmental disaster of the 21st Century – so far.”

While I knew there had been fires in Indonesia, I had not known to the extent those fires raged, or the levels of death and destruction that is literally suffocating whole communities, So please go and read the report and Paul’s post in full.. It is devastating. And while this happens the Media’s headlines are on Football, and the  James Bond Film..

On a Good Note how ever about the environment, I read over on Lois’s blog the Eco Grandma on her Good News Monday Post  that President Obama has rejected the Keystone XL tar sands pipeline,  now that has got to be good news, and isn’t it great when you see synchronicity working yet again I clicked the link to Earth Baby’s Website  and read her article on  Religious Leaders Call for Climate Justice   And to round off this theme nicely, As I opened my emails this morning I was delighted to find another one confirming the Good news from the Keystone XL Tar sands pipeline.. Although I live in the UK.. I am passionate about our environment, and the link that came with that news update shares with us another important date we can all help by adding our voice to this petition when world leaders meet in Paris in December later this year  all it requires is a click..

What amazed me was that while I lay awake last night thinking of Pauls Post.. Just how today all of these links came in and all in one way or another were related..

We are ALL of us responsible for our environment…

We are ONE

As a footnote.. I just wish to thank all of you for your support and welcome new subscribers to my blog.. While this post is looking at the serious side of our environmental issues, we each can all do our part in helping heal our own piece of it..

 Each of us CAN make a Difference  in looking after Nature and our Environment where we live..  We owe it to our Grandchildren .. It is not someone else’s problem  But Ours..

Believe you can make a difference in this world

This week time is sparse on WordPress, as I wish to spend time with family. 

I am sure some of you have watched this video before, but it still grips me each time I watch it. 

Remember We are ALL of us Fearless, when we understand We are so much more than our Human Form.

I read the above quote in the Book I am re-reading ‘ Wishes Fulfilled’ By Dr Wayne W Dyer, sadly for us now no longer with us.. But I am sure he is having a wonderful reunion with so many of his friends.

Think about that for a moment..

See You All Soon..

Caught Between Worlds.

Was it by chance as I looked for a picture to go with my poem that I came across this particular one on Google, as I followed the link page which led me to Openhand’s website, whom I have listened to on YouTube  many times before. I found his newly remastered 2015 Video in this  spiritually enlightening  very interesting documentary about our awakening.

 I am sure you too will have asked all the same questions of why are we here? and why is there so much pain and suffering?   And how do we find ourselves. And move through this Shift in our reality. 

Last night I awoke in the night with a sentence that kept repeating over and over.. So I reached for my journal and started to write.. The poem below is the result.. But interestingly as I looked at the digital clock, it said 1:11…  Smiling I wrote what came into my mind. The sentence that kept repeating was~Thousands of Miles I have Walked

Thousands of Miles I have walked

Between your worlds I am caught

Herded like cattle beaten and penned

What will it take you to make you my friend?

~~

My Children are frightened and weak

They cry constantly from fear in their sleep

I comfort their tired Shaken minds

As we walk, hoping your hearts will be kind

~~

Thousands of Miles I have travelled

The clothes on my back all dishevelled

I’m hungry and thirsty, but so is my child

She no longer laughs he no longer smiles.

~~

What makes you so afraid of me?

Can you not open you hearts to my plea?

My Family were slaughtered, my home no longer stands

So Thousands of Miles I walk across Lands

~~

I did not ask for War

That caused me to walk to your Door

I look different because of my dress

But beneath I’m the same in Distress

~~

What does it take to Unite?

To stop the Divisions and Fights

Thousands of Miles I have Walked
