Remember Them. ~ A Poem

Today is remembrance Sunday Let us never forget those whose job of work it is costs them the ultimate sacrifice.. Below is a poem I wrote a while back with an additional last verse just added.. Remember Them

~Remember Them.~

Remember them of yesterday..

Remember them that fell today,

Remember them in faraway lands

Remember them for they too had plans

Remember Them…

Remember the old soldiers of World war one..

The Great War to end all wars that was won..

Remember too all the battles that still rage

As History turns yet another page..

Remember them..

~~~

Remember too all who serve,

With medals adorned and well deserved.

The medics who brave their lives to retrieve

Those brave soldiers who too they grieve

Remember them.

~~~

Remember too the power of thought

For battles are won and battles are fought

With Vibes of Peace from Deep inside

So its up to us to change the tide

Remember Them

~~~

If we are to change our History’s Blot

Then Unity and Love must be our Plot

Remember we are One who have much power

Remember to Love

This is OUR Eleventh Hour

Remember!

Remember Our Future Generations

Nature Heals

Nature teaches us so much if we take the time to look. These last few days have been quite draining mentally in my day job. Supporting others especially those with learning difficulties and in mental health requires focus, patience and a balanced calm mind. So I needed some Space in Nature.

This week the tension on being on high alert needed to be grounded. So each evening I have been taking myself off to either hoe and weed in the allotments or go for long walks in nature. I took some photos along the way which I have added between the words of a poem I wrote on another sleepless night. Ironically as I finished penning the poem in my journal I glanced at the clock which said 3:33am .

The Signs are always there if we Look..  are you aware of numbers and their meanings..  Are you seeing Numbers in regular sequences? if so a good site I found is this one .  I have been seeing numbers in triplicate for many a year now, and to shed more light on this you can visit this site .

Nature Heals

Sometimes when the world gets too much

As our inner mind chews over such and such

Take yourself off for a walk

Walking along the trail to the woods

 

When the doubts roll in

Creating that internal din

Take yourself off for a walk

Fungi, If unsure NEVER EAT.

Little Acorns into Mighty Oak trees grow

 

Breathe deep that fresh clear air

Release your worries and the worlds despair

As you take yourself off for a walk

Observe all nature and how she grows

Pick wild berries from among the hedgerows

As you take yourself off for a walk

Elderberries bring back so many Childhood memories

Release the tension with every stride

Hug a tree, let go of pride

As you take yourself off for a walk

Such a shame these beautiful Trees are dying.

Dutch Elm Disease killing many trees in the UK

We must have seen 20 trees dying like these Dutch Elm.

 

Ask Mother Nature to let you see

All of her wonders created for thee

As you take yourself off for a walk

Crab Apples in Abundance

Cascade of Crab Apples .

Rose Hips are so versatile

 

Look to the skies

At the Rainbow she supplies

As you take yourself off for a walk

Rainbows in the sky

Chemtrails

 

Nature gives and Nature takes

Balancing ALL as she creates

As you take yourself off for a walk

View from the trail

 

Peace fills the mind as time as flown

Blending in Nature for you have grown

Infinite Thoughts ~ A Poem

Below is a poem I wrote a few months ago, as I spent a sleepless night mulling over the world in my mind.. I am being driven ever more to Connect our thoughts to help us realise that we need to alter our ways of being.. I know for most of my readers you are already on my wave length, But for those who may happen upon my post, I ask them to consider their choices, in contributing to a more balanced and harmonious Planet..

We not only need to look at our throw-away material goods and take-away eating habits, but we also need to understand the nature of our thoughts create the very world we live in..  By this I mean how we so easily judge and condemn, how we take what we are shown and never question or look deeper into facts..  We so need to start caring for our communities again.. and learn to live from our hearts with love.

Only through delving and digging do we unearth the truth.. And  many now are starting to see through the mist as they awaken from their sleep and the Illusions we have created.

Welcome to the World  of Reality  and May you add only Peace and Harmony

Infinite thoughts flit beyond time
Holding the matrix the spell of the mind
Creator of Cosmos and Spirit of Clan
Perfection was balanced until the dawning of man.
~~
Custodians we are with free will to unleash
Our aim it might seem is our power to increase.
The populous in peril pollutants we thrive
While Our kingdom of animals take a nose dive
~~
Ocean floors rock as the blood we bleed dry
Our birds drop from wing as we pollute all our skies
We microwave and signal with short wave and long
Oceans lay dead as the Whales lost their song
~~
The Bees in decline as the crops are man-made
And  yet thousands still perish for lack of the rains
While ice-caps melt warming oceans high tides
As foolish wars kill for power and pride
~~
Gold became King though I think mind forgot
We cannot survive eating gold in the rot
We’ve created the chaos with gadgets that rule
They do everything except keep our homes fuelled
~~
Because the land left is Desert and the water is all salt
The Sun scorched our bones when we didn’t call a  halt
Our mad rush for Profit doomed Man and his Kind
Known as the  Race left with nowhere to hide.
~~
Evolution will show it again and again
That Mankind did lose his supremo reign
And that Nature our Mother will dress us all down
As her infinite self builds back from Dark clouds.

~~

So if you can change but one thing in your life

Then do it right now and end much more strife

It’s time we all stood together as One

And brought back the teachings of those ancients that shone

~~

For their wisdom is etched in the rocks of the past

They knew we would travel our existing paths

We each have a choice in which road we take

Let’s choose the right one for our Grandchildren’s sake.

Precious Moments~ Make Each One Count.

Every disaster around the world makes us think how fragile we are. Each Life lost is a precious gem that has enriched our Earth and our lives. Every soul upon their path contributing to the Web of our existence. And still we ask that age old Question of WHY? Why is life seemingly cut short, Why do such disasters occur? Why do our loved ones suffer? Why are such tragedies occurring around our globe. Not only now in the recent Storm of Oklahoma, but in the many storms that man makes around our globe as he takes up arms against his own species in war.. not to mention all the other atrocities that happen to Man and beast.

Events such as the one we have seen in Oklahoma and others around our world such as the Tsunami’s, the Hurricanes, and Earthquakes around our globe, show us just how small mankind is in the face of Nature, and how in the Blink of an Eye all we held dear could be swept away. 

Below is part of a personal poem I wrote some years ago, I have adapted for this post, you can find the fuller first version of it Here .  So as you begin your day, as you send your loved ones on their way remember as you wave them goodbye All could change Because………….

In the Blink of an Eye

You never know when fate comes knocking at your door.

His calling card delivered a reminder to us all,

Enjoy each precious moment, as Mr Grim could pay a call.

For in a Blink of an Eye, all you hold dear could be lost

So Hug and tell your dearest you love them the most.

 Life could slip through your fingers, just like a grain of sand.

So reach out and hold each others hand.

For Moments are Precious they are the only ones we live

Embrace each other as we learn to share and give

My Creative Art~Trees

Oh mighty brothers that reach up high

Your branches swaying in breeze from sky

Tell me as I sit beneath your shade

What wisdom have you for me today..

Spring one with your leaves so fresh

Your colours of green replenish and re-fresh

Your blossoms shower us in petals so light

From winters sleep you grow in delight

Summer Oh how you please

As you rustle your full grown leaves

Your breath so pure so we may breathe

I pray this Earth you never leave

Autumn of golden rich fruits you carry

To sustain life in harvest berries

Fallen leaves and wood for the fire

Replenishing larders, of you I never tire

Winter with your ever-greens

White coats of snow on branches gleam

In your forests shelter you bring

Silent and tall as you sleep until Spring

Lets not forget our brothers the Tree 

Hundred of years they stand still and ‘see’

Majestic and strong they give life to all

Save our trees don’t let them fall.

Above are the paintings I did,while taking time out. Trees are so important, and I love nothing better to sit beneath a tree and meditate feeling its energy.

Our Relationship to the Earth has changed as we have become more aware of how our actions can affect the balance of Nature, we are beginning to see ourselves as part of the Global Community and we are embracing a more heart-centred common goal of preservation. Trees are part of that community and we need to understand how important a part Tree’s play in our lives..

They not only bring us the very oxygen we breath, but they give homes to thousands of species of insects and birds providing not only food and shelter but the very habitat that those species need to survive, as well as food, fuel, and shelter for us Humans, When the trees start dying, then the insects have no home and also die, this has a knock on effect around the whole eco system.We must not forget we are part of that knock on effect.

Trees teach us the importance of renewal as they shed their leaves and seeds, their outer achievements and find strength and vitality through a period of rest in the winter months, They teach us stillness, about slowing down, and finding contentment within. They show us the importance of having strong roots to maintain stability.

We are destroying the lungs of the Earth as the many forests are cut down.. Here is a site which explains what you can do to conserve Trees.

Remember the ‘Standing Ones’ as they were once known, and let us remember they give us our very breath we breathe, we owe them a debt of gratitude. They need our respect. Enjoy your walks, Enjoy your Trees, and Enjoy Nature..

Fragility of Life

Do we really understand the fragility of Life?

Have we ever thought of consequence and all the Strife?

So we can run around in cars and have our pretty things

Have you ever thought of all the pain we Human’s bring?

Have you ever considered just how you’d feel if orphaned you were left

As your mother became a trophy with her skin stripped from her chest?

Did you never spare a thought for the Ocean and her depths?

A dumping ground for all our waste no longer we respect,

 

And have you thought how hard it is to find enough to eat

When driven from your home

Have you ever wondered how far that you would roam?

And did you never think as the Ice melts in your drink

Of the Polar Bears home that in the Ocean sinks..

 

 

It’s time to understand that we cannot turn away

For we are each responsible for the world we live today

We humans have tipped the scales as we destroy with tools of greed

It’s time to re-awake and replant a caring seed.

We gave up our rights to be one and Free

As we staked our claims to own Earth and Tree

Our Hearts became shackled locked in by greed

As we scramble over each other in our bid to succeed

NOW is the Era- Its time for a Change

Our DNA stretches as our Hearts rearrange

The Feminine Power once again works for Peace

As the last of the Dark-Ones battles will cease

Hold out your hands as you welcome in Love

For Now is Our Time- The Stars tell us above

Let go of Bitterness, Anger and Fears

In Unity of Love we will shape our New Year

We are the Ones we’ve been waiting for

If we want Change to happen we have to Care more

Each shine your Light and refuse Fearful Thoughts

Grasp hold of your Dreams, don’t be so distraught

For We are Eternal- The Strongest of the Strong

Let 2013 be the start of our New Era’s Song

New Beginnings

Today I had a wonderful mornings Peaceful meditation as I linked into our Earth Mother sending her my thoughts of Healing Peace..Today an important date upon our Earth’s Calendar, As we embark upon a new Era of Energy…

While in Meditation I felt a surge of energy enter the top of my head that created heat, as my heart centre filled up with such love it brought tears to my eyes…

I had sat with a note pad near me and as I came out from my tranquil state I just let the pen flow across the page..

This is what came forth..

Peace begins in each Heart

Today is the New Beginning each of us must start

Hold your love and Light

No more tears of bitter fights

For Now is the Moment of Love

Let the Energies pour forth from above

Allow your thoughts to drift

For each of you we bring a gift

Let go of Past, Let go of Fear

Today is the Beginnings of a New Era

Let Love and Light stream through your minds

You are the Change to help Mankind

Peace begins with each loving thought

Let your love blend with your Earth’s Mothers Heart.

For now you begin your journey so Bright

Open your Hearts

For within each is contained the Light!
