Nature Heals

The woman observed the world through her window, shutting out the noise, as she shut the door on the media belching out negative vibrations 24/7.  She walked outside putting on her boots as she tried to shed the uncontrollable feelings of anger as the tears stung at the back of her eyes..

Why was she being triggered in such a way, what had caused such a reaction in her just now that she had to leave the house, her heart beating so hard and so fast in her chest she thought she may well wrench, she felt so sick in the pit of her stomach..

Shock takes a while to set in, and she thought the world at large was mainly still in shock all these months later.. Not believing just how quickly liberties and freedoms, were being eroded and people were just not seeing the bigger picture she was seeing.

What hope did she have? Inside her heart was breaking as she knew what was unfolding, and yet the smile she had always bore externally to others was slowly disappearing as she crumbled inside.

She had gone through many such dark times, periods of such deep desolate heart ache and feeling alone. Now she saw the world being asked to purge out its own deep seated trauma in a matter of months, while it had taken her years of deep soul searching those inner wounds, bringing them one by one to the surface to face the light of day as she shed her own inner wounds she had carried from childhood and even further back in previous lifetimes..

So why had this new announcement right now affected her so much… The PM’s words still rang in her ears as the media had belched it from the other room..

She continued her walk, the tears now no longer stinging the back of her eyes were now freely running down her cheeks… She wiped them away with the back of her hand, chastising herself for being so emotional. Yet something deeper she knew had triggered that reaction. She sat on the ground, breathing deeper as she calmed her inner fury.

Thank goodness she was aware…. So many were not, and no wonder so many were breaking down right now as they hadn’t the knowledge she had been given that inner knowing, or understood the multiple layers of generational grief and personal trauma now activated on mass within the collective Trauma which was now being released on a massive scale.

It was coming to slap us all in the face, as the world was breaking down, exposing our helplessness, isolation, and internal shaking of rage bubbled its way to the surface. People lashing out at others in frustration as the old had to crumble before the New could arise. 

She was lucky in that she had like minded souls upon her journey, a journey she had willingly stepped upon to be here at this time in the Earth’s Transition…

All her life she had felt she had a mission… Now more than ever she felt this mission was being activated as her purpose of being here was to witness this very moment and so, as she sat upon the ground looking upon the wild flowers she had planted in spring, she closed her eyes and allowed her mind to drift back…

……. The scene jumped up before her vision. A market place swarming with many people of long ago in another life, she could smell the spices in open baskets and the sweat of men as they pushed her aside.. She was hurrying between the stalls picking out the vegetables and fruits, she must get home as soon as she could, she dared not be late…  She pulled her veil closer around her face.. Her dark eyes barely visible as she reached to pay the stall holder..

The next image, she was cowering in a corner, shivering in fear… pain seared through her flesh as she had endured another beating… The baby in her belly she had protected, but her two younger children were crying uncontrollably…  Inside she screamed to escape, but she had her children to protect…

Her arranged marriage was one of convenience of families paying debts, she, a chattel, a possession only. To a man whose violence would often unleash for no reason other than he had had a bad day..  She was not allowed to speak, she had learnt the lesson of that early on in her marriage..  And no longer now shared an opinion, and now rarely spoke in his presence for fear of saying the wrong thing.. So she kept silence except for speaking to her children who were also learning about violence and dominance and the treatment of  women, for the woman was to serve and submit and stay silent..

The woman’s eyes opened..  Now she understood, as the view came back into focus… She sat still, processing her meditation as she visited her other self in another timeline of yesteryear..

She needed to be gentle with herself as she healed yet another aspect of those deep inner wounds, which she also now had contributed to other fresher wounds of unworthiness in this life time… So many pieces falling, fitting, and as she assembled them, many over previous  years had come to light… As each past life revealed its own particular wound..

This life she had always known was one of Letting Go….  She needed to let this one go also..  So. she thanked the Universe for yet another insight.  She would find a different approach, a spiritual approach of dealing with this particular emotion of being gagged yet again in this lifetime.. She was not going to be submissive, she would find her own way of saying NO! She needed oxygen to breath. She had done her research and she only wished others would do their own and think for themselves.  

Her voice and those of others she knew would be heard…  She knew deep within her soul that the harder one pushed, the harder the push back came… She also knew what she had seen in her vision years ago was slowly manifesting before her eyes… And she could no longer keep silent.. She could no longer be submissive…

Each low point reached she had raised herself back up.. And this now was a collective raising of consciousness…. And in order for those who still slept soundly to wake up… Perhaps they too had to reach their lowest point in order to rise up…

We are multi layers and ALL of us are ONE.

And when we see the truth, and face the truth within ourselves,. and when we learn to nurture ourselves, and hold that compassion for others.   She saw the collective uniting in a Global healing as hearts opened as they released and let go of all of their inner wounds. Yes there would be tears, and Yes there would be anger as the collective reached it’s own Dark Night of the soul just as she had years ago.

We are now being Triggered, many were reacting in fear.. But many more were beginning to question and wake up to something isn’t adding up.. Something isn’t quite right.  She knew others felt the same… even though as yet their voices were still silent in the wings… But they too would speak their truth… For Truth remains truth no matter how many lies are weaved…

She was breaking through her chrysalis; her wings were now flexing as she took her instinctive leap of faith… She knew she was ready to fly…  She smiled as the Sun broke through the clouds. She had to follow her own heart… No one else’s… Her heart would discern and she felt it’s beat now loudly calling her to follow her instincts.   And what she felt deep inside she felt was right.  

Unity, New Earth and Transformation. The power of Three..

 The Woman lay looking into her heart, trying to fathom its depths. This melancholy ache of sorrow that swept into her bones, penetrating every cell of her being.

The silence once her beautiful friend, now devoured her in its void of blackness. No matter how loud she called, only the perpetual hissing of static crackled in her ears.

She wanted so desperately to escape her self-imposed prison. Each new day she gave thanks for her countless blessings, giving thanks for natures gifts.  She would work with Mother Earth, tilling the soil, tending her garden, smiling at the miracles of growth as she watched the seeds she had planted grow and mature to bare fruit.

She was given the gift of words, of compassion and understanding, which she spread around like confetti, showering others with love and encouragement, that all was as it should be…

Yet where was her encouragement, where was her guidance?… She had travelled along this road for so, so long, on her lonely journey. Knowing this day, this ‘Time’, would arrive…….   

She knew all her strength would be needed; her inner light now more than ever needed to shine out to guide others to encourage them.  Gaia was counting upon thousands of star-seeds, lightworkers, way showers, whose internal coding was now being activated to help tip the scales that enabled Gaia to open up her own heart that had been trapped and sealed deep within her core by the grip of evil that had penetrated her in long ago Lemurian times which we still all held within our Inner knowing of our memory.

The woman turned over, drawing her knees up into the fetal position. A sigh escaped her, releasing her breath she had been unaware she’d been holding.

She had laid there for half a day, too tired to even think. Her eyes leaked salty brine that she tasted upon her lips as she once more sent out a silent plea to her higher self for guidance.  And then, in that moment came a voice.

“ You have to be Strong”, came the answer, “You have to be brave! . You need to call upon your Warrior Spirit, because no one other than you Humans can do the work set out before you”…..  The woman listened, holding her breath, as the inner light behind her closed eyes danced in purple spirals.

“ You signed up for this very moment”… the voice within continued.  “We cannot do it for you. Yes we can give guidance, we can point a way.. But YOU, and only you Humans can dismantle the time line you in essence have created”..  

 The Woman understood only too well, ALL that was in the world in this very moment, was the result of our creation. And it now no longer served us, it was broken. The systems in place no longer served the many, it was designed to serve but a few.

 But we had been so ingrained within its programme, it had taken a Pause, in our Sacred Isolation, to see just what pollution, what damage, we were doing to Gaia and ourselves. 

For the first time people craved open spaces, fresh air, and began noticing birdsong, blue clear skies no longer covered in a web of lines…

The Shift had begun, People became creative, using initiatives, overcoming problems, helping neighbours, finishing projects they had promised themselves for years, but their workloads had left them little time to do.  Here now was Time on their hands.  While others became angry, lashing out in fear.. 

The split showed the differences in poverty and how in places near and far the suffering of those without means got greater, and yet it seemed their governments aid, like always, seemed to neglect those in most need. The Split is showing how the few were wanting to control the masses. The Spilt is showing those who were instigating the divisions…  The Split is showing just whose hearts were in fear, and whose hearts were remaining in love and unity.

Fear was bombarded over and over, in a world that was splitting in two as the broken system revved up it’s pharmaceutical machines in the background ready to pounce.  While chaos is what those deep controllers want to achieve. As they want to disrupt Unity Consciousness, and hit every Human’s heart as they separated them from family, with Fear of keeping each other safe.     

 We were programmed within a system of greed, control, fear and suffering.  And the controllers of the deep, knew that Gaia was about to rebirth along with humanity in its Consciousness. For now they waged war on every cell within our human consciousness as their grip of fear that in itself was turning back in on itself, causing a Split… 

The split was now showing up more and more, as questions, were posed, as people’s awareness opened up. You could see the divide as you walked down the street.   That something isn’t quite as it should be. Yet fear keeps them silent.

 And it sometimes needs a huge event to create the catalyst for the masses to awaken. It may still take more suffering, before those still asleep will begin to question.  We had moved so far from Nature’s purpose on planet Gaia.  We saw only competition, survival of the fittest. When in fact Nature from the macrobiotic Mycelium, the atoms within our cells cooperated and lived in balance with one another.  And it wasn’t until something disrupted that balance those very same cells become the enemy within. Let us not become enemies of each other.    

We Hold the Future within our Hands and Hearts.

Were we not the living organisms upon Gaia? …  Were we not once, aeons ago living in harmony, until Gaia herself was hijacked, plundered, raped, and trapped within this Matrix Construct that has evolved into what we see before us today, by those malevolent forces?

All of these thoughts tumbled through the Woman’s mind. 

“It’s now or Never, to take personal responsibility,”  the voice continued. “ You, along with others, have ALL the Knowledge within you. You cannot rely upon the outer realms. To do so would only create what happened in the past.. You would see them either as Gods or as Enemies. Beware of False Gods! Your Technology is far in advancement of what you are told”

The woman already knew this from other sources, she understood too many things she had never voiced before.

“This is Your Mission, Own it! Your future timeline is up to each of you and how you want to evolve, but remember also, the power of your intent works two-fold. That which you do not want, which you focus upon, also manifests into your reality timeline. Be very careful what you wish for”

She rolled over and sat up. Suddenly she knew…… She thanked her Higher-self-voice.  The fog within her mind clearing. Her tears, now dried.  It was now beyond the time of side-stepping what she knew to be right.. This was a full-on battle within the Consciousness of Humanity… And she no longer could keep silent… She no longer could Consent.. In fact, she didn’t Give her consent.  And would NOT consent to their agenda.

She only hoped others too would emerge out of their cocoons, no longer remaining silent.

The Truth, however painful for Humanity to see, needed exposing. Because so many were unaware of this underbelly of deceit and lies. And the horrors of how this evil game was played.  The Split which those same dark forces were encouragingly igniting. Would be the same self-destruct mechanisms that would implode back in on themselves to devour them in their own webs of deceit.   But first people had to be aware of those horrors… Which none of us want to accept as truth, to be real..  These wounds the woman had held within her own heart for too long..

The woman stood, opening her arms above her head, she pulled in the energy from above, pulling her hands down in the prayer position before her heart, giving thanks for all she had, for all she was, and all she was yet to become..  She gave thanks to Mother Gaia, to all the Nature Spirits, and Guardians of the Flora and Fauna, and for the first time in weeks, the woman hummed softly to herself the song she once sang within her own circle of light..

Gaia ~ Earth Day April 22nd

Hello dear friends, ( this is the first time I’ve republished from my phone. But I couldn’t allow Earth Day to pass by without honouring our Earth Mother.. Below in black type was written previously, but it still stands true. I’m very busy right now planting, watering our large allotments. I have been rather busy over the last week as we have been planting out young plants and sowing seeds while we have had such good weather.  So, I have not had time to put together a post So I am refreshing  one  I made in 2013.  Today Saturday I was wandering through the halls of my reader to catch new posts that are in there from your good selves. Where I came across JoAnna’s post which reminded me it was Earth Day tomorrow as she hugged a tree and was joining ‘Grandmothers For Peace’, in the park later today..

Earth Day began in 1970 to bring awareness about Environmental Issues. Forty-Eight Years later and those Issues are not getting better, they seem to be getting worse.

In my poem and post below, there are many things we can do to change and help our environment, it is no good us waiting for change. We have to change our consumer habits and cut down on plastic waste, and really think how our actions are affecting nature.  

Have a wonderful Earth Day tomorrow all of you. Apologies to those who read this back in 2013. But I think we need to hear the words again..

Oh Earth Mother oh Earth Mother we come to you this day

We come to you in gratitude to honour you and say

Thank you for your bounties and wonderful gifts

For your rivers and your mountains and desert sand that drifts

Your forests full of life from insect to humming-bird

Thank you for all wonders like migrating wildlife herds

Of Wildebeest and Elephant whose numbers now decline

I hope you will forgive the errors of Mankind

I’m sorry for the pain, for the scars upon your skin

Forgive us for the wars we’ve waged,Mankind will never win

I wish I could take back all the poisons from your skies

And undo all the damage as we Humans tell our lies

I hear you creak and groan as you shudder and  you shake

I feel your falling tears in the rain and snow you make.

You show us with your storms the power you possess 

Oh Earth Mother  sweet Gaia your beauty you have brought

Please forgive your children whose damage we have wrought

Your beauty in each flower in the Seasons now all mixed

Have we stepped beyond the boundaries our damage never fixed

On April 22nd is Earth Day  Earth Day was founded back in the 70’s, We are all now more aware how our planet’s climate is changing, each of us have witnessed weather patterns that have gone haywire. We see daily the pollutants in our skies, Rivers and Oceans.

There are many things we each can do to help the environment, as we recycle, and embrace greener alternatives.. In our own area School children have been on a clear up campaign collecting rubbish from the streets, parks and hedgerows . It’s also good to see the junior school with their own allotment  near our own growing their own produce learning how to grow their own food and care for plants and wild life.

One of the greatest things each of us can do which costs nothing and that is to respect Nature, take your rubbish home with you, Don’t pick wild flowers. If you fish don’t leave your line and hooks in the water.. Simple things like helping Mother nature along, planting Bee and Butterfly friendly shrubs and plants in your garden. Do not use insecticide, that affects the Bees.. 

Encourage Hedgehogs who keep your slugs down by leaving gaps in your garden fences.  Many little things go a long way to helping Heal the World..  Respecting our environment in which we live and learning to respect each other will go along way to creating a better future for our Children to live and grow in our world..

Resurrect The Love Antidote!

While being empathic with everything that is going on in the world right now, I am very aware of where I am placing my energy. Not always being successful in navigating myself away from the media’s 24/7 bombardment.

We are all being subjected to Information overload…

 So some days I just have to switch right off from all kinds of technology.  Tune out and retune my inner compass to be mindful of where and what I am focusing my attention upon…  

 Because what my intention is focused upon this then shows up in my reality… As what we think is what we create!…

We have to be aware of what we are taking into our bodies in this war on our consciousness. And how Fear is the greatest virus of all. If you have to go on your mobile phones or computers, then do some research. Look into what boosts your immune systems and research Quantum Physics. Learn how Mind over Matter really works.  Educate yourselves, instead of reacting to this Global Fear, start learning how to shift your gears into learning about our true potential. Not focusing upon our limitations or lack…

So this Easter as we all have more than enough time to spare, even though we may be in lockdown and are confined to what we can and cannot do… If you are able to get into your garden or safely go into nature with keeping your social distancing rules then turn off from the news and social media’s for this Long Easter Weekend.

 Allow yourself to breathe in peace and calm, as you breathe out stress and anxiety…  Listen to birdsong, watch how nature co-operates and survives in the now… See how the bulbs push out from the dark earth into the Light…

We all are at this moment pushing our way out into the Light, I heard a wonderful quote the other day I cannot remember where from but the quote said something like this..

“ When you open a door to a darkened room, the Light floods in to illuminate the room… The darkness does not flood out into the Light!”… 

Think about that…. We are opening the door to the shadows of the world as well as to the shadows of ourselves.. , as the old dark programmes are breaking down…   

Be not afraid of opening the door… Look inside at what you are fearing… then face that fear and let it go…. Fear is doing us more harm than good..

So, use this time to create new hobbies or resurrect old ones you told yourself you never had time for anymore..  Breathe deeper in nature, meditate, focus your hearts on love and gratitude as you look around you as you alter your perspective on what is and isn’t important in your life..  Envision the resurrection of a new healthy world of unity and peace.  Create that space of neutrality without judgement.  Change has happened… Now choose the choices that serve your highest good in what makes you feel happiest. For it is in our choices Now that is going to create our future reality..

My own choice is not one that locks my mind down in fear…  But opens up my awareness to our possibilities.   The Choices we all make now are going to be crucial in creating our own timeline realities…  I hope you Choose Well… 

 So stop entertaining Fear, instead harmonise in music, nature or laughter…. Watch comedy, laugh with family…

Many are being programmed into Fear,  let us be aware of our thoughts as we generate the Love antidote into the core of our hearts..

 

 

Dr Bruce Lipton stresses how Fear shuts down our immune system ..  His expertise in Epigenetics and researching cells  behaviours is explained in understandable language that all of us can understand.

He includes in his discussion how cells react to in flight or fight mode, and how our bodies are engineered to function in situations such as Fear or love..   He states that the Chemistry of a person living in Fear is a different Chemistry than someone in Love..

When in Love, our bodies and cells are open to receive, absorb joy etc taking it in.. Which is the cell being in Growth..  That is why people glow and feel healthy and happy.

When in Fear our Chemistry of cells are in protection mode and create stress hormones, cortisol etc, and factors that shut down the immune system called Cytokines.

He explains a cell can be in Growth or a cell can be in Protection but it cannot be in Both at the same time.

And he explains our Biology is designed to be open in growth, such as in love… Fear closes you down to enable the flight and fight mechanism.  The state of Fear is compromising the growth and our maintenance of our body, but it is also shutting down our immune system which is leaving us more open to disease.

He explains how our Consciousness controls the fate of our biology, and that is the new science of Epigenetics.  And goes on to say “The most valid science on planet on Earth is called Quantum Physics .  There is no science that has been tested more, affirmed more or proven to be more truthful than Quantum Physics. ……. The first  principle of Quantum Physics is that Consciousness is creating your Life Experience…………….”

 

So this Easter Resurrect  your creative spirits, focus upon things you love, switch off for a while and Tune into the peacefulness within your hearts..

And Join in  the Unity Consciousness of LOVE

Searching for that Perfect Moment.

Trees, the breath of our lungs~ A walk in Nature’s Peace

Carry on searching and you will find

That perfect moment that peace of mind

You’ll find it among all the places you look

None are within the pages of a book

So many species rely upon our Trees ~Lichen on these small branches, and thousands of insects.

While a book can teach you knowledge unbound

The Peace of your heart there is not to be found

Page after page we turn and can read

But the Peace we all seek first comes as a seed

Life -Nature~ a continual cycle of death and rebirth

 

So long do we lie in the depths of the Dark

Forgetting the power from which we all start

A Spark to kindle from the love we all yearn

Ignited with passion as our hearts start to learn

Catkins and Gorse.

An Island we languish alone and afraid

We cut down each other using words as our blades

Doing unto others, we do unto the whole

What we send out we reap back as souls

Gorse~ Everyone of us can show our thorns.

 

So we search and we find what was there all along

We just forgot the Harmony of Singing our Song

In Unity we blend, our voices become One

No longer separate, a choir has begun.

In tune with Nature you’ll flourish and grow

Reaching for Light you spread out and glow

And that ‘Perfect Moment’, that Peace of Mind

It was always inside you, Seek and Find.

 Our Trees, like our hearts have taken a battering over time,

especially in recent months as we have witnessed the horrors of flames.

 But its never too late to rekindle the flame of Love in our Hearts,

as we nurture  and respect each other and Mother Nature. 

You have no idea the Power YOU each hold within your hearts as you send out love into the world.

Creating a Better World.. Inside and Out..

Petals create this bird each a separate piece to create the whole.

Below are  some of the words I wrote back in 2013, with a few little tweaks..  I know many of you may not have read them back then.  Since writing this post six yrs ago I  have worked hard on clearing the trauma’s of emotional baggage we all of us carry in my own healing journey..  And I have come to understand oh so much more about our reality, that is as I have said before, Nothing like we have been taught… 

And if I can discover the truth, anyone can, if they have the courage to dare dive deeper into History of this Earth, as well as diving deeper into themselves.  Because we all first need to go within and discover the hidden truth about ourselves. For only then, as we learn to let go of past conditioning. and as  we re-learn how to love and respect ourselves.. Only then, will we be capable of respecting and loving others in this world..

Since retreating into my creative cocoon last month, I have found it even more difficult to emerge, and communicate what is at my heart. So when in doubt, I don’t.   But the one thing I wish to convey more than anything else at this moment in time, is to say we are all of us Co-creators of this world.. What each of us are thinking, how each of us are acting, is creating our future reality.. 

If we join in the blame game, and we allow ourselves to get stressed, taking sides in judgemental finger pointing in this deliberate manipulation of mind-control-games, we are playing straight into the hands of those negative beings who think they control us. 

This world is evolving just as we humans are, and its been constantly changing for trillions of years. This is but another stage in that transition process. And whether we remember it or not, we chose to be here at this time to help ourselves remember and raise our frequencies to move us beyond this third dimensional level we now find ourselves held within. 

We are a collective, and the more of us who embrace the frequency of love, kindness, compassion and tolerance, the more we will find we will create that into our immediate existence.. What we think is what we create.. We all of us have such great powers to tap into that we have no concept of our abilities in changing our reality.. 

Its all so very simple… We dear friends are Vibration… And that which we focus upon is that which we create..  So if we are focusing our intent on this outer chaotic madness, anger, frustration, division and lack, that is what we will attract and create in our reality.. But if we focus our intent on inward peace, loving ourselves,…. sending love into the world and feeling harmony and balance within, this is what we will generate into the world..  This Choice is ours..  WE are the Change, and We have to learn how to change our ways of treating each other. 

You dear friends who have landed upon this page to read, are all so very important cogs in this evolutionary wheel we are all upon.. For it is our choices which will create our New World.. And I know which  kind of world I wish to live out my remaining years here on Earth. May we all Be the Change we want to see in Our World

We are one, this I have said many times, and we are One with the Universe whether we realise it or not.  But once you understanding this it helps our spiritual growth and allows us access to those higher realms.

And once our awareness opens to the fact  that we are more than just physical beings living this one life in one place of time, we see that we are indeed connected to that Cosmic Energy. And we are Infinite Beings upon our own particular Journey’s 

Many are now starting to Re-awaken to the truth and take a step forward, and upward, on our soul’s journey. This  movement upward is  what many call ascension, because the more we remember who we are as we open ourselves up to the Truth of who we are, the higher our energy vibrates.. We are all of us Vibration, a subject I have often spoken of before.

Many people are not even aware of such ideas, while  others are opening up and finally seeing the signs and are at last paying attention to them.. We are seeing, and feeling these changes in our world, our sixth senses are telling us something is happening, and yet many can not quite put their fingers on it..While many more are opening up and seeing Change is needed if we are to progress, and are understanding what those changes are.  They see that our monetary systems and governing powers need reform. And that Kindness needs to be put back into Mankind, as the corrupt are uncovered. 

Light-workers and Spiritual guru’s have devoted their lives to deepening our understanding of the truth. All these people are on the path of ascension, but we each are on our own particular journey of ascension at different rates. We do not suddenly get lifted to exit this planet, we ALL have to do the internal work on raising our own vibration. Which means we need to check our thoughts, look at what is reflected back at us daily, and begin to understand we raise our frequencies by becoming more tolerant of others, as we stop our judgemental attitudes of labelling each other into different classes.. We are all part of the whole, each fragment experiencing their own experience which we create.. 

Many thought something spectacular would happen with the Mayan calendar date of Dec 21 2012 and many I  know were left kind of in limbo of what happens next? 

Each  of us chooses its own  particular path. Many are finding past emotions surfacing and triggering trauma and emotional responses. Its as though we are being given an opportunity to face our fears and also complete unfinished Karmic debt, as the wheel is now full…as I explained in one of my previous posts..

Remembering who we are and why we are here isn’t that straight forward, for we are all of us subject to amnesia once we enter this Earth realm. But we are helped and are being guided by those in spirit.. We are being nudged to remember, and we are all of us sensing we need to change… We know we are damaging our world beyond repair, and are witnessing our weather pattern changes as a result..We are seeing the Respect for each other and our animal kingdom eroding.  We need to change our ways and time is running short.

But what we must not do is to buy into Fear.. for Fear lowers our vibration..

In recent days I have been re-reading many of books which opened up my own thinking way back in the early 90’s. These authors  are at the forefront of an important process of raising the energetic vibration of the whole planet.

While I could give you a long list of those authors, reading another’s words will not awaken you fully.. You have to dig deep within your own soul and by adding those pieces of information which we gather along our journey  we then come to our own state of awareness which opens our hearts to understand we are infinite beings evolving through our experiences upon this physical plane of material matter,the vibration of which is also dense..  We are constantly striving to raise our vibration higher as we evolve and seek to join the light. 

The earth is made of the same energy  as we are, and is also undergoing this shift along with us. This evolutionary process, while it may seem chaotic, is a natural process such as that which unfolds a flower from a seed and we are all part of it. We are all of us part of that Flower of life.. And we are pushing our way through some tough times to bloom..

The best way to help this process in yourself and in the world is simply to relax and be open to its unfolding. Listen to your inner guidance, and let it guide you to the path that brings your heart the most happiness. Follow your intuition and listen to that Inner voice.. Its there to guide you at all times…

And know we are here at this time because we chose to be here..

And if we want the world to become a better place for our children’s children then its Up to Each and Everyone of us to take a look at making sure our Choices count for a better World to Emerge..

Wake Up, Wake Up,~ Yes we are!

Red Campion’s and Dandelions

Wake up to Nature.

Wake up and savour the beauties that abound,

Wake up and honour all life that is around.

We take you for granted, even the air we breathe

Take time to look at the blossoms on the trees

~~

Look deep into a flower and see the wonders there

Take time to stop and listen to birds in the air..

Watch the glistening water, ripple over stones

Be thankful for the morning, these gifts and our homes

~~

We take Nature for granted, as she bestows these gifts for free

It’s up to us to look after her, for she’s there for you and me.

What if one day you awoke, and the air you breathed were black?

What happens if nature decides she is fighting back

~~

And no longer shall the bees pollinate the crops

And no longer will the rain give you those pure drops

Open your eyes, for we work hand in glove

Wake Up, and be thankful, For Nature needs our love

Yesterday  we saw the world of youth come together  to let the world leaders know its time to stop their complacency in allowing greed to destroy the planet.

If only we could channel all of this energy and convert it into a love frequency that speaks from every heart into Gaia our Mother Earth as she undergoes her own shifts in vibration, as we wake up to our own true natures as we are adjusting to our own frequencies as we begin to wake up to this world!

What we can achieve with ‘People Power Love’ is limitless!.

Also yesterday the 20th of September we  saw the Earths own frequency spike The  Schumann Resonance spiked like never before! Into the 99 Hz when you consider it is usually around 7.83 Hz.  For more information on just what a spike could mean I found what Dr Joe Dispenza says in a past article here very interesting.  He states ”

“It has long been suspected that human consciousness can impact the magnetic field of the earth and create disturbances in it (and vice versa), particularly during moments of high anxiety, tension, and passion.”

The Schumann Resonance over the last couple of days.

 

Could this be related to the people joining hearts in one cause? Makes me ponder..  On the same day as the climate march, people joined together in area 51 which was another gathering of hearts that are not afraid to question the establishment.

What ever your thoughts, I feel we are seeing remarkable changes which are igniting people’s passions.  I am reminded of what a young man said in one of his passionate pleas in his quest for us to take care of our planet and each other. His name is  Xiuhtezcatl Martinez, 

I was impressed with this young man in the past and posted about him in 2015, and as he said in one of his videos,

” The Biggest Challenge  we face is shifting Human Consciousness not saving the planet Because you know the planet doesn’t need saving,

but we do..”

And   Xiuhtezcatl  is right.. Mother Earth Will eventually heal from all that we have done to her.. But will we still be a species upon her?

Our Planet and our Future is in our hands, lets hope we all of us make the right choices and ones which intentions are created out of Love not fear..

Turning Over A New Earth.

Breaking the Earth open with the blade of the spade, turning it over, breathing the perfume it made.  That earthy peat smell, on a crisp Autumn’s morn, working with nature, harvesting plants from seeds born.

Watching the blackbirds pick freshly dug worms. While the underground world slithers and squirms with centipedes and millipedes and grubs so grotesque. There are Worlds within Worlds, all doing their best.   Surviving above as below, each has a purpose and a path to follow. The world keeps on turning like the Earth on the spade, while destiny dictates whose lives end or whose are made.

 Spiders webs glisten in early morning dew, a marvel of engineering you or I couldn’t do. The lesson in patience in a trap that’s been spun, I apologise for their destruction, all the webs I’ve undone.  Life is always changing, evolving to grow, we think little of the chaos or think of its blow – to the tiny creatures whose lives we disrupt, as a spade turns the earth as their little world erupts.

So Who are WE on this tiny Blue Dot, the place called Earth-just a Universal spot, no bigger than a full stop in a Galaxy of Stars. We think we are superior in our Specimen Jars.  An experiment in a library of all living things, to experience matter, creating all the emotions it brings. But much like the Spider whose web we get caught, we are now trapped within our own ‘Karmical’ thought! As around and around in the wheel we do spin, until we understand the Key lies within.

For to change our outer-world we too must dig deep, unearthing and releasing those emotions we keep. Raising our Vibration is no easy task. Removing the layers and peeling back the Masks. The time now has come where we all need a spade, as we each dig deeper to find of what our hearts are made.

We all have a choice, now its WE who must choose, it’s time to Wake Up, for too long we’ve snoozed. Do we want Harmony? Or do we want Hell? Choosing kindness over Anger is one way to break the spell.  Ascending means rising, so lift up your Hearts. The Raising of Consciousness needs all to take part.

So my friends its all down to us, by altering our thoughts as we learn to love all, we transform ourselves as those frequencies fall. We vibrate and shift as our evolution does spin, this is a fight we must not fail to win.   For the battle was foretold of what to expect, if we give in to greed and our souls we neglect.

I am a work in progress, just like you, and each has their agenda to follow on through, we all have a choice because we were given Free Will, I woke up and  I chose to swollow the Red Pill.  I am but one light in a billion of stars that woke up to remember we are all Avatars. On a journey to remember and break ourselves Free, will you join me in this endeavour on this journey with me? To lift the world, we first must dig deep, turning over what we knew, in this illusion we keep.

Good luck in your seeking as you work with intent, know that we manifest and receive back what is sent, and as you let go of anger and fear, your hearts will expand and bring joyful tears.  So, break out of old habits, stop living in the past. Love and Forgive, remember this Is our Task. For we came to remember just who we are. Those that ‘Know’ we came from the Stars.   The time now has come to take hold of that spade, turning over a New Earth, in this our Upgrade..
