Going from the OLD Self to the NEW Self..

 

Dear friends..  Here is a little exercise to practice.. 

 I Know so many people whom seem to be struggling, feeling their is no hope, as they live in their circumstances. Often they are waiting for something to come along to change or heal their lives. Yet  often  they are uncertain how to step out of their comfort zones to change their daily routines or negative thinking, to break the cycles they are experiencing. 

I have some projects that are taking my attention away from WordPress over the next few days.. I may well pop back and in and out of your own blogs.. But over the next few posts, I am posting a series of videos..  

I know of several of you who are wanting to make positive changes in your lives.. I hope this video and some others in this series of Diving Deeper into yourselves  will help you see that you are SOoooo much more than your bodies….

And when you begin to practice this way of BEing it really will bring in those Changes to your lives..

But We  All have to put in the ground work and effort...  

I hope you will find time to listen to this 5 minutes from Dr Joe Dispenza..

And I hope you find 10 minutes at the start of your day to put this into practice..

I don’t know yet.. I am still going within the flow of it..

Take out your Pen ~ Let the Healing Start

Let the Pen flow across the page

Allow it to release all that pent-up rage

Form the words as they are born in your mind

Feel the Lightness as you let go and unwind

See the Messages we give to ourselves

Pouring out emotions so long-held

Poetry in Motion, Healing at a stroke

As we let go of Anger that we never have spoke

~~

See the patterns that form into words

Voice them on paper, so they can be heard

They say the Pen is Mightier than the Sword

Know their Power, as we cut the cords

~~

Words and Letters may jumble and mix

Once Written out loud they can heal and fix

The long-held wounds we hold in our hearts

So take out your Pen- Let the Healing Start!

I have been busy this week enjoying the garden and these last days of Summer Sun. I have been reading  many posts as I try to catch up this week with many of you.. I am Still way behind.. But the theme I am reading this week as I try to catch up, as we all at times seem to link in via our subconscious thoughts is ‘Healing’ .. Be it from Conflict, Grief, Self Judgement or illness or misunderstandings.. 

Learning to share our concerns  as we voice them with others being through family or friends or just writing them down helps release emotional hurts. As we learn to let them go we begin to heal from within.

One thing I would often do when I was hurting so bad, was to write an Angel Letter.. Pouring out the conflict, self judgement, grief and pain.  Allowing the emotions to flow onto paper.. I would offer up my letter to the Angels and then burn the letter asking that all of that emotion be released as I would ask for forgiveness for all concerned..

Thank you all of you who are travelling along with me in my Dreamwalker Journey I so appreciate your company and friendships . The above poem was penned last year and I thought it apt to add again today..

I also noticed how many more have joined Dreamwalker’s Sanctuary and started to follow recently the numbers have jumped this last couple of weeks who have started to follow I welcome you and please make yourselves known..

And I know so many parts of the world need our healing Love right now.

But it all starts with bringing that Love within yourselves

It all Begins with You 

and Healing Your Heart and Loving yourself

Be the Pebble and create Ripples as you Send out your Love

And they say she was a Dreamer

Upwards and outwards she travelled,

 leaving her earth body far below

Knowing all and everything her mind exploded

 like the stars in a firework show

She whizzed through space walking on air

 that was no longer needed

She knew now that through all of her struggles

She had more than succeeded

Her third eye glowed in a body now blue

For now, she was the stars in an ocean of new

The blue dot glowed in the distance of time

And no longer did she dream for her light was Divine

~~

In Oneness she merged with All and every heart

She was home and completed

Of all that ever had been and all yet to come

She surrendered to the Cosmos

Knowing her Mission was now done.

Altering The System.

Peep Hole narrow view. Inveraray Jail Scotland.

Each of us as Humans live within our boxes

Looking at a world in which it locks us

Conforming and oppressing, feeling victimized

Not seeing the bigger picture yet to be realised

Court room whispers of judgement. Inveraray Jail~Scotland

So many of us shout about the wrong ‘out there’

While many do not understand or seem to care

That to alter ‘The System’ so many shout is wrong

We need to re-programme our thinking, letting LOVE be our song

Exercise Yards ~ Inveraray Jail Scotland. We need to exercise our Minds.

Two exercise yards, one for female one for male.. Wall divided them.

 

If the system ‘out there’ isn’t working anymore

It’s our job to create a new one, let your Mind be the door

For we ALL hold the keys to turn the ‘Light’ on in our hearts

We just need to reach within as we UNITE to do our part.

Restraints~ we need to let in the Light of Love.

Straight Jackets in which our minds can get encased.

The Birch lash.

 

To break down the barriers of injustice and suppression

We need to go ‘Within’ to look at our own expression

For it’s our limited beliefs which Keep us in those boxes

So let us break old programming which traps and locks us.

Every piece of The System out there which is causing Pain

Was first created ‘within’ by our thoughts within OUR brains.

Creating from ‘within’ to our ‘outward’ reality

When we open our hearts to love we will cease to be causalities

The System.. Putting forward the case.

So as we see the breakdowns of systems around our world

It’s because another has awoken allowing love to unfurl

So don’t get stuck within the energy of ‘Fight’

Create a New System- Open your hearts to the Light.

Tried, judged and sentenced.

162,000 prisoners were transported from the UK to Australia and Tasmania

Prisoners put to work mending nets and making rope..

 

If we gave up the internal Battle, of Need, Mine and Want

To embrace a different dialog of UNITY to flaunt

To know we’re not fragmented but are segments of the Whole

As we Remember at Last- We are heavenly celestial Souls.

The above poem I wrote this last week.. As the Universe thought to teach another lesson in Letting go.. As my computer had to be repaired and was swiped by to factory settings as a new hard drive was installed.. Thankfully I saved my poems elsewhere..  Good to be back within this particular ‘Box’ again on WP..  I had a productive week in my allotments, which will be shared soon..

Reconnecting with my Creative Self~ Part 1

Hello my lovely WordPress family, I only intended to be away from my blog for the weekend, as it turned out it has been over one week! It seemed the more I embraced those silent pursuits away from technology, the more reluctant I was in switching the modem back on.

Often when we go within those silent moments of deep thought, they take us to the realms of realisation of how far we have come. But they also bring to the fore just how much further we still have to travel.

We all of us look after our physical health.. Well I guess you could say I have been looking after my mental health. While I am always trying to be optimistic and work with positivity, sometimes our energy wanes, and I had to sit back and ask myself why I was beginning to feel so drained and emotionally wrung out.

Unity of family~Learning by example~ Finding Peace..

I have long come to recognise ‘the Signs’ of how those emotional feelings creep up on one, and how we get embroiled within the emotional circuits of other peoples energies.. Having come through my own uphill journey, overcoming my own nervous breakdown many years ago, the signs of tearfulness over the least little thing sent the alarm bells ringing. Disengaging from the Media is one thing, but how do you disengage from your friends whom you love whose emotional journeys are pulling you this way and that.

When you are empathic by nature, sometimes the only way of protecting yourself is to withdraw for a time. And get back to basics. I have to accept the world keeps on turning and there is nothing I can do about all the negativity that happen within it. For such is the Yin and Yang of our collective progression. And without the Negative how would we experience the Positive! All is part of the cycle. And getting all emotional about the many tragedies around our globe is not going to help heal the world if I end up contributing more negative emotions to the matrix which is already circulating in abundance.

So I needed to take myself out of those vibrations and create New Energy. So what have been up? I have been embracing several new projects and sitting within the silence and just listening to what answers have been coming back from the void of space I have surrounded my mind in.

Following your  instincts~ Knowing when it’s time to move on.

So over the next couple of post I will be sharing with you those projects, along with some of my thoughts and Inner guidance’s which have helped realign myself back ‘in tune’ so to speak with my ‘True Self’ something I shall be discussing in my next post.

Chasing away Shadows ~ Is Light

Chasing Away Shadows

Following my sign, along the road

Learning how to shed my load.

I skip with joy through trees of gold

The Sun I’m chasing as my future unfolds

 

Angels close their eyes and breathe

As at last I discover that part in me

The past is gone, the future is Now

At last I’m living, I’m learning how

 

To sing with bird song at morning rise

To look in the mirror, what a surprise

I like what I see for the very first time

And My Angel is with me, giving me a sign.

 

His feathers of Love he showers on me

Filling my heart, making me see

That Life on Earth is all about Love

Holding me close hand in glove

 

Knowing you’ll always be beside me

Between us I know we’ll always be

Perfect words with perfect tunes

Soaring Hearts with mended wounds

 

Calling me from afar

Joining my heart to the heart of a Star

You whisper your Song of us long ago

It melts my heart like the falling snow

 

So Angel of mine, My Spirit Moon

I come to you, you’ll hold me soon

Mirrors in the Sun we brightly shine

Together, forever, for all time.

~The Road to Happiness comes through

I am taking some time out this week to Paint on canvas..

I need some quiet time to restore my balance.

So if I am quite you will know what I am about..

but you never know, I may drop by your door to say hello…

This poem I wrote some time ago now,  I chose it as its words resonated with how I have been feeling..  

When we do take time out to truly discover who we are,

we may all of us be surprised at what is reflected back at us in the Mirror 🙂
