Time Is Now Upon Us, To Open our Hearts In LOVE~ Seek The Truth!..

Hello my beautiful WordPress family, its been three weeks since my last post and poem…

How have you all been? Have you also found a new sense of Peace? I have….

If not then you perhaps need to separate from the technical, the media,  those video games, and the self imposed pressures we all put ourselves under… I hope many of you have also taken this imposed exile to take the opportunity to go within your own space, and create… Or just sit within the silence of your own inner BE-ing, as you unlock the keys within your own silence..

Because nothing is by chance… Nothing…  And  If we do not find our own inner peace very soon, then the powers that rule this World at large are going to try everything they can to disrupt  the Unity Consciousness so many of our communities have drawn upon within this World Shut down.  For despite the fear generated I have also seen Service to Others as never before as people at least here within my own community have gone out of their way to help others.. Its been a joy to witness and be part of..   

I have no excuse on my absence other than to say I have been taking care of ME… My own energy, as I have been busy maintaining and planting our allotments. Growing our own food takes time and dedication. And we have had glorious dry warm sunny weather  this Spring, which has meant extra hours of daily watering. And when you are carrying watering cans up and down our plot.. You will understand how much energy that takes ..  So along with gardening, I had one last canvas  and I have been painting .. Its been changed already so many times… But the vision within my head is emerging slowly but surely..  And it will be revealed at a later date when it is fully complete.. 

I was looking for painting tips when I came across this Young mans video’s and his artwork, His artistic talent is beautiful to see..  He has a wonderful Spiritual  persona and its very reassuring knowing so many young souls are  awake and hold such talent.. Within the video he shows in fast-time-lapse of his painting while the narration is about Love from the well known Author David Icke…  I have happened to read deeply some of David’s books, and right now it seems the truth of those words are now spilling out into the world for all to see..

Now what ever your perception of David Icke, try for just this video to leave that for a moment  behind you,  as you really listen to the message being given… My Poem below speaks of TIME… this came to me on the date given below.. In the middle of the night… No errors.. straight as is… 

The TIME now has come for me too to share more Knowledge, more insights and More Truths…  I have no intention of changing anyone’s mind or controlling how you think.. …. We all of us have free will, all of us have the opportunity if we so desired to dig deeper as I have over the last thirty plus years since my awakening..  And as I have said before.. Truth is often stranger than fiction…   So I leave you with my poem and the video. 

 

Time is but an illusion

 As days sweep into years

Time is a collection of memories

 As we experience Joy and Tears

The Duality of Matter that we manifest to touch

All for the experience of ‘To Lack’ or to have ‘Too Much’

~~

We think This Time, is all there can possibly be

Yet this is but One Time that we’ve created in this reality

Our History lays behind us, our futures yet to arrive

This is but One Time, right now, is where we reside

~~

Let go of all of the past, as we regurgitate old wounds

‘ The Power of Now’ we hold to create, is held within our own sound

What do I mean by that? Can you not hear my words?

As you read them in your mind

You form the sound of vibration into vowels and verbs.

~~

So, when enough begin to chant, the programmes that we’re taught

Our Time Line of reality is where we find we’re caught

For Time is but a frequency, a coded Density, a Thread

A Creation of Intention, A Perception in our head

~~

There are many Timeline’s woven and now they are falling apart

Gaia is now bringing us together, to reflect and make a new start

The Choices of our frequency, depends upon our Intent

Do we want to live in Fear? Or a New Earth reinvent.

~~

The choice is always ours, but we have to listen to our hearts

Because once we choose our Time-Line, that’s where our experience starts.

Don’t let the unknown Fears, grapple with your head

As the Media’s brain washing repetition have you believing all that’s said

If you’ve not woken up yet, don’t worry, then perhaps it’s not your time

As this maybe a parting as we each choose our realities Timeline

~~

We’re here to guide each other

Yet none of us should be led

For each are Sovereign Beings

Creating our experience as I’ve said

Let not the New Normal, be based out of Fear or Control

But Create a TimeLine of Love and Freedom

In Unity for Each Soul..

Awaken People from your Sleep!

  The post below, and poem I wrote some seven years ago… I have no words at the moment, as I am busy just being in balance with nature, tending my plants and pricking out seedlings, as I think deeper, observing the Play and the actors within it.  Knowing soon the grand-finale is about to take it’s curtain call.. 

It is amazing though how  information seems to always fall just when needed… As if I am fed them to make more sense, as  yet more pieces of the puzzle slot together making more sense of the senseless within my mind.. What I am greatly aware of is TIME… It is speeding up even faster…. And TIME is running short..  I recently wrote another poem about time, I have yet to share…  Maybe it will follow… Who knows..  But TIME is precious, and we cannot waste a moment of it..  I have added extra thoughts in Italics.

Awaken in the Sleepless Zone.

I’ve been here before at this hour of the clock
Staring in darkness with mind in its dock
Of recounting the day as we replay our mind tapes
Images play with the shadows miss-shapes
~
We each need to wake up form our sleepless zone
Get out of your heads and off of your phones
Open your eyes to the Real World at large
And see the truth to this game of charades
~
Where we mimic and mime as our strings are all pulled
And the adverts co hearse to the falsehood we’re lulled.
Its time to awaken and open your hearts
To the pain we create by our thoughts thrown like Darts
~
We stab and we torture we kill and we maim.
We may not hold weapons but our thoughts do the same.
Its time of forgiving its time to let go
Of hatred and Anger we unleash like a bow
~
Our journey is over its almost complete
When will you see through the Lies and deceit.
One message stands out and we each know its theme
Its one based on Love and hope for our dreams
~
So stop all these nightmares we create with our thoughts
Let go of your worries in which we get caught
And Wake up to your power you hold in your mind
As your hearts beat as one as Peace we each find.
~
So look deep within to the darkness we each keep
And release it to Love for its wisdom to seek
Rise up with your joy in the Light of your beam
And know we are eternal So follow your Dreams

I wrote this as I tossed within a sleepless night, its words flowed from my pen in my journal. I ask you as you read it to think about the world, and look beyond that which you ‘See’ presented to you! 

We are ALL of us going to need to wake up pretty fast to the realities this world is pouring forth as we wake up to its increasingly obnoxious lies and deceits in its portrayal of being integral in its activities for our benefits..

Open your eyes and explore that which we have perceived and dig deeper to uncover the Truth. But understand we are each of us responsible for our actions and our thoughts…

The world is in need of your thoughts, and I ask you to send it your compassion, Your Love, and Healing. ( As you now be gentle with yourselves as you heal your inner world ) 

For the World Needs YOU to lift it from itself… As we can all get caught within our own webs of doubts and shadows.. ( And what it needs most of all is LOVE!… Love yourselves, know you are here at this time for THIS  TIME… Its Your Energy that now has purpose, As we Shift out the Old programmes as we relinquish Fear. Open your hearts in Unity, let not it be separated and Controlled in Fear..)

Transcending Through ~~This Time Line..

 This Muse I first shared two years ago with you.. But there are those new  here who have since joined who may wish to read..  I have been too busy within our allotments  to create a brand new post.

The world is in a strange place right now, but it is also giving us all a great opportunity to reevaluate our lives. I Recently read a great article called  The Coronation By Charles Eisenstein   For those not wishing to read, there is also a Podcast to listen to here  as his essay is read out loud.. Charles says right in the beginning of his essay   

 “Covid-19 is showing us that when humanity is united in common cause, phenomenally rapid change is possible”  

That change begins within each of us… As a collective we have been given a great opportunity of space to go within, to see what is really important in our lives..  And as I am seeing within my own community, I am witnessing great things in sharing and caring both in resources  and skills being  shared with good will and Love..  Neighbours who barely knew each others names before are looking out for each other. 

When we move out of Fear Into Love we all have great opportunities to make great strides forward in unifying and harmonising our world..  But we need to move out of the Fear..  Charles Essay embraces many facts and spiritual thoughts  and I hope you find it as enlightening as I did.. 

Enjoy!. As I include below my own thoughts as we Transcend on Through!. The words ” This Time Line” I have added to the original title , because we can either create a great world where we learn to co-operate and share, in Love and Harmony, or we can create a world of Fear and Control with Greed and Separation at the Helm..

How does one start to express one’s thoughts except to say them as they tumble from the mind

A mind that has for years reached out searching, never really understanding what it is that it yearns for but knowing without doubt it’s incomplete.  But then, are we not all incomplete? Are we not all that lonely spark of light searching to grow brighter as we try to cast a beam of light into the world. And when we do, do we not feel ‘lighter’ in Spirit?

I wrote these words contained within a small room. A room within my mind, the one where no one enters, where only I have the Key.. 

Locked within this room, are thoughts and dreams, promises, and desires, joy and sadness, hope and despair. And love and emptiness… Strange that these two I should pen the last, ‘Love and Emptiness’, for if one has love, how can one feel empty?

Sometimes I have wondered if I, this lonely spark of Light, who still gazes through those self-same childhood five-year-old eyes  yearns too much, to belong, to go ‘Home’ to all that is.  To become One with ALL.. Maybe I have always been wishing for this beautiful feeling to wash over me for so long, that I actually repel it, by my own very thoughts of ‘Wanting’… so here I stay,  ……. Wanting…. Yet  I reach out,  grasping the Moment.. The Only Moment there is.. Now!.. 

 

To understand that I’m an infinite being of light, that no possible harm may befall me, that I am my own true light within. For I am free to travel the Universe, touch the stars and dance on the Moon, leaving behind shadows of doubt, the past and the future. I open my arms wide to embrace like minds, who also travel the Universe in search of that Spark of Light, holding hands with faith and that which we call the Divine Spirit of Life Eternal, Creator of all life.

And so we dance in our searching to uncover the truth of our existence, we seek knowledge, ‘out there’.. Yet seldom do we realise that ALL knowledge is held within. Each question we ask, when we learn to turn the key within the right lock. All answers come forth.  Yet often we are too afraid to go within, to sit within our Silent Space, and LISTEN..  Because we then might have to face what we find.. 

Each of us searching, each of us reaching out in the hope of understanding our existence as we fathom the depths of human failures. And pondering upon our cruelty and greed.

Fate works her magic, never ceasing to amaze, as the tangled webs are woven pulling us in, tightly entwining her threads of knowledge, encasing us in her wisdom.

And Yet the more I learn, the less I know, for so many possibilities then come into focus. So I hang there….. Softer than silk…… Dormant…… Struggling to break free, I wait…………… and wait..and wait.

My silken coat hardens, protecting me from the turbulent emotions, as I neither feel, nor know, who or what I am or what it is I search for.. I lay dormant…. Hanging by a thread……. Encased in the masks we all wear, We all of us are blown by the wind..  A thread of Life..

Until one day I felt a stirring within, and slowly over time the struggle begins. As slowly little by little I struggle to free myself. To break free of the threads that once bound me, I pull and push, I pause to gather strength…. and start once more to break free of the cocoon that has held me tightly over the years. Seeing how this reality is not all that is seems. So as each thread breaks I look through new eyes from a different perspective.

I see the Old Earth decaying, falling away, as we who hold light within hold a vision of A New Earth, as we spread our Love and Compassion to help bind and heal the cracks we have created.

The Highlands of Scotland

I know what I am, I’m almost there, yet so far away.. As I emerge to spread out my wings I first need to rest… I need to gather more strength before I flex my shimmering wings… Basking in the sunlight of discovery…… I fly……

And so…….. I close my eyes……..

I feel the wind beneath my wings and I’m lifted up into another realm of thought. Whereby I’m transported to another world. One where I’m no longer confined or suffocated by the cocoon which shielded me. But where I am free to explore my feelings that I have buried deep within for so long.

To write the words upon the paper to give them life and see them dance like shafts of light each word then dances in delight like ripples upon the water, as at last they too are free.

The words are now given voice to those inner most secret desires where one is able to create a world where dreams come true.

I want to remember and ‘Feel’ who I am… I want to come to know the child, that five-year-old, the child within, I want to once again get behind her eyes to see the world once more as a world of Freedom and Love in innocent expression. And to express both love and joy and the emotions that I’ve kept locked within for so long. 

We each have the Key to open up that small room we have all dwelt in for so long…

Now all we need is the courage to take that key, place it within the lock of our hearts and open the door to the emotions within, trusting in ourselves to break free of the confines of Earth.

And so, this is the beginning.

As I go forward within my own journey of words into a realm of our united thoughts…..

 I stop now…..

But I will turn the pages again tomorrow, and tomorrow, and all our tomorrows. 

I  will start the next chapter of my journey. Until then.

Resurrect The Love Antidote!

While being empathic with everything that is going on in the world right now, I am very aware of where I am placing my energy. Not always being successful in navigating myself away from the media’s 24/7 bombardment.

We are all being subjected to Information overload…

 So some days I just have to switch right off from all kinds of technology.  Tune out and retune my inner compass to be mindful of where and what I am focusing my attention upon…  

 Because what my intention is focused upon this then shows up in my reality… As what we think is what we create!…

We have to be aware of what we are taking into our bodies in this war on our consciousness. And how Fear is the greatest virus of all. If you have to go on your mobile phones or computers, then do some research. Look into what boosts your immune systems and research Quantum Physics. Learn how Mind over Matter really works.  Educate yourselves, instead of reacting to this Global Fear, start learning how to shift your gears into learning about our true potential. Not focusing upon our limitations or lack…

So this Easter as we all have more than enough time to spare, even though we may be in lockdown and are confined to what we can and cannot do… If you are able to get into your garden or safely go into nature with keeping your social distancing rules then turn off from the news and social media’s for this Long Easter Weekend.

 Allow yourself to breathe in peace and calm, as you breathe out stress and anxiety…  Listen to birdsong, watch how nature co-operates and survives in the now… See how the bulbs push out from the dark earth into the Light…

We all are at this moment pushing our way out into the Light, I heard a wonderful quote the other day I cannot remember where from but the quote said something like this..

“ When you open a door to a darkened room, the Light floods in to illuminate the room… The darkness does not flood out into the Light!”… 

Think about that…. We are opening the door to the shadows of the world as well as to the shadows of ourselves.. , as the old dark programmes are breaking down…   

Be not afraid of opening the door… Look inside at what you are fearing… then face that fear and let it go…. Fear is doing us more harm than good..

So, use this time to create new hobbies or resurrect old ones you told yourself you never had time for anymore..  Breathe deeper in nature, meditate, focus your hearts on love and gratitude as you look around you as you alter your perspective on what is and isn’t important in your life..  Envision the resurrection of a new healthy world of unity and peace.  Create that space of neutrality without judgement.  Change has happened… Now choose the choices that serve your highest good in what makes you feel happiest. For it is in our choices Now that is going to create our future reality..

My own choice is not one that locks my mind down in fear…  But opens up my awareness to our possibilities.   The Choices we all make now are going to be crucial in creating our own timeline realities…  I hope you Choose Well… 

 So stop entertaining Fear, instead harmonise in music, nature or laughter…. Watch comedy, laugh with family…

Many are being programmed into Fear,  let us be aware of our thoughts as we generate the Love antidote into the core of our hearts..

 

 

Dr Bruce Lipton stresses how Fear shuts down our immune system ..  His expertise in Epigenetics and researching cells  behaviours is explained in understandable language that all of us can understand.

He includes in his discussion how cells react to in flight or fight mode, and how our bodies are engineered to function in situations such as Fear or love..   He states that the Chemistry of a person living in Fear is a different Chemistry than someone in Love..

When in Love, our bodies and cells are open to receive, absorb joy etc taking it in.. Which is the cell being in Growth..  That is why people glow and feel healthy and happy.

When in Fear our Chemistry of cells are in protection mode and create stress hormones, cortisol etc, and factors that shut down the immune system called Cytokines.

He explains a cell can be in Growth or a cell can be in Protection but it cannot be in Both at the same time.

And he explains our Biology is designed to be open in growth, such as in love… Fear closes you down to enable the flight and fight mechanism.  The state of Fear is compromising the growth and our maintenance of our body, but it is also shutting down our immune system which is leaving us more open to disease.

He explains how our Consciousness controls the fate of our biology, and that is the new science of Epigenetics.  And goes on to say “The most valid science on planet on Earth is called Quantum Physics .  There is no science that has been tested more, affirmed more or proven to be more truthful than Quantum Physics. ……. The first  principle of Quantum Physics is that Consciousness is creating your Life Experience…………….”

 

So this Easter Resurrect  your creative spirits, focus upon things you love, switch off for a while and Tune into the peacefulness within your hearts..

Ascension Timeline Meditation For Global Healing💖

I shall be setting my alarm early as the time here in the UK will be 4:45am … I found the video below ‘almost’ by accident  this evening, as I was making sure I had the times correct. I saw the link on the website to these video’s the one below helps you visualise and send healing into the world… And whether you believe in Mass Consciousness or not, it would not do any harm to just send your thoughts as you wish everyone healed and well …  Every thought helps in this critical time  when we must focus upon a world we want in the future… Not on want we don’t want..  

Let go of fear, and instead fill your hearts with love . As you send out your healing thoughts of a world already healed, vibrant, healthy and thriving both in our Nations, our communities and in our families. 

Our thoughts are so much more powerful than anyone of us can imagine… For it is our thoughts which creates and manifests our reality…

Reaching out across the skies

I call to you, to hear my cries

A Breath I take, you breathe in deep

My soul to you I give to keep

A meadow soft with daisy chains

A land of dreams to keep me sane

Of mirrored lakes and Forests grow

Where seeds are words to plant and sow

Rise and fall are states of mind

And Happiness to Seek and Find

As memories surface, embracing self

With words of wisdom likes books on shelf

Dreams remembered friendships forged

A land of plenty where greed has gorged

United thoughts of change to start

And love is ruler of empty hearts

My arrow cast my aim is high

P.S to this post… I just came in after our National Clapping of thanks and Gratitude where all in the UK at 8pm were asked to come onto their doorsteps and clap for the Carers, the NHS staff, those who are Keyworkers helping keeping things going…  The ENERGY was Electric!!!!!!…. Imagine a whole nation clapping in gratitude… 

Now Imagine a whole World sending Healing and LOVE… The Shift in our Consciousness begins with Us…

Which Energies are We feeding?

I couldn’t resist reposting this post I wrote in 2018. So use your common sense, investigate the truth, don’t take all at face value, and look at the BIGGER  Picture.

And remember, WE, create what we think!. 

 

Sometimes we have to switch off, Step away, and reground ourselves as our energetic bodies need to unplug and re-wire themselves from the lower frequencies of this Matrix, which so many are now beginning to awaken to. Also, they sense a big shift is coming. I do, I feel it deeply, do you feel the changes that are ramping up the vibrations?

Which kind of energies are you feeding?.. 

We who volunteered to be here at this time, and all of us now on this planet are meant to be here at this time, we need to wake up more of those who are ready to listen, and let them see that they are so much more than they ever thought possible.  And that through our thoughts we can help create massive shifts.

We are seeing that the very act of compassion and empathy of others is creating a vibrational shift within our human consciousness. Learning to send love from your heart into others and the world is a key factor in raising vibration and allowing peace to reign.

But as we lift our vibration higher, we also have to understand that there are those who are doing their upmost on the planet to lower them. So do not be fooled or get dragged into conflict, or fear mongering to panic the population to fear one another.

Those of us who are awake to the ‘Systems’ of this world for sometime,  whose empathy and sensitivity allows them to feel with their hearts and sense much deeper the truths of this reality are now being called into action as we unite our energies.

Do you not feel it within your hearts, that we now have to step up, and lift our vibrations higher still? Can you not see the media programming now at work as it spreads its own viruses?

I’m always in awe of how beautifully orchestrated our synchronicities happen How we often here especially with my WordPress friends, find our like-minds dipping into those same pools of information and Light-Codes which have triggered us along similar themes within the posts we write.  I love it, knowing how our vibrations are linking us in unity.

This journey is not an easy one, and our waking process doesn’t happen overnight, there are those of us who have been on this journey for years, uncovering the truths of this reality.  And if you are only just opening your eyes, then what you find can often be a great shock to the system as you begin to unravel what has been hidden through deception.

Waking up means you uncover things which you would sooner not know, and its hard, its painful and its disturbing. For you are not only waking up to the world, but you are also dissolving the many layers you have held within over many life times as well, as you heal your own energetic bodies..

But when you understand your role, you than have to learn not to play into the hands of Fear.  You have to observe and see everyone here on Earth right now has a role, a purpose. Its hard to become neutral, but when you truly awaken, you see how this world is designed to divide and control setting one against the other. So try not to judge, but stand back and become the observer to what is happening.

That is the hardest part for me.. Witnessing the events unfurling, feeling others suffering. So I have to unplug, turn to creativity and nature as I lift my vibrations by meditating more and sending healing into the world.

And this exchange of energy is a two-way experience, because I receive back more energy and upliftment in return, which brings me back to my own Centre of Peace.

I look forward to reconnecting to all who visit with me here, and I thank all of you who have left your love vibration, I greatly look forward to visiting you on your posts very soon.
