Love visiting your blog also, I too need to create more time for browsing, I feel a little guilty for not exploring yours as deeply. But its Great! that you enjoy so much, I can often write a draft for a post never to post it, for if it doesn’t feel right I don’t. And time has been shorter on the PC of late, due to work commitments and time managing home and garden plus granddaughter sitting 🙂 Not wanting to miss out on our beautiful weather we have had either.
I appreciate your wonderful visits and thank you most kindly for your encouragement

Dr Wayne Dyer’s book Living the wisdom of the Toa and some of his talks on youtube and thes one are great food for thought.
The second step on the Eight Fold Path is Right thoughts.
I place gerat importance on thoughts. I will meditate on the chemistery aspects put forward by Dr W. Dyer. I may do a post on thoughts as i believe the thought leads to the action and if repeated will become habitual. We must be aware when we are thinking unholesom thoughts. Thanks Dreamwalker.

Hi Jack, yes Wayne Dyer was among the first books along with Stuart Wilde and Deepak Chopra and others whose words opened my mind to seek out more of who we are way back in the beginning of the 90’s My own book shelves are lined with many of his books, and I have a selection of tapes too.
Yes our Thoughts! are the Key, even the mundane ones that we mull over all are given power as we focus our Intention within them as ‘Thoughts Create’! Thank you for your most welcome visit and comment Jack 🙂

    Dear Sue,
Pictures above were blank. Anyway, thoughts are very powerful. They arise in the mind constantly and push you towards sense objects and sense objects pull the mind towards them, This game goes on! A single thought can lead to disaster. Therefore, I think, thoughts should be filtered before they create havoc in the mind.
    Love and Blessings.

Yes, indeed, we are what we think and as we think so we become. It is said that the type of food we take also influences our thinking for example meat products makes one aggressive and vegetarian food makes one calm and peaceful. Our company, associates and environment also affects our thinking patterns.
    Best wishes,

Thinking is no less than breathing, if we stop thinking we stop existing mentally…thoughts are intrinsic force powering our mental functioning… the quality of our thinking defines the quality of our life…our internal thoughts are influenced by the external things, how we look at them and how we treat things around, every acting of us affect our thinking…

Yes some wonderful teachings out there from various sources.. Sometimes trying ‘Too Hard’ is what we do wrong.. I find just breathing in and learning to let Go of what is not important.. For Nothing really is when you see we are eternal and are here to learn and grow.. We have to sometimes step back from ourselves and just be in the flow.. Love and Blessings and thank you so much for taking the time to browse my pages .. Sue x

Thoughts have a cyclical nature as well as autonomy. I mean a chain of thought can stimulate another chain. Its up to us to break a negative chain and boost the positive chain.
I guess meditation helps by creating a peaceful oasis , almost like a vacuum ready to be filled in by positive or negative thoughts.

Yes I find meditation a positive vibration in which to focus.. So often we dwell upon the negatives in life.. Learning to let go and relax and focus upon the breath, or a candle flame.. Can stop our minds reaching inward to the problems that we often replay over and over within our minds.. I also find the practice of Qi Gong a great source of healing also.

I hadn’t heard of Qi Gong yet. Is it significantly different from meditation?
The mind is a chaos. The toughest part of meditation is not maintain the cross legged pose, but reigning in the mind as it tends to fly, wander and oscillate to its own tunes

Yes I do not sit crossed legged, 🙂 Mind can never be emptied but I do find focusing on the breath deeply peaceful. And sitting out in nature just listening to the birds or the babbling of a stream is medatative 🙂 There are many ways we meditate. Qi Gong is another focus and I practice Spring Forest Qi Gong..

Oh, marvelous, Sue! I need to come back to this page from home to watch the videos. I enjoy Louise.
I know from experience that thinking negative thoughts brings more bad things. As “Pip” might say, “It’s pos-i-lute-ly all about the positive!” Huge hugs.

Thank you for sharing great content. I have followed Louise Hay for many years, and Esther Hicks for only a few months. I will certainly go back and revisit these videos from time to time.

      Thank you Deb..
Yes Louise Hays Book You can Heal your Life, literally helped get my own back on track after a nervous break down in the 90’s .

I was introduced to Abraham~ Ester Hicks many years later via my daughter.. And she bought me several of her CD,s as gifts which was before the passing of Jerry her Husband. And so have been acquainted with Abraham a few years now.
And I am sure when you see the wisdom of Abraham’s teachings through Ester you will see how its our own thoughts which manifest that which we put our intent into… Even thinking things such as what we Do NOT want.. if we focus upon it long enough that Intent within that thought gains power and so we bring it into our world, as like attracts like etc..
I am so happy you are browsing my site Deborah its wonderful to have you visit these pages.. Not many come by here anymore.. as many reply to comments via the Reader and so do not actually ‘Land’ on my site lol 🙂 So the pleasure to have you here is a joy.. 🙂

Thanks so much for the videos you posted on this page, Sue. I had already seen the “water” one – and, of course, I was immediately attracted to the Quantum Physics (which I’ve now seen). I’m leaving this tab open until I’ve had time to run through all of them. Thanks so much for sharing.

You’re welcome, Sue. That IS a down-side of the Reader. I use it to show support for bloggers I actually read (google algorithms count the *appearance* of engagement rather than actual, and SEO is another piece of the problem).

I can’t get to *every* post I ‘like’ each day, of course — especially when so many bloggers post daily or -yikes- many times daily (I figure they’re good with likes since they are obviously going for numbers). I do get around to actually read the bloggers I follow, especially those who engage with my posts (eventually – lol – it’s a huge task). While I’m there, if time permits, I like to check out an older post as well.

I also read a reblog or two each week (from sites I have already found compelling) to see who else is out there – and I appreciate them for bringing posts I’ve missed from those I follow to my attention, but the sites that reblog like maniacs with little original content are simply too much for me (with the exception of a few content curators I do foliow closely – mostly science related).

It’s extremely time consuming (and I don’t always have that time) but I learn SO much it’s practically addicting. I know I’m not a “typical” follower, but I also know there are many like me out there.

I also read links and watch videos in the articles I read, and I realize that only a small handful of readers or followers actually do that. So I know personally the warm glow that comes from a comment from one of your truly engaged readers. For them we post – right? 🙂

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love... May we each spread our Lights around our World....Sue Dreamwalker
