I thought I would share some of my model making and knitting with you from my garden blog..

Another month has flown by and Christmas will soon be upon us. Just where has this year flown to? They say time flies by when you are having fun, well, it’s certainly flown. And I have been having fun creating.
In my last months post I shared my finished knitted cardigan with you, Well I have since been knitting some more.. I knitted a cardigan for my granddaughter and she wanted a pair of finger-less gloves.
Then using the wool which was left over I knitted a snood, and another pair of gloves. a I started a scarf last year which had sat in the knitting bag for ages unfinished. So I decided to make that into a snood too. The results of these below.

You are so amazingly talented Sue. How intricate your work is. I love everything about the tiny world of the garden and greenhouse with electricity!!! I love the snood and fingerless gloves for your not so little, now granddaughter. I wish you and your family a lovely peaceful Christmas and Happy 2019! Thank you Sue. It’s lovely to hear from you. I’ve had a health shock from my doctor after what I thought was a ‘normal’ scan result. They found something totally unexpected. It has has left me spiralling emotionally. I am trying not to panic. The unknown can be exhausting when you suddenly feel very fragile and about to be whirled into the hospital system. Xx x

Sue, I’ve been remiss with visiting other posts for various reasons but wanted to pop by to wish you a happy new year! I just love this post and am awed by your creative skills. The miniature greenhouse is wonderful, so detailed and intricate and I can sense the love and studious care in its creation. Hello Sue, It’s lovely to meet you on line. We share a love of Art’s & Crafts.
I was a profuse knitter when knitting machines were the in thing. I’m a profuse everything.
Crocheting & sewing was my forte. For a short while, I had a little arts & craft shop that sold other peoples’ craft work, as well as my own, when that became popular.
I ended up working in an Arts & Crafts shop, among everything I love, even becoming the picture framer, until I retired.
I have loads of yarn (among other craft & haberdashery materials) from that past life.
These days I only want to churn out little items and crochet hats.

I had a friend who had a knitting machine, She would zip many garments out and sell them on a market stall.. I never owned one.. You’re very welcome Sue. Arts & crafts people seem to be multifaceted creators. Like a twinkling solitaire diamond a creator enjoys honing each faceted creation until it befits it’s surroundings and is satisfyingly useful.
I am not computer literate. I don’t know how to post pictures etc. My brain refuses to cooperate at the moment, that’s why everything I do is basic and plain (unlike anything else I do).
I wanted to show that I am very different to how I am likely to be perceived by readers of my blog & posts.
