Listening to The Echoes Within

Can you hear the echo of Silence Within?

Is it shattering through this chaotic din?

Of political missiles of control and power

What kind of thoughts do you launch within an hour

~~

Do you wonder where those thoughts might land

As you create ‘Matter’ from the ‘Force’ at hand

Projected missiles each moment we send

As out into the Universe our thoughts do blend.

~~

Creating our future, we constantly weave

Each thought born, with intent conceived

Which side of the pendulum do your thoughts swing?

Is it positive or negative energy you bring?

~~

What noises are you sending out?

Is it Peace and Calm or do you want to shout

Remember the Echo rebounds to bounce back

What thoughts are you sending, is it Love or Lack?

~~

Have you felt the change, or don’t you care?

Are you breathing in deep, Natures air?

Are you listening to the echoes of your heart?

If you are then you’ve perhaps made a start.

~~

Are you listening to your Inner Chatter?

What you are focused upon really matters

The power of your thoughts is what we create

Take a moment, to Pause, and Meditate.

~~

What outcomes to you wish for this world?

Is it Peace or War you wish to unfurl

Now is the time we Humans Must Unite

To envisage Peace, we must reach for the light.

~~

Within today’s world, we are seeing many truths now being exposed, as those whom we are supposed to look up to, are now finding their own Lies, echoing back to find them out.

We  all of us at times join in the gossip train, that travels out, gaining momentum and speed, stopping at various destinations, it gathers on board more passengers, who add their own little flourish to the journey.

I caught myself on this journey only the other week, which led me to stop my inner chatter, for our thoughts, like our words, are also powerful, and travel out, to create their vibration.. Which is why I wrote

Are you listening to your Inner Chatter?

What you are focused upon really matters

The power of your thoughts is what we create

Take a moment, to Pause, and Meditate.

I hope you pause, and take a moment to see what thoughts are being sent out.. For believe me.. They Echo right back to the source of their creation, it may not be straight away.. As the train timetables vary.. So Listen to the Echoes of your  Heart..  I hope we have all made a start…  Hold your vision for the World..

Love and Blessings

~Sue~

Yes, true! The bell we ring is the bell we hear! We need to be aware what we are creating with the way we live, think, act… That was another profound, insightful, and deep-reaching Sue post.💖

Whatever we send out, will come right back, so why not choose love to send out with pure intentions? You are right, as usual.

That saying ‘Be the change we wish to see in the world’ Sue, is so spot on. As are your words.
It is time to stand in our truth and create what we so wish for to begin on, and within, this world.

Thought provoking rhyming poem and yes what we reap we sow…that is only speaking for ourselves and when we don’t have a choice in what our leaders do and say it can be frustrating. Yes listen to the echoes and yes each and everyone of us partakes in behaviors sometimes we trip over listening to old recordings in our mind and you are right to maintain vigilance when we hear ourselves. Yes to listen to that chatter and stop before the echoes come back. Love the pink floyd

I can’t take in any more negativity, Sue… so for now, I’m shutting it all out. I’m not even thinking about it, I was starting to feel so bogged down by it all. I’m sure it will start back seeping in again, and quite soon, but for now I’m enjoying the freedom from it. No nagging news reports, just a nice feeling of calm. I hope I manage to pass this on.

I️ felt this poem as a strong rhyme and it got me to listen to Pink Floyd for a moment and experience the cosmos in a single breath. It’s nice when there are fewer thoughts and being just as busy. It’s amazing how deeply your poem accessed the source of peace. Thank you

Thank you dear Ka.. that means a whole lot to me.. For Peace is what I want to promote by allowing us to see how negative we can be.. Learning to check our thoughts is important.. For we are HUMAN.. and we can not experience one without the other.. for that is how we learn and grow..
But when you learn, and move through our Earth learning ground.. You see that we are also responsible for our thoughts.. and each thought we think is what goes out into the ether to create.. ‘What we think is what we create’.. So many people do not realise there is no such thing as idle thoughts..
Many thanks dear Ka… I so thank you.. xx

Sue, your words provide so much inner nourishment and truth! It reminds me os a prayer written for God, ‘Bring Me Your Peace.’ Being flesh and spirit, we become what we feed ourselves the most. Your selfless loving heart speaks and shines through your words…whose seeds you plant in many hearts! Love you my sister!

    Bring Me Your Peace

Let me not judge another of Your servants
So I will not feel the wrath of your anger
Teach me Lord, to keep still my tongue
So I might not speak rashly becoming a fool

Let me learn Your way of life steadfastly
Emulating all of Your truly great qualities
Help me to forgive all each day as you do
Let your humbleness stay each day with me

Let me mimic Lord your perfect humbleness
So all who see me may know whom I believe
Let me seek to serve others very ardently
Not seeking myself to be served in any way

Let me not judge another with a selfish mind
And when another causes me in anger to burn
Place in my heart Your peace and tranquility
So I may share the blessings I have learned

Bless me Lord, that through my daily actions
You will be lifted and glorified in every way
So that when many see they soon will hunger
For the grace blessings of the One God who saves.

Thank you, Sue. I’ll keep checking in as often as possible, but not to blog any longer. I don’t get on Facebook very often, but it is the way I keep up with family from around the country so I do keep that one open. I’m learning to conserve my energy for the important things now, and much happier about it all. I have actually gone back to making jewelry, although it takes days now to get the clasps to work, but it is something I enjoy, along with knitting, crochet and needlepoint. I’m loving the things I can still do, and at the moment I’ve started making my own greeting cards, with matching envelopes. Some friends are looking forward to Christmas when I’ll gift them to the ones who still write actual notes and cards. Take care of yourself, my friend. I’ll check in occasionally to see how everyone is doing. xoxoxo

Sweet Sue. Another fantastic poem. I have it framed in terms of “Day of the Dead” in my head: thinking in terms of the short lifespans we have and how it’s so important to try to be present, enjoying the moment. Yet it’s so easy to forget. After all this time, I’m getting better at remembering to take deep breaths all through the day, but I often forget. Though when I need to access my inner-self because of stress, I can often remember to look within and remember to slow down. I relate that here because of how our thoughts work: there is so much chatter and they can cause us so much angst, no? But your poem is a gentle reminder to take a pause, to watch our thoughts, to remain more positive. Sending you big hugs, sweet friend. And may you have a wonderful weekend!

I often need to remind myself to take deeper breathes and stop holding it.. Learning to calm our inner chatter is one I still struggle with, and I have to constantly remind myself to let things go, that they are not my inner world.. And that I can better help the outer world, by altering my inner world..
So I need often to take those moments of pause, not only in my mind.. But in my every day life.. I need space, to create, and be at one with myself..
I feel another such pause coming on.. lol.
Wishing you a perfect weekend dearest Friend.. Love and Hugs xxx ❤

I have felt the eloquence of silence, it can speak so well and it can torture too! It is the inner chatter that guides us out of all the turmoil. I agree… ‘the power of thoughts is what we create’ as they do come back to us in one form or another. Lovely and profound thoughts Sue. Thanks for sharing. Stay blessed and keep inspiring.

Words of truth DW…This moment in time we are in is when we should stay alert of our actions on all levels as well as words. We first have to learn how to be aware. Many do not have a clue how to do that. It requires work and many flinch at that word, but the work lessens over time as it becomes automtic to stay alert and watch. It is so worth the effort in the end. Personally I am loving just being quiet right now and observing slow justice unfolding before us.Better late than never. Sending you and all peace and hugs..

We are surrounded by so much noise, from both outside and in, that it can be difficult to figure out what’s truly worth listening too. There is such truth and beauty in your prose- We should be so much more aware of our words, and more careful about which we chose to accept. The most important sentiments can often be said with silence. 🙂

That was an awesome poem and so, so true. You know, a lot of people think that karma is for the other, but what we have to realise it is for us. We reap what we sow. We get back what we send out. It is a conscious effort at times, I know. I have had to pause at times and wonder where some of the negative things are coming from. And then I try to change my thoughts.

What a thought-provoking post, Sue, and a powerful poem. I try to add positivity into the universe, but it’s difficult in this scary and crazy world nowadays. The woman who I work with in her home listens to the news 24/7. While it’s good to be informed, there are times I just have to step back and tune out. It gets very depressing, and honestly, a lot of it is just junk and irrelevant to my little precious life. Anyway, thank you for your wise words on Echos, and wishing you a Sunday filled only with peace and love, my friend. 💓💓

Yes Sue…I have indeed been “listening to the echoes of my heart….” They have been quite uncomfortable ones but as the light filters through it dawns that it does not have to be so. It is not necessary to experience uncomfortable echoes if we seek to recognise and change the negativity for positivity and conciously bring about positive changes. Tolerance and kindness make for far better echoes in our hearts! Unfurling peace and not war in our own hearts and homes is surely the first step to unfurling peace and not war in our world. Unless you’re “Trump!!” In which case you will have an insatiable desire to unleash global nuclear war on the world!!! Wolfie hugs xx 🙂

Big smiles Wolfie.. There will unfortunately always be those in the world whose own agenda’s out weigh that of any Global Peace treaties..
But they are placed often in our sight to enable us to view better our own actions!.
Stepping out of our comfort zone and seeing the core of our intent, sometimes opens our eyes, and when our eyes suddenly open, we see how simple a change in self, generates change in others..
And so the ripple effect runs out.. But to the same degree, when we join in the banter, the accusation and judgements, so too do we generate anger and intolerance..
Looking within and listening back to the echoes we ourselves generate takes courage to admit.. We are not perfect.. No one is.. That is why we are here on our Earth journey to come through our trails and lessons from which we learn and grow from..
Happy exploration of your Inner realms dear Wolfie and so lovely to see your howls today.. I am only stepping in here for a short time today, So will be back to catch up with more of your comments on Joy Later.. 🙂 Love and Hugs xx

❤ true.. keep remembering the Law of Attraction my friend.. and those who dish out love get it returned ten fold, and like wise those how deal in negativity will find it comes to meet them head on some day, Which it seems to be rebounding back now as more exposures are uncovered around the world. Love and big Howls.. xxx Sue

I love this post Sue. Such a beautiful poignant poem. the photo at the beginning is spectacular and the video at the end I enjoyed as well. Every thought, word and deed echoes all over the world. We are responsible for what we put out there, and as Ghandi said, we must be the change we want to see. Thank you Sue and congratulations on your 1000th post! Wow!!
    Peace and love,
    Mary

You are right, Sue. The way we live, act and behave has a big influence on our own inner peace and happiness and the people around us. Small acts of kindness can have a ripple effect with the recipient.

Thanks for that fantastic post Sue, I can’t help thinking that negative thoughts that we seem to be sending out these days, is gaining momentum purely for one reason, people are desperate and crying out for guidance and stability, with turmoil around us people tend to lash out with frustration, talk to your guides Sue and give us some hope. Cheers, a frustrated Soul.

Sue, I don’t know how I missed this post, but thank goodness I found it. Its beauty reaches to the core of the human soul, resonates, and glows until it merges with the aura. Hugs on the wing, my friend.

Thank you for guiding us Sue, in the way we need to go in order to create our best lives – not forceful but gently prodding and nudging. Sometimes that gentle voice impacts more than a megaphone.
I like that varying train timetable analogy – and yes some of us get on the right train whilst for others, it takes a little while to work out the timetable.
    Blessings, Sue 🙂 xx

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love... May we each spread our Lights around our World....Sue Dreamwalker
