Thank you friends, for your wonderful responses to my last post about What Energies we are Transmitting. It sparked off many conversations and revealed how many of us are feeling these vibrations right now. Which led to Leigh over at https://bluegrassnotes.wordpress.com to reblog my post.. Thank you Leigh..
While browsing posts Leigh had recently posted, I came across a video upon her post entitled Hold the Loving Space The video, as the lady clearly says may sound Woo Woo, but she echos my own thoughts and I know those of us who think along these same Woo woo waves, will readily agree, that what she says is possible. That we turn around the negativity, and things are not as bad as they may seem.
Many who are ‘Light-workers’ are joining in unity and opening up themselves again to release negativity as we open up our hearts to loving and nurturing ourselves, as we are working in communications of sharing thoughts via their various arts.
We do that by going within, by opening up our hearts, by clearing out the yuck of our lives which we carry with us. Many are clearing out past trauma’s right now and are opening up old wounds to release them, letting them go and healing themselves in the process by forgiving others and learning to love and forgive themselves.
We help the world by healing and nurturing ourselves, by Caring and Kindness and treating others as we would wish to be treated.
I do hope you watch the video in full, for in simple terms our Vibrations and Transmissions in what we give out will affect CHANGE..
Its up to us which vibration we embrace, is it LOVE or is it FEAR?
Is it any wonder that we are within the year of the Rooster.

Love the woo woo lady in the video. So true to change ourselves around we try to get to the top and really have not changed the pyramid have we. Love her analogy of the pool around the pyramid collapsing and it is not a revolution of sorts but a turn around of consicousness. I think we are living in an era where we are feeling the birthing pains of a new consciousness in the world. Everything will look awful until that birthing takes place. So true to heal ourselves before healing others. I don’t think we want negative healing coming towards us. What purpose will that serve. You want a clean healing. It is like that old saying Physician heal thyself. Great post

Amazing! The dissolving sugar pyramid metaphor is beautiful! Illuminating!
(As an aside: Some socialist and communist countries made the mistake of creating “state capitalism”–with decisions still made by a very few at the top. It’s important that pyramids are not built, me thinks.)

Thank you JoAnn, Yes which is why I so wanted to share what Leigh had found and put up on her post, its too good not to share. And echoed what I and others have been saying and trying to convey for so long.. 🙂 And yes I agree about those pyramids not being built in the first place.. But society is geared up to that system… Succeed and climb to the top!.. Fail and you sink to the bottom… How many times at School when learning was this drilled into us..
This analogy is showing us that the Mass of us whose vibration is caring, loving, and emphatic in nature, are now waking up to the controllers at the top .. Its been a long process as I first woke up to the true nature of control in the 90’s.. We have seen it slowly happening in ‘Waves’ The 60’s and Early 70’s with Hippies and Flower Power.. etc.. Each decade has shown its softer side, Yet its been counter acted with violence.. Vietnam, Britain and the Falklands Conflict in 82 The Gulf War in the early 90’s which escalated again late 90’s which is still on going.
This is now our chance to change energies, by our way of being. Which when you think about it, many are now wanting to embrace Peace, eco living, self sufficiency etc… We are living in interesting times JoAnn.. And this is why we are here, And like you, who keep spreading information to wake people up.. I thank you. xxx

Yes, we are indeed on the same level.. and I feel Erika many more are too, all silently working away, maybe not in poems, song, or inspired pieces of writing.. But they tune into the media news and are seeing what we are seeing and are saying its wrong.. And it has to change.. People are genuinely saying to me, tune out, and reconnect with our families, the things we love.. Even by doing just that, we are altering our vibration which ripples out into the ether of the world.. Which in turn is spreading out the ripples of love, care and compassion.. breaking down the barriers of hate, greed and violence.. When we step back. We have been working upon our Inner selves for a while.. We understand the process.. Others do not need to meditate etc.. but they are escaping, into their gardens, connecting back within nature.. These small things all add to the energies being sent out.. So I am very hopeful we are all here playing our parts and all is well in our world.. ❤

I believe so too! We are in a huge process to get back to the essence. The political situations actually support that process because we stick together for the opposite direction. Everything leads us clearly stronger than ever! It is like a global wave that takes us and we cannot even help it but follow – everyone in their own ways!

Yes I knew liquid was to be added and loved the way it soaked up from the bottom to topple the top. 🙂 Maybe its not yet your hubbies time we all wake up at different times to different triggers.. And so do not give up on reaching him.. For a long time my husband was a skeptic even to my clairvoyance to begin with. It wasnt until others gave him proof, he accepted and then fully engaged himself within my own Spiritual work . He now fully sees the world and how its manipulative powers have operated throughout the centuries.. And how wars etc are contrived to the end aim.. Greed and control for the few.

Yes, this is very inspiring VK.. and goodness knows each of us have been saying this for so long now.. Our conversations go back to 2012 when we thought this process would happen so much quicker and differently.. Yet this confirms in a way, that each cube, each person who is altering their mindset and re-connecting back within their hearts, to send love, to be caring, and who are not playing ball with the systems so to speak, but who are connecting back to nature, learning to live more eco friendly.. And who are seeing the wrong in the way things are right now.. All of that energy pool is what is now creating the exposures we are seeing within the world.. As systems break down.. as lies are unearthed.. Its all these small things which add to the whole which will eventually errode the systems now in place.. We are seeing it even with Brexit etc.. As people have had enough of Large Governing bodies dictating to them while those at the top get fatter and more powerful.

I know, 2012 seems so long ago and so much craziness has gone down, but indeed we have been walking this path in hope. I know things are in the process of changing big time. Not to total freedom as we all hoped would happen as we are not ready for that, too many still sleeping, but as things loosen up and people begin to breathe more deeply again, there will be no going back. The systems have taken a direct hit and while they may survive, they are weakened greatly and people are not going to go back to the way things were. As we go along and experience new change and life lightens up, we become new beings. Nothing will dampen our enthusiasm for freedom and so this whole process will continue to unfold and one day maybe we will actually fly free! Thanks DW….much love VK ❤

I have just now read your earlier post and realised how much we all are affected by energies around us! Sue, you are so intuitive, loving and kind but you ought to be kind to your own self. Too much sensitivity about the people around us, too much brooding about the issues plaguing the world breeds negative energy within us and you know it well how detrimental it could be!
I am glad that you have emerged from that negative impact through your therapist and meditation. Please let the healing complete itself and stay away from worries. Yes, you would think through out the years I would learn this lesson Balroop. but often they creep up unawares and grab me.. But this last bout of low energy I knew I had to right an imbalance within myself.. So began again in earnest to rectify and build up my Chi again.. Having my acupuncture therapist confirm to me my blockage in energy flow helped.. So I am much brighter, more energized and more focused once again.. Painting and withdrawing into self and into nature has often been my own fail-safe mechanism. Seeing what came intuitively, is I feel what many of us have been doing recently, especially as I travel around so many blogs here on WP and see so many others feeling the same thing recently..

Lovely video Sue and I think, that she has found a great way to view, what is needed and what will happen by time.
As you know, I do agree so much with you and I have also been in this development for a while. Now it starts to look more bright and it has been tough to come so far. I do also think, that we are many in this phase of life now.
When we do heal others, we do also heal ourselves, so this is still possible to do, even if we are not totally healed ourselves yet. We just need to stay clear and know, what we are doing, not to send out bad vibrations.

Sue! How I could hug you right now!! This post is right on and that video is exactly and I mean exactly what I’ve been told and know to be Truth. I’m nearing the end of my tunnel, thank goodness and will be returning soon to the world of blog. I likened the process known as Transformation to what I was told to that of a plant. All Life, New Life, begins with a seed below the ground and from that seed, roots sprout, with growth going UPWARD. When this plant comes to the surface it does not stop there, oh no. It has just begun and keeps growing towards Source. THIS is how Transformation shall happen … it won’t start at the top and work down at all as many had thought. No. It has begun already below the ground, below the lowest of low, nestled safely and it has begun to sprout and grow. When the plant is fully grown, Its glory will be seen as the Source embraces It. HUGE SMILE! Just wow!!! Talk about a huge confirmation. Wow!! Much Love to you, dear friend. I intend that the birthing pains are nearing an end and we all can take a breather. I read VK’s comment and yours above about 2012 and yes I too thought it was going to play out a whole lot differently. I was so disappointed that I just walked away from the idea of Change. That is when I really learned to listen to my own Inner Guidance and not to outward. Again I so thank you for this post and that video will stay with me for a long time. Sometimes Sue, I feel like I’m not moving anywhere. Sometimes, I feel like everyone is experiencing something and I’m not. Sometimes, I just feel like I keep revisiting the same “shit”..hehe. Its most probably because we have not yet learned to let it go, and move through it, so it keeps cropping up until we do.. I am pleased you are embracing your art again Shree.. Ah…Sue… You are such a soul-sister to me, in my mind – this post, and me being here, today, of all days, finally, to view this, just wows me once more with the synchronicity of the Universe – The above gives me a more succinct way to share with others how I feel/respond to things around me – I don’t see myself enlightened, or anything, but when even people who love me comment that I’m naive, too ready to either laugh, say ‘let’s wait and see’ or say, “well, the worst that can happen is (such and such) the best that will happen is (such and such) – I’m doing this – let’s see how it plays out…” – Well, I just YEARN for a quick way to explain why I approach things as I do –
In other news…. the man-child is taking his first sociology course at college this semester, during a call recently, he was telling me about his professor and a talk with him, and in response to the professor, said, “Um…yeah…my mom thinks about things like this” – he then said, “Mom, when you go to college, be a sociologist’ – So, just wanted to say, Thank You! again, for how you always just brighten my life with wonderful tidbits that aide me in my journey, and re-assure me my internal thinkings are just a little tainted by my own blind spots – – 🙂

For we both know how Thoughts work, and you do yourself an injustice by saying you are not enlightened.. My friend you are more enlightened than many I meet in your approach to life through all you have been through in it..
Not many could laugh, smile and make fun at themselves as you do my friend..
Your philosophy is one to be admired..

I think one of the ways we open our hearts is to remember that we don’t always know what is going on in another person’s life. Sometimes when they are negative, angry, etc. it’s not that they really want to be, it’s the circumstances surrounding them. If we are compassionate, understanding, etc..not only do we open our hearts, but theirs as well.

Yes I agree with you Elizabeth.. we should put ourselves in other peoples shoes at times, as we do not always see what they are going through.. Compassion and understanding, goes a long way in healing each other..

Very true. I simply wish that happened more often in real life.
My positive vibrations are transferred through art.
I would normally pay attention to what people do, not that much to what say. Maybe rather how they say things.

Your loving heart, soul, and energy never cease to reach out and touch the world, dear Sue!! I am in the car and my speakers are not loud enough for me to hear the video…but I will come back to it! But I don’t need the video to feel the lift in the energy that comes with your words! I agree, and I am working so hard to release the old patterns of pain…and I know that every teeny inch of healing of an individual helps us all as a whole!!!
I hope you are well…my consistency here for the next month will be spotty at best…as we work to renovate the condo right next door to me…so that my mother can move in!!! 🙂 🙂 It feels so right to be able to be the one who will care for her and to share…and most of all honor…her golden years. I just know that I am ready for this and I also know that it will be a time of great learning.

Ah! Yes…balance, Sue! It is a current theme running through my life. Thank you for your care…and wisdom. I had a MAJOR life healing today…I am exhausted from the process, but it is incredibly beautiful and I feel so different!! I am so grateful for all I learn…and for beautiful souls like you ♡♡♡

I watched her for about 3 seconds before I recognized her as I already have several of Martha Becks Books. She is a little woo woo but so am I. So there you go. She is a well educated woman with a great point of view. Loved this and I am working hard quietly to raise the vibration. Out of the ashes we shall rise and be better. Just took me awhile to get here.
