Smile Dear Friends~ #My First Post Revisited.

Firstly I wish to thank each and everyone of you for your beautiful well wishes, and support..  The Energy you have all sent is like a wave of pure joy as I read each of your comments.. Each one uplifts and adds a ‘Smile’ to my face..

Seeing how these energies are working at the moment and seeing by your comments how very similar we are feeling as we go through these necessary changes that are transpiring at this moment in time, shows me even more just how connected we all are..

And also how beautiful our close-knit community is here on WordPress as we reach out to support each other.  So Thank You All.

I know I have not been able to get around to answer each of you and return the favour of revisiting your own blogs this past few weeks.. Some of you may have had to wait also a while for your comments to be approved and moderated.. I hope you bare with me in this, as  I work my way back to you all.

It is with huge delight that each time I log on I have an abundance of comments to answer, and by the time this is done.. My energy seems depleted.  So I am following the ‘Signs’ my body is giving me and when that happens I take Power Naps to recharge my batteries. So I am not fighting this, I am allowing my body to go with the flow..  As I release, and work internally as well as externally to create Wellness.

A dear Blogging friend Erika Kind, recently tagged me to do a post containing our very first Blog post.. It was way back in 2007.. When my blog then was part of Windows Live Spaces.. I still have several WP blogging friends who like me when Windows Live Spaces closed down, We were allowed to transfer our blogs and chose WordPress.  I have not chosen anyone else to participate, but I am sure if you would like to, the rules you can find over at Erika’s blog..

So I wish you all a Very Happy Weekend..

Keep Smiling..

and I will be seeing you sooner rather than later if at all possible..

LOVE

~ Sue ~

Keep Smiling and Bring on an Epidemic

Keep Smiling and Bring on an Epidemic

Smiling Is Infectious
Smiling is infectious, you can catch it like the flu,
When someone smiled at me today, I started smiling too.
I passed around the corner and someone saw my grin.
When he smiled I realized I’d passed it onto him.
I thought about that smile, then realized its worth,
A single smile, just like mine could travel round the Earth.
So, if you feel a smile begin, don’t leave it undetected.
Lets start an epidemic and get the world infected.

Dearest Sue, please take your time in fact all the time you need and in that process remember that laughter is a great healer so watch some daft comedy and have a good belly laugh! In your quiet moments also remember to breath deeply seeing your belly expand, hold and then let go … let go of all your tiredness and breath in the Well-being which is yours for the taking in the 24/7 Grace of the Lord. Love and blessings, David

    Hi Sue,
Thank you for sharing this ‘time’!
A couple of days ago I was not so happy. I was processing grief and the usual transitions along my shamanic path were pulling up even deeper roots to pasts beyond here and now. A person then said, “smile.” Boy…. I did not want to smile! Usually I do smile. That was the irony. Then I thought, I’m probably still smiling, even though I feel this way. So I said so. Interestingly, this person just wanted to open up to why they were not smiling. It was actually an attempt to connect and share. 🙂 So we did, by doing healing work – no words. Ain’t life beautiful?! Natural smiling returned on its own time. I needed to not smile, so I could appreciate smiling. Hahahahaha. Well,
Bless you my dear friend and sister,
    aloha, Ka

The whole point is to bring smiles and you certainly did with yours. I’m glad you are on the upside again and your visits are always a treat when you make it over. Keep smiling. 🙂 xoxo ❤

I am happy that you give more importance to your health dear Sue…health is the real wealth, we come to realise it only when we get knocked down hard! In school when we were asked to write an essay on this topic, I always considered it so fake, thinking… how could health be wealth!!…could it buy things we wanted!! Not knowing what would I do with all those possessions!
Smiles too are like that! Ask a sick person to smile and we know the difference of real smiles…Keep smiling dear friend and take care. Love and hugs. 🙂 🙂

Its seems dear Mich that WP is playing tricks with many of us.. As I too have had problems.. Peoples posts not appearing, My own posts not appearing, and my comments disappear, I end up in Spam, and comments others leave as replies never reach my Notification box. And blogs I follow, somehow WP has un-followed them..
I had not seen any recent posts from yourself either Mich,, So it remains to be seen when I visit you if I am still following.. I hope so..

You are teaching me to be gentle with myself. In the way that you take time to recharge your batteries – YES! I need to do this, too. I am often so enthusiastic and so eager to do, do, do – even with trying to be mindful – that I often neglect how I might be feeling and still try to push through.
I suppose it’s because I love this. I love connecting with beautiful souls. I love drawing and writing and self-improvement and making the world a better place….even as I write, I can feel the energy of my own heart pick up in anticipation of wanting to be the change I want to see in the world.
But, I’m going to incorporate something into my intention project: technology-free days. It won’t be that easy because my job requires it so much AND I usually then do so much blogging on the weekends. But if I get a calendar and plan them out, I think I might be able to swing that. 🙂 Thank you for being a wonderful example of listening to your heart and mind and honoring that. Your actions are gently nudging me to do the same.
Sending you hugs, white light, and love! xo

Yes its hard at times dear Cyndi to withdraw and reign ourselves in. As like you, I en-devour to please others and so I often spend more time on other peoples blogs reading their posts rather than writing my own Lol. Learning that we are helping the world by going within our own Peacefulness and writing our thoughts out, sharing them is all contributing to helping the World Unite..
I still have to read your butterfly effect post, and not doubt there will now be another.. But I am pacing moderating my comments, And I know I will eventually catch up and I know my welcome will be just as great when I do.. Such is the value of our friendships here on WP, we understand our needs and accept and honor our time of listening to our hearts..
      Love and Blessings

Some people are more naturally inclined to smile more, some less. I believe as long as the smile is genuine, it’s fine. It brightens up one’s day and every minute.
I would love to see more happy people, but dealing with all the medical reports and patient data tells another story. That is: we have arrived to a globe where every single day can mean fighting for staying alive and intact.
I think we need more truth in simple things, but people are mislead in all possible ways from all screens, so the best idea is to walk away from any screen. Painting does it. Drawing and sketching do that, as well. They also take us outdoors where we go to smell roses and watch blooms unfolding and birds dealing with their daily chores.
Comments were closed on March 8th, but that is my most favorite spring day. It has been for as long as I remember. We still celebrate March 8th as women’s day in Latvia. It is very politicized in Canada, very different in Latvia where it is simply giving spring flowers as a sign of appreciation and love to every woman. I adore that! I miss that here a lot. Happy March 8th!
