For those of you who may have missed my last post, today is also World Sound Healing Day. Every year, thousands of people around the world unite their voices in love, sounding for peace on Earth. This is the intention we are putting out through our AHing session, as set out by the organisers:
If you would like to join in the sounding group I am leading in honor of World Sound Healing Day but cannot be with us in person in LA, this track is my Valentine’s gift to you!
It first guides you into the space from which to sound. Then there is approx 20 minutes of sounding, then three minutes of silence and finally three chimes to bring you back to your current time and space.
Use it to tune into our vibration…

Sue, sorry I’ve been silent for so long. I had a bad kitchen accident, slicing my finger sorta just a little bit open as a little piece off a couple of weeks ago, so I’m still recovering from that. I haven’t done anything about trying to fix the problem we are having, and at the moment I’m having computer problems on top of everything else! Ever have one of those years that just seem to start off wrong? This is mine! I haven’t forgotten you, just trying to heal, learn to walk again, fix that blinkin’ computer, get back I line and revamp my blog site, learn to play the viol–no, tried that one and got banned from the house, so I’ll just settle for getting through the car without further injury! Have a great weekend!

Thank you, Sue! This is actually the first time I’ve looked for answers in a couple of weeks, and still having pain from cut, not to mention the blinking computer problems! If I could get the window open, I think I would toss it out, but no computer might be worse than one that is driving me to drink! At least I can do some things with the Kindle, even when it’s a limited viewing area! I think the fact that this came thru means you have your get out of jail free card! 😇 That’s the best news this year!
