This was not going to be my intended post for this weekend.. But seeing the various posts and the media attentions to the results of the USA’s Election results I thought to repost this poem I had posted earlier this year. Sending you all Love and Peace..
My heart is sick of this sickness right now
Never to Fear will I bend or bow
How do we conquer the illness of the world?
That now infects us in each tragedy that unfurls
~~
I hold no weapon of hate in my aim
No longer do I point to hold blame
Yes, there is much wrong to put right
But judging and anger will not stop this fight
~~
I look to myself, as I question Mankind
As inward I travel exploring my mind
This circular journey we perpetuate
I need to find Balance and contemplate
~~
For it’s Our thoughts which create this reality
Are we Blind we cannot yet see?
WE, yes we, are the ones creating this future
Wake Up to your Power, let go of dementia
~~
Remember each film, each screen filled with rage
We condone such violence in subliminal haze
Change Channels, ‘Tune’ into your Hearts
Unify in love- Create Peace- Let’s Start
~~
Look at ourselves-Our Prejudices and Hate
Stop Condemning- Lets Communicate
Open up your Hearts, send Love via your thought
Your Light will extinguish the darkest of the dark
~~
Now is the time to heal and to mend
So hold out your hand to your neighbour and friends
The tears of our sorrow, let’s use them to cleanse
Build Bridges- Not Barriers- We can do this my friends
~~
Spread Love and Kindness, let go of Greed
Feed your soul the ‘Frequency’ it needs to succeed
Find Peace within, and the goal is begun
Unify through LOVE- come together as ONE
~~
Detach from Fear, replace it with PEACE
Only through LOVE will the Darkness decrease.

We do possess kind hearts and a healing touch, don’t we respond to neighbors and friends? Only few misguided minds can’t disturb our peace that emanates from our hearts…it lies deep within. Well said dear Sue. I am convinced that it was fear that caused the Brexit and now it is time to look in the mirror and see who we really are in our aloneness and ‘replace that fear with Love’. We are seeing world wide the break ups as systems change David, I feel Brexit was part of that change.. I am not worried of the consequences but hold onto the belief that all things happen for a reason. As our Pendulum keeps swinging back and forth to find its balance.. Fantastic poem Sue. I feel this same overwhelming sadness each day. I pray often that God will help end this nonsense of hate that is consuming our world right now. It is hard to understand why some people have so much hate and violence within themselves. 😦

These days I am starting to dread looking through my news feed, it’s seems everyday more and more hate…….sometimes I wonder if We can ever find our way back…..this whole Brexit thing…..inspired more hate…..everyday on every street ……it always starts in the world I live in…..and raises through the waters to the top……but by the time it surfaces…..it’s too late……when do we stop seeing the ideological ideas and start to see the reality…..we are all just human….we are all people….and embrace the reality of who we are….the humanity with in us?

The reality Duma is that it is we who are creating our reality.. And learning to detach from its energy is hard.. But our frustrations, anger, and dislike of systems is also generating its own negative energy..
Learning that we need to come back to our centres and feel the peace and calm surrounding ourselves in our own pursuits and pass times is helping generate energy of calm and peace..
As horrendous as this world appears to be, is it any more horrendous than in the first or second world wars? The reason it appears so much worse is that it is coming straight into our homes, affecting our vibrations on the hour every hour, repeatedly tooled to bring about fear..
When you begin to SEE the world in different light as you will as you wake up further Duma, you will see how best to use your energy for the Light and good of mankind.. You are beginning to do that now. As your own vibration is under changes..
So the world is under change.. No one likes change.. It takes away our comfort blankets.. And makes us feel insecure.. But Change is also making us question, and the chaos is also bringing about compassion, as hearts open, sending the much needed LOVE, Light, energy even through tears compassion has been lacking globally for a long while..
The more Light we can send out into the world the more we extinguish the darkness.

Grr Sue. I have another author friend who can get to me with only some of his devices. His laptop with McAfee is giving him the problem too. I spoke with my web host about this, and they can’t find anything wrong with my site, but suspect when McAfee did an update they made their firewall stricter for sites without an SSL certificate. Now my author/techy friend says that sounds like nonsense because the usual sites to use SSL are ones that sell things on their websites and have a shopping cart and a credit card use. This sounds like ‘upsell’ to me, but can you tell me if you’re getting into other blogs (that don’t sell things on their blogs) that would indicate to me that SSL is not the problem. Sheesh, don’t we hate this tech stuff! ❤

Yes Debby I had no probs before it updated.. The only way round is to turn off for fifteen minutes while I connect with your blog.. no other blog as yet I have been too is affected.. I tried 3 different browers and even altered the settings on the fire wall but still no joy.. 😦

I feel your words. I too feel something needs to shift. It is time for Lightworkers to shine their light. An insightful poem, taking a look around the world and the chaos that seems to be spreading ~ it concerns everyone, and around the world I believe everyone holds the same fear. And then you touch on the solution about halfway through your prose: “I look to myself, as I question Mankind, As inward I travel exploring my mind, This circular journey we perpetuate, I need to find Balance and contemplate”
While things are never so simple, they sure are not as complex and confusing as I think we make them…finding balance and contemplating only takes the patience to slow down, sit and ponder life. Your words hold the frustration of the world and others, but also the way for healing. Beautiful piece.

I believe it will.. The world is now waking up to itself Tina.. And we are reaping what we sow. Karma is happening in my own opinion more quickly and I see reactions to actions happening all the sooner.. We are being show our own reflections.. And what is being reflected back is not pretty is it.. But like the quote from Confucius says It starts in our hearts.. And what we project inward is what we are projecting outwards.. Until we find Love and Unity within ourselves we will keep finding conflict..Its time to heal ourselves and our world.. xx

It is what is happening Tina.. I feel many will not like what is going to be reflected back at them.. But our world is changing as is our vibration.. We are not only on a planetary tipping point within our environment.. But as a species we are waking up.. Yes many still sleep.. but this world is based on duality.. We can not experience good without the bad.. Light without the dark etc… You would think by now we would have learnt wouldn’t you.. But like Birth.. Very impressive and inlightning words indeed. However, the demon of totalitarian thinking, harmlessly named as populism, is (pre-)active in many countries (Syria, Iraq, Turkey, Hungary, Great Britain with Brexit and many other ugly developments worldwide). Against a demon (such as KluKlux-clan or IS) you need also always some kind of protection because love alone is not enough, while some of such erratic people will just kill whomever in order to reach their disgusting aims. The world can be an Ugly place.. What is lacking is tolerance, and Love. When we can look in our mirrors and see the world is but a reflection of our own prejudices and intolerance’s and begin to dig deeper into our own hearts and stop our labels and boxes and embrace each other with more kindness and care…
We have to also look at these countries and those ‘erratic’ people to see what indoctrination’s they go through from a young age.. Many subject to violence abuse and tyranny.. Who lack love.. and are taught to hate..
And I have a piece of the Berlin Wall my friend brought me back when it fell.. So these walls of differences have long been there throughout our history..
People now are waking up.. and we are seeing Mass Consciousness playing its part here .. Look now to South Korea and the protest going on there.. People are finding their power.. in their voice..
And I thank you most kindly for leaving me yours..

My wife is working every day as an integration teacher for German language with refugees (mainly from Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria), snf they are mostly very kind and friendly (but she is also really patient a.s.o.). My personal experience in the world is, that friendliness opens gates and doors whereever, even when speaking only with hand and feet. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to visit a lot of countries in North Africa / Middle East like some years ago because it is just too dangerous. Going to Sahara desert can also be a great experience while the horizon is just totally open irrespectively where you look (no walls or fences). Need to go there sometime again, hopefully sooner than later, but who knows for sure.?!

The world is at the moment within that momentum of Change.. All be it we can not see it yet, that borders and fences are decreasing..
And now those who flee from their countries are all part of Nationalities merging to be one..
We who have ‘everything’ FEAR those who have nothing because we Fear loosing what we have..
Yet tell me what do we have if we can not share and give of our kindness to another in want.. If we can not share our hearts..It is we who have nothing!
Greed is the disease which builds walls it keeps us all fenced in to those whose narrow views keep them within their little boxes..
Yes which leads me back to why I said we Need Love and compassion to heal and mend.. When we pass from this life, we take not our possessions we have gathered around us.. We only take our memories and our deeds of what we laid down as foundations within our hearts..

I do not fear immigration from Middle East to Germany, while I have been in touch professionally thru my job for more than 20 years with the orient, so I know that ‘Arabs’ or ‘Muslims’ are completely different by nationality, tribe and belief what is sometimes quite astonishing. Also a lot of Christians (as well other religious minorities like Jesides or Zoroastrians) are living there.
However, the boat here in Germany is now quite full, because even for the original German population there are not enough AFFORDABLE appartments or housings available, but now there are at least 1 million people more in this country. It will take many years to resolve this matter. So sharing has its limits, when other countries like USA, France, Australia, Poland or Hungary more or less refuse to give hostage to people who are forced to migrate from their country for whatever reason. I can only hope that no new fences or walls are going to be built in Europa or elsewhere, but the waves of history will wash them away in any case sooner or later, and that is my hope.
Have a good time, a new year and beginning is not far away anymore!
