The Universe Listens

I wonder how many of us over the years dismiss the ‘Signs’ the Universe throws in front of us.. Over the years I have got a lot better at ‘Seeing’, and yet sometimes we still keep ignoring what we are being shown..

I have also learnt that nothing is by ‘chance’ that there is a reason behind all things.. Many of us I know can be thinking of someone and they then can get in touch. Recently this was taken a stage further as my husband and I had been discussing old friends in our lives.

Around a week later both of us while in town together bumped into old work colleagues.. Two of them were my Husbands old friends and one was mine.. Neither of us had seen them for years and yet there we had been talking about them just a week before. The Universe Listens!..

Waiting for the Breeze to carry the seeds of our thoughts along 

Our thoughts are being sent out constantly as vibrations, so too had my own thoughts been going over and over recalling something that I had had in my grasp long ago but had let it slip through my young fingers.

The Story Continues 

The woman spent her quiet time remembering her childhood memories, as she wrapped the yarn over her clicking needles , in—over—threw—off!

A smile curled around her lips as she fondly brought back the memory of her Grandmother, how she had taught her to knit. She saw coloured hanks of wool hung over the back of chairs as the woman saw her own young hands clumsily wound it into many balls of yarn.. Often dropping one as she wound it, she would chase it under the table as the ripple of laughter echoed in her Grandmother’s house.

She could smell the tobacco of her Grandfather’s pipe mingled with that of the block of green soap that was always in the scullery so often full of grit as her Granddad washed his sandy hands from the garden as he brought in the vegetables for dinner.

She loved her school holidays spent within their home. Here she felt at peace.. A peaceful sigh escaped her lips. 

Emotions are like rivers they follow their course

Another thought jumped into view one of running down hills and jumping brooks, climbing trees for conkers and gathering hazelnuts. Scrambling through the shale sliding down the side of a small dale collecting posies of Lily of the Valley to take home for her Mother.  The scent whenever she smelt its perfume took her back to her childhood days of cowslips and primroses growing wild in the valley she loved so much.

The woman’s thoughts took her back to age 11 and one Christmas… It seemed that at last this was her best Christmas ever.. For it seemed for once what she had asked for had been granted, her mind held the fondness of that memory and the Universe was listening to her thoughts..

The woman continued along her daily routines, but the fondness of that thought she had held while clicking needles popped up again and again.. Everywhere she turned it seemed the Universe was showing her that very same Christmas present..

She lingered long over it’s appearance and even commented to others.. Here it is again!.. And still she did not see…

Our roots and Dreams remain hidden beneath the surface, as we cut them down with our excuses.  

The woman’s Night time Dreams often dwelt within past events,  clear yet confused vivid and colourful, merging those who had pasted long ago with those who were still in the present. 

 Emotions~ Water will keep on rising unless we stem the flow 

And in all of them she was searching for something she had lost. Synchronisties the woman was well aware of, and she would wake often during the small hours of the morning to see the repeated symbols in triplicate as the Universe spoke to her showing her repeatedly 333  on the hours of the clock. 

Sitting within the silence ~ Rockery flowers that have never stopped blooming all winter in my Garden. We should never let go of our Dreams.. 

 

The woman promises in her next post she will reveal what this all means.. And show you the proof that the Universe works with us, and not only listens to us, but delivers that which we need
