The Storm

The Storm

Outside my window the wind does rage

Roaring her might like a lion who is caged

She pushes with strength against the bars of the trees

Tossing her head in the dance  of the leaves

~

Down comes the rain in torrents she bleeds

As she shouts out her anger she screeches and pleads

To all who will listen and all who will learn

When you mess with nature your fingers get burned

~

Finding her voice she gathers her strength

She spins in her vortex, unwinding her length

Crossing the ocean, whipping up spray

Teaching respect, the Earth Mother Way

~

Like children being scolded her breath as the lash

She gives us a beating to keep to the path

She dishes out medicine we find hard to swallow

Destroying possessions and the greed of tomorrow

~

She’ll teach us with Air, she’ll teach us with flood

She’ll shake us awake and spill of our blood

Her balance upset, unstable she’s become

Mankind will learn, her lessons have begun

All around the world we are now seeing unprecedented storms of gathering magnitude. At the moment we have Abigail  sweeping the UK. The brunt of the storm hitting Scotland. But here in the Midlands the winds have been fierce with branches from trees falling and slates from roofs falling.

The above poem I wrote while listening to the wind as she battered our windows..

Wishing you a Peaceful weekend,

and stay safe where ever you may be..

Love and Blessings

~Sue~

It often depends upon the agenda of the powers that be.. Sadly they have ALL known for a very long time what is happening to our climate.. And participate in manipulating weather control and goodness knows what else.. They are in my own opinion a part of the problem..

Well VK there are several Universal storms right now.. One being the weather and the other our political chaos which whips up their own deadly storms..
Maybe it will be our Earth Mother who will step in and sort us all out.. For while we are busy trying to survive what nature throws at us, I hope it will distract others from what appears to be another self destruct button as a species.. As we seem intent upon annihilating each other. 😦

Yes, the slaughtering continues unabated….So very sick indeed. These minds couldn’t be further away from ascension if they tried. Talk about butting our heads against a brick wall, but we must continue to push forward & upward…Lord knows we’ve made it this far, it can’t be much further. I hope! Blessings and love to you. Happy weekend….And prayers for France….<3 VK

Conditions ripe for change have been in the ‘works’ for a generation or two or more. Warming Earth, melting polar ice caps, etc. are just some of the visual evidence around us that indicate this. People are either ready or not for this change. It is better now to do some hard thinking on the matter. Eddie

Agreed Eddie, The writing on the wall has long been clear enough to see, Yet we go blindly on thinking it will be someone else’s problem… When it is everyone’s Problem..
Change begins when we start to change our own habits.. both for our environment, and within our brotherhood and Harmony of each other.. Sadly we have still so much to learn on this front.

So beautiful expressed Sue. Mother Earth are busy now, working many places in our world. We may hope, that many will wake up, before it is too late.
Stay safe Sue and enjoy indoor life at the moment, if you can 😀

Such a powerful poem having the force of a gale, dear Sue!Seemingly, the strong El Niño has affected many parts of our planet, and if we have warm and sunny weather here doesn’t mean any good. It’s unseasonably warm and that upsets me too.Your poem is written with wisdom and as you said,we pay the price of all our wrong-doings and the lack of respect to nature and to our common home.
Besides, all the odd contrails in the skies worldwide, don’t happen by chance,we all suspect that there are certain weather patterns directed to certain parts of the world and there is lots of experimentation behind them. It’s said also that the invisible substance that drops into the soil afterwards,it’s detrimental too for all our plants and trees. But,enough of my rigmarole, let me tell you once again how much I enjoyed your poem despite its alarming nature. You did make me feel the intenstity of the weather conditions you are experiencing right now.Stay safe and warm dear friend!Sending you so much love & sunshine from Greece 🙂 ❤ xxx

Loved your wide awakeness upon this subject Doda..
I took a photo of our sky above our home the other day.. I know the commercial flights paths and they are few and far between what we see on days when our sky is Full of ‘Chemtrails’ a cocktail of ingredients spewed back and forth Detrimental to health and yes some days we see the residue thick upon our veggies.. washing and rewashing before we eat.. Which when you do not add pesticides makes me extremely sad, but what can we do?…

I try my best, working with nature, and living in harmony, but awareness is needed, so this is another outlet for my voice of such concerns, that our weather has been messed with, is being tampered with, and the on going ‘War’ is not just being waged with ammunition, but with technology which maybe has gone past the point of no return…

Thank you for your friendship Doda.. the wind has been replaced by heavy rain.. and All is well with Dreamwalker 🙂 Thank you xxx

I did harvest all of the Sunflower seeds 🙂 and dried them out, they are now in a tub in which we are feeding the birds daily with them.. And I laughed at your comment… 🙂 Much better my Sunflower seeds than the items David mentioned in his comment LOL.. 🙂 hehe..

Well said Sue. Do those in power see it as just another storm without accepting any responsibility? If only we could put our greed in the bank instead of our ill gotten gains then we might see the gentle side of Earth’s weather. One of my favourite places, the Orkneys, is being hit hard at present. Weather there is extreme at the best of times and on a lighter note if you don’t double peg to the line you could see your knickers on an adjacent island! lol 😀

Loved the imagery Sue…very powerful, both the words and the message. I could visualise the storm though it has been very peaceful here with the much needed rain falling slowly…dripping the leaves ready to fall with the slightest movement.

The fury of Mother Nature comes every year, in form or the other… to remind us…RESPECT all.

Sunny skies here – but listening to the movie “Day after tomorrow” in back ground as I ease into the weekend workday and hear the line, “When will the storm end?” “When balance has been restored…” – – and then read your beautiful poem – 🙂 Ain’t Universal Synchronicity grand? 🙂

    “You took a sparrow,
Let if fly like an eagle”

It’s a challenge to deal with all of the human made disasters that have consequences for thousands of years yet to come, even, hopefully, we will learn and become like the gospel song says: by God’s grace, face all challenges that come into our lives.

    Sending you love, Angel. ❤️
