I have recently been re-reading the Book “ The Turning Point” Creating Resilience in a Time of Extremes, By Gregg Braden. .. I was struck by one chapter ‘The Next Level’, in which Gregg comments upon the ‘Glue’ that holds us all together whether that be one person or a whole city.. That the keys to success is for us to share a common Vision and a Common Bond..
We now have come to that point where WE Choose which way we want our World to unfurl.. I know which kind of Glue I want, And I think most of us on this planet share this same vision .. I hope we begin to make the love Glue stick.

I’m baaack!!! Finally got the two week problem solved! Microsoft had tried installing windows 10 into my computer uninvited! Can’t get more illegal than that. I am not alone apparently. I am hoping for a class action lawsuit to get all my money back I spent trying to fix this problem. We shall see. http://www.theinquirer.net/inquirer/news/2425381/microsoft-is-downloading-windows-10-to-your-machine-just-in-case I warn all of your readers to think twice about setting their computers up for automatic updates. This is how they are trying to install it on peoples computers! So NOT right! Anyhow, I am just thrilled to have my computer back and running again. I realize now how addicted I was to it. I was brought up that way, so it’s hard not to think like that. Even if I wasn’t into metaphysics it’s still logical if you think about being around positive and negative people, those vibes spread. Smile and be kind to someone and it can make their day better, be negative or unkind and you have probably brought their spirits down. I rather make someone happier than hurting. Take care!

Yes, paths are so critical sometimes, yet why do we as humans, seem to diverge? How can we reconcile differences in age, culture, religion, and other areas? Patience and mindfulness help; yet it takes time to hone those skills. Proud egos, holding up a flag, waving it at one another. Egos seem to make that path more uphill Sue. One has to drop that “me” in order to be neutral and objective.

I have read a great deal of Gregg Braden’s book but not that one. I’ll have to look for it. Great poem and very insightful. We are all on this sinking ship together and we need each other to keep afloat. Love and compassion are what will bring us round. Beautiful.

You would not be disappointed, its full of facts about the climate, and world events, but its VERY easy reading and its down to earth .. But if you have read some of Greggs previous books you will know they are digestible and not over our heads .. I love the fact too that he is from a science background and now even more scientists are opening up to the New Normal.. and letting go of outdated models of thinking.

Great poem Sue and I am in love with your painting. It is reminiscent of Josephine Wall’s style. I am not interested in collecting new fears to add to my pile. Fear accomplishes very little for today’s people. Fear was important when we lived in a world that required fight or flight ( like cave societies).
I like this glue idea too.

Why thank you dear Doda, I hope that who ever reads my poem, I hope perhaps that a seed may be planted so that they can go away and water it, and nurture the idea that we are ONE and that what we give out in this world is what returns to us.. So the more that can mix the elixir of life with the ingredients of love and compassion, the better chance we have in helping create a world whereby we have more love and kindness within it..
For it seems many have lost their way in that feeling of separation as Gregg so rightly says in this video and within his book To create a world of Peace we have to first learn to live in Harmony.. That begins not with world leaders, but within our own hearts, our own families our own neighbours and within our own communities.. Unless we embrace the seeds of Love, which is what we came to learn. then the future of mankind is bleak..
I hope she/he learns to open his heart and listen to its beat, and spread a little Love Glue where ever he walks.

Thank you, Its heartening to know… But Hungary has closed all its boarders and erected a huge fence, I can only pray for those still wanting access via its boarders from Serbia, it could end up a powder keg on its own.. 😦 But I try to keep optimistic to Unity in the EU to help the many hundreds of thousands in need. x

Yes, if all the world walked the Good Red Road in harmony we would not need such decisions to be made.. Or fear the consequences of making them.

Such profound thoughts, indeed we all go through extremes, life is never easy, we need to fight our way out. Fear becomes the obstacles and we need to overcome fear to succeed in life.Creativity makes life more meaningful in it’s engagement, we cherish these special moments of engagement. Choices are many in life but we fail to choose the right one many times just out of fear and also due to lack of creativity. We don’t apply ourselves. The path we take in life decides and determines what we achieve in life and the path less traveled can takes us far and make life look bigger and makes us feel better, but we need the fortitude to tread the path less traveled by…the freedom to follow our dream.

Many thanks for always adding your own profound thinking to my posts… I too am way behind in my visits no need to apologise, I too took a break from my blog to get my garden sorted, and other jobs which needed attention.
Yes I agree we often fail to follow our hearts within our choices and tend to follow the herd of what seems acceptable to the mainstream. We fear standing out and being different, airing our views to stand up for Truth and what is right.. And this can often leave people to bury their heads to what is really happening in the world.. And why Justice fails to happen.
You are correct, many do not apply themselves or put ourselves out in order that others may be helped… We would much sooner feather our own nests and look the other way..
But I am sorry to say, this major new world problem of people Migration and those seeking refuge or just to have a better place in which they think their children have a better rate to success and survival is not going to go away any time soon.. The closure of boarders now being seen is only going to fuel more separation and divide even further..
I do not know the answers, but those who run our nations have to stop laying blame at each other’s doors and deal with the problems now facing them..
We can no longer THINK in the OLD WORLD ways, we have to ‘Creatively’ start to Re-think new ways of community, and co-operation, skills and educate others into a world whereby we can nolong keep Dividing ourselves with our difference, But come together to share our similarities.
We are All Human Beings, and its time we treated each other as such.. And put ourselves in their plight.. What would we do?
I just hope we do not turn this into yet another Major Crisis than it already is.

Yes Sue, seeing these issue of refugees, it is so painful. We all are living life so peacefully and so much of comfort and there are these millions of other with these little kids and women who are walking miles and miles with food and shelter and no place to reside and no safety and security, there are left to find their own places and ironically most government are turning there back and blind eye to such massive crisis of humanity. We setting the stage for future disaster and how long do we expect these people suffering from hunger and humiliation can survive without resistance and reacting.
Yes, we all need to extend our helping hand and embrace the innocent people and support them and give them shelter, not easy but creatively thought out we all can find more appropriate solutions and mitigate the mounting problem. Left by itself it will only grow and rise and destroy the social and peaceful fabric of our society, it has to solved and it has to be addressed.
I sincerely hope we find the right solution and let there be peace and harmony in the world.
We should fight the fear and get over the human crisis through collective wisdom.

Yes its a problem that is not going to go away.. its how we deal with the problem that will lead us to greater understanding of each other or it will divide us even further apart.. We have the solutions.. we have the resources…The facts are we have within us an ingrained conditioning of holding wealth within the few small pockets, Greed is keeping us apart.. Greed from war, Greed in our economy, Greed in our Land ownerships and boarders..
I agree whole heartedly dear Nihar with your thoughts-
Reaching out in love and compassion is the only answer… Instead we are being Fed Fear, and these people are being rejected once again which is again being ingrained within their conditioned minds their views of the world.. Is it any wonder there is continued conflict..

I agree Sue the bigger question is are we a part of problem or part of the solutions, yes we have enough resources and enough ideas, it is just we don’t put them to right usage and we don’t apply ourselves. There is thin line between the need and the greed, and greed has strongly entrenched our mind and our society and we driven by wealth creation and avoid the spiritual side of our life, the power is what we press us and we are lost in the power struggle.
The best antidote are no doubt are the love and compassion, if followed religiously it can change the human relationship and bondage for the better forever, it is that we just don’t embrace such beautiful thoughts in life, we take it for granted and we ignore it rampantly at our own peril.

It is so heartening to note that there is somebody who sends such reminders to be kind and compassionate, to keep fear at bay, to respect love and ‘rethink’.
Who doesn’t want the rainbow? But we all know a lot of effort goes in to just touch it! We were sent to this earth to live in harmony but we chose conflict…we are at the crux of all the problems.
You are absolutely right Sue, we have our own paths but they intermingle, they criss-cross and confuse us. We get carried away, we forget that we share a common goal and that is peace.
Resilience lies within us, we have to rise above petty motives and embrace love, the only choice. Thanks for sharing a wonderful poem.

You are so right Balroop, yes we are at the crux of the problems we see unfurling.. And for the most part we are part of the problem.. ‘We’ being the collective we of the population who live within the Fear, and keep sending out in judgement, with intolerance and prejudices..
Would that we could see this as an opportunity to bridge that gap here within this very situation.. Instead we hang onto the Fear, and so yet more distrust and division is created along with even more suffering and conflict.
*Sigh*… All we can do is keep sending Love out into the heart of these places.. and know Love is the only answer , and yes its the reason we are all here within our experience..
May we all wake up to that fact very soon.. ❤

Wonderful and we should not forget that hope is the last thing we loose:) There is hope, though it seems very dark from time to time. We can all make a difference by choosing goodness and to act with love and compassion.

Hi Kim, Yes the few create the unrest, and then it is projected out via their mass media coverages, We are the catalysts whose emotional reactions then create the energy responses.. If we joined forces with our prayers and sent Love out into all of these situations we would see a massive change… But its the Fear we are buying into, which we then add and send back within the matrix which then creates that which we fear!..
We only need to look at Films, the TV, the Video games, cartoons, it’s all geared up for destruction and violence. What we Think we create..

There is No Question in my mind that such transformative times are pressing upon us. Every day I observe the changes, both in myself as well as in the sea of humanity that surrounds me. It’s important for me at such times to retreat often, to ground myself in what I know to be true, and not to be tugged into another’s illusion. Training for the journey beyond this body and the bardos has engaged itself in earnest. And I’m grateful every day that I discovered this blessing in what I trust is plenty of time. Yes I am the same Bela, that is why the grounding of my garden is essential, We are now within the cusp of changes that will gain momentum more rapidly than we could deem possible.. Keeping our own Balance and not allowing ourselves to be swept up within emotions is very important right now.. The world of Illusion is being primed right now.. Keeping our Balance is the Key,, and we should react only from a point of Love, and not be in judgement.. Hi Sue! Another great post. I was reminded of Sandra Ingermans Transmutation News. I don’t like advertising for others as a general rule but she has a monthly worldwide meditation that anybody can join. Its goals are to help heal the earth as she has stated that our problems cannot be solved through logic but through spirit. Its obviously more complex than that. This particular book is very enlightening Maria, I can recommend it.. Its backed up throughout with Scientific facts.. which when you really think about it is crazy as often these facts are not taken into account with Climate Change.. We are told Global warming is all due to us.. Carbon-footprint etc.. Yes which contributes, but we have gone through these cycles before, coupled now with all the economical upheavals, wars, migration, and the planet rumbling as the Heavens star charts change!… It makes for Very good reading.. 🙂
