The world reflects back what we project out. My own sadness was projected out.. My own Horror was projected out in my last post, but I also hope my love and my compassion and my wish for Peace is also projected out. For I truly believe it is We who have to change.
Much is happening within our world and we need to bring our world back into balance through living once again through our HEARTS…Not judging or condemning. But by bringing the Care and Kindness back into our thoughts.
All through our lives we seek Love and need to feel love, Now is the time we need to share Love, we need to share our HEARTS…with each other.
Within each of us is a spark of LIGHT which connects us to the Oneness, We are creating what we are on the inside which is mirrored on the outside. This video speaks of those very tools I spoke of, The Power of our Minds, and how that affects the Whole of Humanity and our World.
When we learn to connect to that Light within, as we experience through our senses, you will see that everything we experience in our Outer-world takes on a new meaning. Ask yourself what energy are you creating? Are we projecting out hatred, judgement, prejudices, anger? Or are you projecting Love, Kindness, Care, forgiveness,Tolerance and Compassion? What is in your world right now?
When you discover for yourselves this truth, exiting things begin to happen, Things thought to be coincidences take on a new meaning, and when you open your mind even further you then see you are indeed Co-creators, and you are the ones who has the power to change the world with your thoughts.. And Peace and Harmony will become the Norm, as we learn to shed the Fear of chaos and negativity.
Gregg Braden ends his talk by saying,”Those changes extend into the world around us, into communities and families in ways that can be measured and that’s a fact, and with these two facts we can move on in this 21st Century of the world and not let the frightening conditions of the World dis-empower us.
We can look at that world square in the eye and say yes these things have happened, But there is a Power Within us and maybe we can outgrow the need for War”.

Sue, you always project your love and dreams for Peace in every post. It’s just the way you are made. Your last comment above reminds me of some lines from an old song “if everyone lights just one little candle, what a wonderful world this would be”. It begins with one, one step, one candle, one word spoken. And the ending also begins with one, one shot fired, one angry word, one step taken in anger. We have the power to turn it all around if we can spread the light from each candle to at least one person, who will then spread it in turn to one person. But it always begins with one. I was out for a few hours today and noticed my behavior as an observer from time to time. When I made a conscious effort to extend love to others, the love spread. While emotions are temporary expressions. we do have to power to process them in healthy ways and choose love.

Yes, what we project comes back to us. I think there are times we are sad and need a listening ear or a bit of hope tossed back at us. Those who offer compassion to others need the same. Especially in times such as these we must be willing to send the love where needed…there are times those who give also need. We have to stop our own mini wars within families, with friends, and only then when enough of us bring Peace and Love back into our own lives, will the world then reflect back that Peace ..

I had not read that Book dear Doda, one maybe to look out for.. Yes we have to find our own missing pieces I agree, but we all have to also understand that we as individuals are all part of this Worlds Giant Jigsaw Puzzle.. we each of us slot in with other pieces… While ever there are those missing pieces, we cannot create a perfect picture… But I am at least satisfied for most part.. The perimeters are now completed, all we need now is to turn over the sleeping pieces which have their heads buried from what the Truth of this worlds Reality is.. When we get more to re-awaken from their slumber and see the ‘Bigger Picture’ of this world and its workings.. We then have a chance to connect them to the right place… First we have to awaken their HEARTS… Too long have we lived in Man Made Mind of Greed, and Possessions where we have put Profit before People… Change is happening.. And when we each take on that personal responsibility to love and Live from our hearts.. We progress, and grow..
Here’s to all seeds sown Dear Doda…. we can all scatter them and help them flourish..

Like you said Sue, connecting to the light within is the key, for all change must begin within each of us. If each of us were to heal even just our own pain, the collective energy radiating out would bring immense healing. It isn’t always an easy path, for the baggage we carry is heavy and wearisome, but taking the trip back home to the heart is well worth the effort. Beautiful post, Sue. Sure, there are horrible things happening right now, people suffering a lot, everywhere and for many different reasons… well, it is just “easy” to see that, we just have to turn on the tv and see the news. But I do think too that it is easy to spread the love and be optimistic with the little things life offers every day. As I read earlier this week, when we have a shelter, food and a few friends, we can consider ourselves very lucky.
Okay this post inspired me I guess!

All caring people have this problem and we all have our own way of coping with it.
My way works well for me that is why it is the main topic of my blog.
I realise one hat does not fit all people, but some protective shield is needed. The ideas I put forward may not be a complete cover for all.
If the hat does fit at all wear it.
Smiles do more good than tears in my opinion.
We can not all be mechanics, fixing the machinery, the grime and grease is too much for some. They are better in the garden they are like the lotus they flower best in mud and they are beautiful. Then there are the talented ones great with handy crafts and art. I love to see your art work and garden posts Sue.

I do believe in peace. However, when terrorism looms over one’s country, unfortunately, we have to be poised for retaliation. That, in turn is possible only if we are armed and ready.

Yes I totally understand that… If someone invaded my home with me in it.. I would do my best to protect me and my family.. Just as a Nation would..
What I was trying to convey in this post was that so many of us are caught up in the world mistrusting, fearful, and we are very quick to judge others or put labels upon them..
We only have to look at jealousies within families, or the fall outs we have with them and friends over silly things.. We then give our emotions power.. How then can we expect a world to show us peace… If we ourselves can not hold that Peace within us..
So what we give out in our Inner world reflects back in our Outer world.. When enough of us realise this the mass conciousness then will reflect peace and Harmony instead of Fear and conflict..
Yes we are a long way off.. But it all begins with ONE step.. For we are ALL One.. ALL Connected… 🙂

Yes I enjoy Gregg Braden’s philosophy and he has always made great sense to me.. When you look at blessings. Look into the Blessing of Food before we eat it.. And look into the teaching of Dr Emoto and water… and see the power of thought and word on the structure of water.. 🙂
