It is October now and as I promised that I would, I have completed another random act of kindness. I like to do smaller acts of kindness throughout each day, but I also carefully plan a more thoughtful random act of kindness each month.You only need to take a look at the Kindness Blog or The Daily Good to see how many beautiful people there are in this world. Their stories have inspired me to do even more good deeds. My mission is to bring as many bright smiles to my hometown and the whole world as I can.

Thanks Sue, I love Fluro’s story and her giving heart. I included her in my Awesome Stories. And I do have some reservations about her gift packages. I love to see that giving channeled in a different way.

Awe Brad, I missed that Awesome Story, SO pleased you did include her.. I know what you mean about reservations… But I see it as giving those who may not have change for the phone… In an ideal world we would wish those receiving the gifts would pass along.. But we know there are a lot of ‘takers’ out there.. But her pleasure was in the gift of giving.. And that is a wonderful gift.. 🙂

Lovely to see random acts of kindness replicated through the world. We don’t hear about them in the media because the media only portrays fear and disease and death as fear mongering = people clambering to buy newspapers and watch TV (profits) so we all need to get back to seeing more of this kind of thing to balance out all of that bad news. Random acts of kindness make you feel great about the world again, good about yourself and certainly make someone else feel better so it’s all good 🙂
