Nature Heals

Nature teaches us so much if we take the time to look. These last few days have been quite draining mentally in my day job. Supporting others especially those with learning difficulties and in mental health requires focus, patience and a balanced calm mind. So I needed some Space in Nature.

This week the tension on being on high alert needed to be grounded. So each evening I have been taking myself off to either hoe and weed in the allotments or go for long walks in nature. I took some photos along the way which I have added between the words of a poem I wrote on another sleepless night. Ironically as I finished penning the poem in my journal I glanced at the clock which said 3:33am .

The Signs are always there if we Look..  are you aware of numbers and their meanings..  Are you seeing Numbers in regular sequences? if so a good site I found is this one .  I have been seeing numbers in triplicate for many a year now, and to shed more light on this you can visit this site .

I looked up 333…in my Angel Numbers Book, and for your viewing you can find the meaning of 333 HERE  Ok so here is my Poem and if you click to the descriptions of the photos you can find out some recipe links to the berries and fruits .

Nature Heals

Sometimes when the world gets too much

As our inner mind chews over such and such

Take yourself off for a walk

When the doubts roll in

Creating that internal din

Take yourself off for a walk

Breathe deep that fresh clear air

Release your worries and the worlds despair

As you take yourself off for a walk

Observe all nature and how she grows

Pick wild berries from among the hedgerows

As you take yourself off for a walk

Release the tension with every stride

Hug a tree, let go of pride

As you take yourself off for a walk

Ask Mother Nature to let you see

All of her wonders created for thee

As you take yourself off for a walk

Look to the skies

At the Rainbow she supplies

As you take yourself off for a walk

Nature gives and Nature takes

Balancing ALL as she creates

As you take yourself off for a walk

View from the trail

View from the trail

Peace fills the mind as time as flown

Blending in Nature for you have grown

I so Enjoyed My Walk!

Hey there Friend!!! Thanks for the lovely walk we took 🙂 Great pics as always and nature provides so many goodies for us. Elderberry for winter colds and coughs is so good. Jellies, jams and fruit breads. It’s endless really what you can create. Thanks as always for sharing. Really was nice 🙂 This latest solar flare has been a real doozy!!! It’s had me twisted up six ways to Sunday. I’ll be glad for a break! Take care my dear and get some rest!!!! Blessings and love and hugs….VK

This is lovely, Sue, and we go for walks and hikes often, with and without our canine, Copper! My hubby is an avid hiker, backpacker and tree hugger, so he has rubbed off on me and has taught the kids a lot when they were little. Now it’s in their blood to love nature and the outdoors (along with technology :)). Your photos are beautiful, too! xxx

Hello I found you by googling and need to share important knowledge that could really help your research. 21 years ago I had a spontaneous astral projection where I was at the Great Wall of china, It was my 1st full clarity experience. I went into a passage in the wall and a guy talked to me. I just played along as I was thinking he was a figment of my imagination. But 2 weeks later our paths crossed in real life. I have more details on this amazing story and would like to share with you, as this lead me to even more discoveries, I have even walked amongst other people’s dreams.
And would love a conversation with regarding this.
Take care for now and hope you do contact me.

You could look in my blog in the history and find Dream same dream for more detail. Nice site you have by the way, it’s something I can relate with

Sums up how I feel at the moment…drained, sleepless nights…and so on…think I maybe slowly beginning to grapple back some sense of being in control of my own life but the mental batterings from certain people really upset the inner balance! It can be exhausting dealing with certain individuals at times. I hope I will be able to go on one of those walks you mentioned, over the weekend – everyone needs time to themselves and the calm of the new moon night will perhaps bring peace back into the chaos 🙂 Hope you feel somewhat rejuvenated at the end of the weekend 🙂 Wolfie hugs!

Hi Wolfie, its so good to see you and I have you on my to do list to comment upon those wonderful little fury new arrivals that I read in my email box….
The Solar flares have been affecting our moods too and those whose light is usually bright have been flagging as we have been drained mentally…
I hope you are right about the new moon, as I am on a late shift tomorrow night… so can do with some Calm! 🙂
I hope that you too soon feel brighter and more energised

Hope you’re right about the solar flares, sounds like we all need a break from them and cool calm breathing space to recharge the mood as well as the mind and body!! 🙂

Sue you have given in your poem superb advice. Also the accompanying photos.
I enjoyed the You Tube video Peace To All. I followed through to the other clips and had a pleasant peaceful interlude. Almost as good as a walk in nature
I did not spent much time on the numbers, not enough hours in my day.

Jack its always a pleasure to see your ‘Smiling’ face my friend, and yes I did a bit of experimenting to see if I could place a video in my sidebar, and I am pleased it caught your eye.. and it led onto other interesting ones…
I often find thats how my time here gets swept up as one click then leads to another and I have still to come back to moderate 😉
When the weather is nice I find it hard to be in front of a keyboard
      Enjoy your weekend 🙂

The weather is mostly nice where ever I go. Sunshine follows Pauline and I, can it be Kama? I am not that good but Pauline s wonderful perhaps it is hers. I know it is so addictive Google and You Tube. So make some time for your allotment garden. It is such a great way to enjoy mother nature. Thanks for the nice things you put on your blog. 🙂

Dear Sue….I can imagine that your work is very demanding. I too find that walks in nature help to pull me back into my body, into the moment, and out of my head. I have been seeing 2s and 5s in triplets a lot lately! Thanks for the beautiful poem!! Kim

I have to THANK YOU so much for this Video, I have seen many about Sacred Geometry but this was for me the best.. I got swept up in its beauty and message, and now sadly it says it no longer exists… as I saved to my lists too… Thankfully I managed to watch part One and two…. Last evening…. Many vids that hold such wisdom are being removed… Sad.. but we know as we gather the Light-workers via like mind that Light will over come… 🙂

Sue, lovely as always. It’s funny that you should post a poem and pictures about nature. I too just posted about nature as I am preparing to say goodbye to the carefree days of summer and now autumn. I have found hope in the ways in which nature is reclaiming the land that once was wild that the earth will restore itself after the damage we have done to it.

And what a wonderful post it was Lois, each Season holds its magic… We walked a path a few days back that when the children were small, some 30 yrs ago was a dirt track which you could drive a car down… the lane was closed to traffic and the path is now a very narrow footpath with brambles and nettles, and I loved it, despite getting stung through my trousers by the nettles.. 😉

Thank you, Sue. It’s always interesting to watch nature take back what belonged to it. Living near Lake Erie growing up, we could see the erosion from the water and since the park that leads to the beaches is protected land,no hunting, we could see so much of the wildlife that would otherwise be killed off. The number of cocoons there was amazing.

Enjoyed that post Sue, great pics of nature on display, had a look at the sequence of number 3,s, informative, I tend to see number plates on cars the gives me a memory of numbers that have been pertinent in my past, especially the sequence D445, a number from my Vietnam days, maybe something to do with my PTSD.

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love...
