Autumn Walks and Winter Warmers

Just a short little post, as I share my walk with you today.

Last of the leaves and Berries

Autumn colours are still beautiful even as the last of the leaves fall

Leave littered trail

Crisp under foot, each shape just perfect as the wind makes them swirl

Local woods

Walking in a circle that took me an hour,

With oak and beech that gave leafy showers.

Returning back home I began again to an knit

the mittens I had started to match my winter kit.

Fingerless Gloves

The hat and scarf I made a few weeks ago

And now I’m all ready for that Winter Snow!

One fingerless mitten to go

Hat and scarf

Stay warm, and remember we can achieve anything once we set our minds to it.. Once upon a time I couldn’t knit, once upon a time I found it difficult to walk as I suffered with chronic  pain and fatigue, Once we put our minds to it we can achieve our goals,

we can create better health…

Each of us have Will Power, in the coming future we are all of us going to be tested, So Put your minds to creating something better in your own world ..

The world may appear to be coming apart at the seams

But we are the ones who need to Sew it together with our thoughts.

KEEP CREATING A WORLD YOU WISH TO LIVE AND WALK SAFELY IN.

Pure and Simple is what Life was always meant to be.. its Mankind which has complicated Life with ownership control and greed… We only need to pause and look into Nature and see that beauty is all around us we just forgot to take the time to see…

Duma, you have captured it .. “”a worldthat is only a surface, that was never meant to be!””… Yes we got so lost in that Material, we have become so lost within our own reality when in fact Reality is nothing like that which we have created! …. Hope you are emerging stronger my friend?

I love it! I am a crocheter myself. Have not knitted in ages! The leaves have just begun to turn here. Everything is still red and orange (and green). The cool snap is coming in the next few weeks. (Close to 1C here tonight.)

I am looking forward to the fall weather, but not so sure I am ready for the winter just yet. I have never been much of a snow bunny 😉

Have a beautiful weekend, sweet Sue ❤

Still trying to get into the routine of writing again…it’s not coming very easily to me these days. I guess I’m preoccupied…

A beautiful verse which brought back to me the sheer carefreeness and pleasure of walking with nature. As our worries peel away, as our awareness of the “here & now” peaks.

Sue, your post also brought in another aspect. That of self sufficiency and the sheer joy of ‘ownership” of aspects of our lives we choose to create.

I feel enriched from this post, thank you.

I think Shakti, ‘Self sufficiency’ will become a way of being in many more lives shortly, as we will see we cannot possibly carry on in the same throw-away world we have created.. We not only throw away goods but we throw away our principles and values also… I hope that as we move through these exiting times of change my friend, our new -younger generation can learn from ‘Our’ mistakes and make a world brighter as they ‘peel away- the layers of illusion we have created my friend…

Blessings and best wishes to you and your lovely family, and I hope all things are Well in your world..

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love... May we each spread our Lights around our World....Sue Dreamwalker
