Below is a Poem I wrote last night, as I couldn’t sleep.. It reflected my day as looked out into my Garden as I looked at the wonderful rainbow colours of flowers. They filled my heart as I took in a deep breathe . I woke up with these Words repeating over and over in my mind, and Just had to reach for my journal to write them down.
The words I heard were this one sentence. ” HAPPINESS IS A STATE OF BEING ” and so the Poem was Born..
Happiness is a state of being
Look around at what I’m seeing
Shapes and colours of every hue
Natures Garden just for you

You needn’t look far in you want to find
A scent of perfume rare and grand
Just simply breathe in where you stand

Happiness is within every flower
Growing perfect hour by hour
Just being the best they can be
That’s Natures Gift for you and me

Happiness is the buzz of Bee
For without its work we wouldn’t see
Nature’s treasures multiply
We need its Buzz within our sky

Happiness lay in the drops of rain
To quench the land and life sustain
Happiness lay in the rays of the Sun
For without its warmth no life would be spun

Its right here for ALL to behold

The beauty is around us but most ppl cant see cos they run from here to there.
To do what ppl want them to do..

I think Jana flowers are here as Very special gifts. they give us so much pleasure in their beauty and colour and perfume.. And they give us their Ultimate Love.. for they Give their life, as we pick them to put into our vases, and we give them at our birth our birthdays anniversaries, weddings, to cheer some one who is sick, and we give them at our final farewells in remembrance.. Yes the Gift of Natures flowers Soothes Many a soul and cheers many a heart.. And Thank you Jana for returning and leaving your own footprint with a beautiful flower also.. 🙂 Sue xxx

Beautiful gardens DW !! I am impressed at what you have created. Most wonderful indeed. Very peaceful and meditative! And yes, how right you are about our happiness. It is all around us if we just open our eyes and pay attention. I think more and more are doing this now. It is part of the shift taking place. Yes, Happiness is a state of being, Sue. It’s not a destination, we don’t have to do anything to get there, it’s where we are. We only need to realise it, and be grateful for everything around us that shows us it! So, thank you, Sue, for reminding me once again!

Thank you Tom, yes we often forget the source of our own Happiness lays within the simple things of life.. I only have to walk into a hospital to know how blessed I am.. and I am doubly blessed to have such beauty surrounding me.. In Natures walks and birdsong, they are far more precious than any amount of $ or £’s Diamonds or Pearls.. Happy you enjoyed the photo slide show 🙂

Another great work from a spirit with insight.
It is saddening to hear that most don’t believe that such are miracles.

Ein schönes Gedicht vom Glück und sein,aber viel Menschen wiesen gar nicht mehr was Glück ist. This verse is pure happiness Dreamwalker. Happiness completes us. It makes us whole. What wonderful words you speak that restore and fill the heart.
