Changes
Today I haven’t as much time as I would like today.. so I am reposting a poem I wrote some time ago..
Many gathered yesterday to send our their unified thoughts of love and peace to the world, I had a wonderful meditation,as I felt the peace.. So too at other times around our world others have sent out their thoughts.. Thoughts for a brighter and more peaceful world.
Visiting Blogs around WordPress, I see many such thoughts sent out for Peace and Unity..
Together we can make a difference.. by uniting our thoughts in unity and love.
We all of us see the changes around us happening, and yet many do nothing, as we get caught up in the emotions of it all.. Often it comes out in moans and groans of our lot in life, and often it comes out in anger as we wage war with others who feel exactly the same as ourselves..
Well there is something you can do about it..
We Change the way we THINK….
Stop our Moaning, and start to see the Gifts we Do have..
appreciate the world around us, and those who are precious to us..
And use the power of our minds and Hearts
Only by living from our hearts will we change the world we wish to see our children inherit.
Look around the world, what do you see?
Changes coming thick and fast for you and me
Time that whizzes faster than the pendulum swings
Changes are upon us in everything.
I’m sure you’ll agree as you see the Climate change
How everyone comments the weather’s gone all strange
With fires and floods and almighty winds
Changing lives forever as chaos reigns
How many get caught within the game of Life
Embracing the negative that causes such strife
Video games that zap, bash, and kill
Nullifying minds and the Human will
Look around your world and look into the sky
Have you not seen what they spray from on high?
When was the last time you felt really well?
Come on now think! Are you Happy! Can you tell?
Changes are upon us in everything we do
Less Jobs, Higher Bills, Oh and let’s not forget the Flu
Listen well, Changes will never stop
Do you really understand what it is that we forgot?
Have you ever thought about changing the way you think?
Do you not see this is the missing link..
The poor me, the have not’s and the endless moans and groans
Have you not thought to change the record and alter your tone?
Get out of the rut and release the heavy load
That we all chose to carry along our different road
Look around your world what has changes for you?
Have you given up? Or got strong, what do you do?
Changes are a part that makes us move and grow
But we need to change the seeds that we all sow
Look on the bright side see your glass half full
Think brighter thoughts, cast away the dull
If we want the world to change then we all need to see
It starts right here, as we change both you and me.
So Change your thoughts and add a little light
And for once just trust everything will be alright.

Hold on to your hat DW as well as your car mirror, another flare left and is due to hit us hard….Get out the duct tape and tie yourself down. Great poem…Says it all very well indeed. Change should be the optimal word for 2012 cause we are going to be saying it a lot!!!!! VK 🙂

Sabina, thank you, yes that is where we should all try to make a start.. and that Sabina is sometimes one of the hardest things we do, but once we really look within ourselves and change our perpective and inner mantra’s we see how then it makes a difference in our lives.. 🙂

Great poem reflecting the current time and indeed we all need to change. Here in chch the eartquake has helped a bit. After the earthquake people hugged each other, communities became stronger, markets came up, people helping each other. Lots of good came forwards. So the good comes with the bad

HI Marja, yes unfortunately it is such events of such magnitude that pulls people together as we then remember our community spirit and start to pull together in Unity.. I think this is why the earth is shaking us awake in many respects as we have lost that Oneness, in which we were all meant to share.. I hope that the earth beneath your feet has settled a little now and no more shaking has been felt.. Although looking on the Earthquake monitors there was some out to sea around and about you recently.. Stay safe my friend xx

Its like when u undergo sad things u change in a way.
I became stronger and i remember words a lady priest said to me years ago.
u get strenght with the pains.and indeed u can absorbe a lot..and after u will find urself stronger and see and feel the beautiful moments ur having.

Yes that is so true chicasl10 it is sometimes only after going through our lowest ebbs of trails and tribulations that we see we have grown stronger for having experienced them.. so very true.. They make us apreciate our joyful moments all the more.. xx

Yes Vampire Weather, Change is deffinately in the air.. we need only go out into Nature and hear it… sense it… for they too are telling us that we have to Stop and listen within, and change our ways of living.. We need to start and live from our HEARTS!

Very good poem, Sue.
A quote I use often is ‘if you don’t like something, change it… if you can’t change it, change the way you think about it.” Which really sums up the idea of change actually coming from within.
I moan about a lot of things, but I know that if I alter my thoughts to the better (even slightly) on what causes me to moan, I can feel better about it. A change I need to make within myself is to start having these thoughts more often! 😀

Hi Tom, yes if we alter our perspective on how we look at things, and change our thought patterns, and instead of seeing the negative look for the positive outcomes its amazing how suddenly it puts a whole new look on things.. Hi Eddie, yes if we were only to once again blend with Nature and understand ALL of lifes answers are held within… We would see that our connections with the world although have speeded up with such devices as the internet , we have grown futher apart in our senses as we have forgotten our basic insticts of using our intuition and tools of the mind.. Change stops on the outer shell of our humanness when we no longer realize we do not and never did need the takings of this material world.Were we look within and begin to understand that each and everyone of us is like a universe,
Were the synapses of our minds are like stars emitting the most important truth we need to re remember.
We look inwards as well as it tells us there was no need to change,just to merge with the same life as is all around us and when we merge with it ,it does the same back.Symbiosis of the consciousness and we realize finally we needed very little change.And we needed very little of the same material world we created..
The flow of positive grains of these truths imbedded within are the ones that begin to tell us that change is not about the change we “think” we understand.
It is the change with in my friend Sue..of course you know this already..

Yes I know this already My lovley Friend Lorrena, But you put it so eloquently. It’s a little like breathing, once we understand that all life breathes as one.. This amazing planet which has so been designed is now balanced on the In breath.. and its waiting for us ALL to Breathe Out.. 😉 For Life is a Perpetual Spiral turning in and out on itself. It is now waiting holding its breath as we make that Change.. 🙂

A beautiful poem an analogy to what is happening all around us now. It is speeding up, I have noticed we are becoming synchronized as if pieces of an old watch or clock. 😀
I too have noticed around WP people writing about the same kind of things, different ways and words. Almost as if we are in sync. Which is a vital key to it all, I am sure. For everything on this Earth of ours and continuing throughout the Universe is in sync. We fall out of sync with all the energies that block our “instinctual antennas”.
We are living in an exciting era of being…glad to be here and know you are there!

Yes synchronicity is starting has always been there, its only as we become more aware that we see how it plays its role.. When we get intune more with that which surrounds us, we see how everything refects and holds meaning.. We have long ago fallen out of Sync with our natural abilites and forgotten how to use our intuition.. and so our connection with each other and nature have been lost ..
