Planting Seeds.

Its that time when we now start to plant our seeds in the ground in our gardens and We have started putting seeds into the compost in the greenhouse ready to start spouting to plant out in the allotment we have.

Recently it was told to me that in order for our seeds to know what to give to us as individuals in the form of nourishment, when planting the seeds we should hold them within our mouths for a short while while and let our DNA gets working on them..

All very easy if you say have Peas to plant, but not so easy with the fine seeds lol and especially not if they are coated in the Chemicals now-a-days to make them germinate.

But what ever we do need to start and think about growing and planting our own seeds, if  not in the Garden then in the minds of others too. For in life we all of us are like seeds .. setting our roots down, growing and learning. Sometimes drifting on the breeze of life and getting caught among the thorns. And being washed up on some barren land, feeling alone and lost.. While others seem to thrive and grow strong, holding up their proud heads full of colour and life.

We all  need nourishment to keep us going, And I don’t just mean food and water, we need the right conditions to grow.. We need the balance of our emotions, Love,Harmony, and to feel wanted..

Why do you suppose those plants which some say have green fingers seem to grow better.. Because Plants too are living and breathing, full of consciousness like you or I, they too Feel the love given to them and respond accordingly.

The same laws that govern the growth of plants oversee our own internal and external changes. We observe, consider, work, and wonder, tilling the soil of our lives, planting seeds, and tending them. Sometimes the hard part is knowing when to stop and let go, handing it over to the universe. Usually this happens by way of distraction or disruption, our attention being called away to other more pressing concerns. And it is often at these times, when we are not looking, in the silence of nature’s embrace, that the miracle of change happens.

And its at these times when we are not looking, when we find ourselves enjoying the blooms it offers and wondering when  that happened, and how we didn’t notice it. Nature has infinite patience and stays with a thing all the way through its life.

This doesn’t mean that our efforts play no part in the miracle of change they do. It’s just that they are one small part of the picture that finally results in the flowering of a plant, the shifting of a relationship, the softening of our hearts and when the healing begins.

So too we sometimes do not notice the changes within our selves, or the circumstances that are placed in front of us in order to help us grow and change.. We are so busy caught in the experience of it, it may not be until we look back how we came to be here in this place we now bloom..

Change is happening in my life right now.. A change I have in some ways resisted and yet I know deep within that Its the only way I will grow.. I have to learn to be like that seed, And trust in the Miracle of Life and embrace that which is shifting within my own being and trust in that Universal Plan of Life.

To Let Go… and Grow…

What a most beautiful posting and I cannot believe that I am the first to add something here, you have described the wonder of life itself, covered the spectrum of continuation nurtured and shown what encouraged growth in all of its wonder means to us, not just in the seeds of time but also in the abundance of plant life that we all share.

The very essence of humankind, richness of knowledge and the great learning curve that affects us all as we grow, gaining the knowledge of the world around us and enjoying the inner strengths of our being as we tread the path of life.

Indeed there is much to learn as we ponder the beauty of our Earth, and I am pleased to be commenting on such a wonderful portrayal of life within all of its authenticity.

A very nice addition to your Space Sue Dreamwalker…

Thank you Androgoth, and for being the First :-), Yes we all to often do not see the comparision of our trials and tribulations in growing, bending with the flow of life, and gaining strength to florish and bloom in the Gardens of our own making.. Each step is a step that teaches us something, even if at times we may seem as if we step in the Mud, Without the rain too the crops do not grow.. All teaching us molding us upon our pathway… Have a Nice Sunday Andro ..

Chilli yes Ian, now those seeds HOT HOT!… lol…I think more people need to start and think about growing our own Veggies.. They are always far more tasty… And we would need to look at saving seeds from plants and buying organic seeds not those that have been tampered with.. Alot of trouble some may say, but Very rewarding..

Hello ~Dreamwalker~ Happy Mother’s day to you.

Nothing delights me so, as to watch Nature at work. To think that the most simplest of acts as planting a seed, can produce something so beautiful as a flower, fascinates me so !
But there exists a dark side to the growing of flowers and food for the plate.
“The pest’s” It is a constant battle against these fellows, and so once again the parallel between good and evil is drawn.
For the beautiful good to bloom in a persons heart, the ugly bad must be controlled. This battle must be fought constantly during our own development, as we pass through the garden of our life. In order to enhance our own inner beauty one must control our own Natural pests, that lurk deep within the far corners of our uncared for hearts and minds.
Good luck with your “new beginings”

Thank you Kenny.. you have discribed that so well my friend, yes we all have our Shadows and Dark Spots in which at times nothing seems to grow, It just need a little attention and some TLC and if we allow the ‘Light’ in the Soil of our being we can once again become that fertile place of development .. And I had a Brilliant Mothers Day 🙂

Your knowledge and your inner light has made you a gardener of the human consciousness my friend.
That in itself is like the lonely vine that rolls across the ground and climbs and weaves about ,going ever higher.Searching for the highest place before unfolding its flower for the world to see.
    That is you my friend.

For a Garden needs many flowers to bloom and I count you among one of the many who visit here who adds their own colour and brightness to my pages.. Take care… 🙂

the cycle of life in gardens and area around them never cease to amaze me. nature is helped or hurt by human action. the results are obvious

    we need the Earth.
the Earth does not need us.

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love... May we each spread our Lights around our World....Sue Dreamwalker
