Driving the Nails Home.

There once was a child who had a bad temper.
His Father gave him a bag of nails   and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the back of the fence.

The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence.
Over the next few weeks, as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily
gradually dwindled down. The boy discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to
drive those nails into the fence.

Finally the day came when the boy didn’t lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper.

The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone.
The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence.
He said, ‘You have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence.  The fence will never be the same.

When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one.  You can put a knife in a man and draw it out.  It won’t matter how many times you say “I’m sorry,” the wound is still there.

Angry words are just like that.

They leave holes in others.

The Cycles of Life.

Cycles Of Life.

Most of us believe that we have some purpose in life, and many are still searching for that purpose that feeling of belonging, of feeling complete.

All of us are evolving, Like our land and the seasons we travel in cycles, with spurts of growth when we bloom, we have our rest periods and times when we have to weather the storms. And even if the storm ravages the land, given time it will bloom once again.

Many are now awakening from the their Dormancy and are Awakening  to their purpose in life. Many are awakening, and as yet do not realise it, and so are Seeking  answers, trying to find their niche in life.  And through this process are unearthing feelings, and emotions causing them to have a personal Crisis and so feel that Chaos is around them.

I liked a term used to describe the Chaos we face as ‘Faulty Wiring’ in a house, When our circuitry becomes overloaded and then these faults become activated Imagining our energy system to be liken to that of a faulty wired house. Whilst there were only a few lights turned on, you didn’t know you had a problem, But when you turned on more lights, more circuits were activated, and this caused you to ‘Blow a Fuse’ when this happened it can manifest as an emotional problem or an illness. This stage requires you to seek help and take action.

But once this stage of Chaos is reached and we overcome the fears maybe then we can set out on our next path upon our journey in Life .. As we Follow our Visions of the future and pull to us our wants and desires. Becoming then a Pioneer exploring our visions putting into practice our Dreams,

Once you see your Life’s plan and you put your plan into action and things start to come together its then you move into the next stage of being a Lightworker

Many times I have been called a Lightworker, and many come to me seeking answers, as they go through their own Chaos stage.. But what if.. Once we reach this stage of being called a ‘Lightworker’ we don’t have all the answers, we may have read all the books, we may have floated off in our meditations.. But we don’t have all the answers, The challenge here is to realise that we too need to continue on our own evolution, our own cycle of evolving.. And so once more through the cycles of Awakening we once again notice the coincidences, the synchronicities where we question yet again..  saying ‘ Why do things have to be this way?’ and ‘Who says it has to be this way’.. and your mind once again becomes confused as you go Seeking your answers. and on and on it goes…For ever going around in circles..

I Liked what I read in a magazine the other day, it was about the Chaos stage of our lives.. I went through this stage many years ago having had a nervous breakdown and having to have 6 months off of work. I liked how they said that this is the stage that brings the biggest opportunity for growth, as it described,

“Pain is just weakness leaving your body, Problems reveal resources you didn’t know you had…. Chaos is a sign that you need to make changes, inside yourself and in your life. Problems just show you what you need to work on, and are signs that you have blocks that need to be released. When these blocks are release, you will reintegrate your life at a higher order.

New channels, psychic centres, chakras and energy centres will be opened when these blocks are released. When they do you will become a Visionary. You will receive your messages and guidance from sprit. You are always receiving them, but don’t always know it. A word often used for this stage is often[Breakdown] People say they [had a breakdown] and that’s exactly what they have had, But it’s not a breakdown of their lives, it is a breaking through of their barriers. The danger at this stage is that is that your crisis prevents you from taking every action you need to get out of the crisis—- End Quote..

I took action when my circuits got overloaded many years ago with workload and personal problems I sought help.. and I changed my career path.. But I didn’t change it enough, I swopped one stress load for another one, Until 6yrs later I had another Crisis, But this time instead of my Mental Breakdown, My body broke down, and My FMS came into Full force in a mighty way rendering me at one point of hardly being able to climb the stairs. Resulting in 6mths off work yet again..

I Listened though, and I changed my career path, to the one I am in at the present.

Maybe I need to heed the Signs and Listen……..To the next Awakening!

All of us are going through cycles, Such is evolution, at which stage are you at?

The 7 Stages of Evolution

There are seven stages to personal and spiritual evolution.

Stage 1 – Dormant:
There is nothing more than this. Ignorance is bliss.

Stage 2 – Awakening:
You notice a change both in yourself and in others. You have a sense of being different. You experienced raised awareness, increased self awareness and undergo an awakening.

Stage 3 – Seeker:
You start to seek out new knowledge, new philosophies and new understanding. You try different therapies, or healing. You read books and go on courses.

Stage 4 – Chaos:
You experience a personal crisis. Problems arise. You face financial loss, physical illness, or challenging relationships. This effects of this stage can be avoided or minimised – find out how our e-book.

Stage 5 -Visionary:
You begin to develop some very alive talents. You start to channel, or have visions. You receive inspiration and wisdom of a new higher order. You get a “calling” to bring changes to the world.

Stage 6 – Pioneer:
You ground your calling. You become a way-shower and pioneer new ways of living, thinking and being. You make very real changes in the world. You put your vision into action.

Stage 7 – Lightworker:
You are a model of excellence a real leader. You become a power to be reckoned with and are

Until … the cycle starts again and takes you to the next level.

Where are you in the cycle?

A walk in the Forest.

Although I live in a Town I am very lucky that I am surrounded by wonderful countryside within a short driving distance.

One such place upon my doorstep is Sherwood Forest.. A Place where legends of Robin Hood are set… When My Son was a young boy he would play in these woods with his bow and arrow, fighting unseen Sheriff of Nottingham’s men and at that time many years ago you could climb and walk into the gap of the Major Oak.. Today things have changes and the Mighty Oak is now fenced off and protected, supported by huge poles and strong wires.  And it now has a Visitors Centre with shops, Cafe’s and now thousands of visitors each year.

To give you an idea of the size of this tree that has had its age put around  800 to a 1,000 years old. It has a girth of over 35ft and a height of around 53ft today.

Below is a link that can explain and show you better than I can the details of this wonderful Tree..

Trees are like my friends they support me when I am low, The give me air to breathe and they provide me shelter and fuel

and I very often tell them all my woes!.

You can see the Sherwood Forest in my Album.

I hope that you enjoyed your walk around Sherwood Forest.

Tears and Tides

Today I have been feeling a little out of sorts as my FMS is playing me up. So I was browsing around photobucket and came across this picture so I have just made up a little poem that perhaps reflects a melancholy mood today.

But Moods pass as does the flare-ups of FMS.

I hope you enjoy?

The Tears and Tides

I feel the rhythm of the tide

As my tears I try to hide.

And dropping to the Ocean floor

My tears of salt are mixed once more.

The Moon so bright a love so true

I know my moon you see it too.

Through distance and time you came to me

We shared a life before you see.

Where rainbows, they have no end

Where Angels sing and love they send

A love so pure, but oh so brief.

And now I’m lost alone in grief.

Reflecting now I see my face

Tearstained, needing your embrace.

I look to the stars, I look to the Moon

My love, my love, I will be with you soon.

I take the plunge with one deep breath

And into your arms, I fear no death.

For then my tears and ocean are one.

Together forever, you’re shining Sun

And Rainbows we will once more see

As hand in hand you’ll come to me.

Walking meadows in heavenly bliss

As once again I feel your kiss.

Lonely Young Man

Lonely Young Man.

This Poem I wrote around 15 yrs ago, When our young Children in Society  were just starting to experiment with solvents  for drugs.. I wrote it after seeing a headline in the paper of how a young lad had died after sniffing lighter fuel. Today they have exchanged solvents for hard core drugs.

Today many of the youth  still seem to have no direction. Street crime is on the increase, and this week another young man has lost his life as knife crime in teenagers is rampant.. It seems to be the in thing to carry knives, be in a gang, or take drugs. Steal cars, and Joyride.

I don’t know what the answers are…. But there must be many children out there who are homeless, confused, abused and lonely, as well as all the hardened young criminals who steel and rob people to supply their addictions a spiral easily led into, yet so hard to escape from …..

We as a society have to take responsibility too.. For we create the conditions that in many ways enhances the actions of violence.. via glamorising violence in films and TV.. fast cars and advertising.

We as parents   are guilty, for we give and give to our children, and they expect more and more. We are guilty too for not paying attention perhaps to our children, whose only need in life is to be loved.

As a government we are guilty, for the do- gooder’s  sometimes can’t see the wood for the trees. I know from my own upbringing, how if any of us were caught scrumping the village Bobby would catch us telling us off and if anyone was cheeky would get a quick reprimand.. Then taking us back to our parents, who would dish out another quick slap around our ears.

Laws change, and are put into place with the best intentions to protect our children,

But all of the laws that are put in place, will still not stop child abuse of one form or another.. It still goes on behind closed doors..

Our Children are our tomorrow, what sort of a Future are we witnessing?… And what sort of a Future are we creating for them?

Drizzling, grey, damp and cold

A bench in the park sits a child alone.

Head bent in jeans, sad and dejected

Defiant, hurt, lost and rejected.

Feet with umbrellas hurrying home

No time to notice who sits alone.

Head bent in jeans, with aerosol can

Tearstained, glazed, lonely young man.

Tired and alone, empty and confused

Away from reality, no longer abused.

Head bent in jeans, deep breaths getting high.

Hysterical fighter pilot, now rules the sky.

Drizzle stops, the sun breaks out.

Umbrellas down, a woman’s voice shouts.

Head bent in jeans, crowds gather, sirens blare.

All just too late to show that they care.

We blame T.V. for the crime and violence

Adult’s creation for the viewing adolescence

Head bent in jeans just followed the flow.

With no sense of purpose or direction to go.

Our values in life have all gone astray

We need to guide and protect, our children today.

Head bent in jeans, life’s harshness was dealt.

We need the balance of discipline and love to help.

For who can they turn to, when in need?

Its not money or gifts, but affection they greave.

Head bent in jeans just craved for attention.

He needed our love, our trust, and our protection.

We’ve got to realise, it’s our responsibility

To set the examples to give them dignity.

Head bent in jeans, never had that chance.

So communicate, don’t hide in ignorance.

For the children of today, are the adults of tomorrow.

To love and protect, to keep them from sorrow.

Head bent in jeans was just one of a few,

Pray to God it never happens to you.

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love... May we each spread our Lights around our World....Sue Dreamwalker
