The Wind

The Wind.

Where do you come from oh gentle breeze?

Stirring and rustling above in the trees.

So gentle and mild my face you caress

Sweet and refreshing inhaling your breath.

You play with my hair, and the leaves you make dance

Everything about you  I take in at a glance.

You gather your strength you show us your might.

A battle now rages, and with you I fight.

The branches up high in protest do moan.

While I struggle on forward to battle alone.

From where do you come, and where so you go?

As always you put on a magnificent show

You creek and you groan and howl and screech

And your disruptive powers take away my speech.

Your invisible strength that holds so much power

What can I learn from you in this hour?

What lessons to me do you bring?

With your voice that is silent, then next a raging.

Dormant and calm in all you do hide

It just needs momentum to bring to our side.

The power of nature we will never beat,

But without you we could never be complete.

I love your poem, "The Wind", nature expresses itself as humans do, only nature\’s voice is heard, differently to each human being that encounters it\’s expression. The wind with all it\’s fury at one moment, to it\’s gentle caress at another. The wind is fleeting here and then gone!

when you think about it we take so much for granted.  things that we need so much, some things that can cause devastation but also bring much joy xx  Only last night, sat on the sofa, I turned the telly off and put the room in complete darknessxx but i always have my back curtains open and the clouds parted revealing the moon.  white clouds were blowing past and i didnt realise, i must have sat there watching for 30mins before i realised.  it was just so beautiful xx

Each of us, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward.. I hope that I can send a few ripples out via the web of life, as we each of us weave the threads together... Welcome to my Sanctuary of Peace and Love... May we each spread our Lights around our World....Sue Dreamwalker
