    Hi Sue – i am not on fb- i would love to sign your guestbook – i am blind – not totally – but 20/400 ….and facebook really messes with my eyes – all it’s changes – and the apps and all that . i was for a long time – but it changed – and my eyes changed . long story .
    so i wanted to say that Blessings and Love . and My totem animal i believe is the wolf – i have been told that by many mystics and psychics –
    i am an empath and i think i found you because i needed to …

    I was lucky – the rain stopped before I had to go shopping and we had a beautiful sunset with lots of pink, orange and red so it was really wonderful! :)

    Yes, better rain than no water!!! :)

    Yes, and with Iran trying to get Nuclear Weapons and the threat to close the straits of Hormuz which will choke off 80% of imported oil we are finally looking at the beginning of the end game.

    No doubt hun – we’re going to see another war fought by countries that can ill-afford the expense over OIL yet again.

    America has good reserves still in the ground so will be able to drill for more, but it will take ten years to increase yields to the point that they are self sufficient so the threat of War will continue until somebody pushes the wrong button and add fuel to the flames.

    Have no doubt hun – we’re facing a VERY real threat to everything and eveyone on the planet because Armenadinnerjacket is power mad and willing to do anything to increase his power over the world…

    Unfortunately my sperm donor (he is not fit to be my father) has declared his intent to kill me on sight for daring to speak about his crimes – he has been ostracised by our entire family apart from my youngest brother Keith who had to forgive him at his wife’s insistence because they are ‘born again’ Christians.

    Today he insists he cannot understand why we ALL hate him because he’s never hurt anyone in his life!

    A clear conscience requires a conveniently flexible memory…

    Yes, hate is a powerful and negative emotion, one that consumes much of those who taste its bile.

    I no longer hate my sperm donor, I just despise the evil little man who did so much harm his entire family – siblings included – rejected him, only one forgiving him because he had no choice and still call himself Christian.

    Should my sperm donor finally kill me it won’t be because I did something criminal, but because I have spoken of his criminal acts.

    In dying at his hands I’ll condemn him to life in prison, so I almost look forward to it…

    Hi Sue! :)

    I’ve had a lot of experience with druggies, thieves and drunks – all bad.

    Doug was the last person I tried to befriend and he set about trying to dominate me and intimidate me as well as try and bully me into a sexual relationship, threatening suicide every time he didn’t what he wanted, so I kicked him into touch.

    Tony has had a visit from one of our drug dealers runners and Doug came out of there stoned out of his mind.

    I’m not blind, I’m not stupid, but these people seem to think anyone who gives them a helping hand is a mug, so I’m keeping Doug and Tony at arms length…

    It snow most of the day yesterday, and is still snowing this morning. Surprisingly, there really it not too much that has stuck to the ground, though there is some.
    Keeping warm inside… my pup too (cuddles into my lap under her blanket). You stay warm too, Sue.

    It’s had its moments, but it is good to make some genuine progress! :)

    I’ve been avoiding going out this week, but tomorrow I have to go get my blood tested which I’m not looking forward to…

    It reached -15′C last night, but I left my heating on overnight… :)

    Thanks for the well wishes – things here have escalated.

    Doug has gone to the Job Centre with a flick knife so he can slash his wrists in front of them should they cut his benefits again – as they have already done once because he was unable to walk to the Job Centre thanks to his drinking problem.

    All I can do is wait and see what the results will be, because Doug is in a deep hole and has started to dig…

      There is nothing you can do there Prenin.. His choices, his Life..And his hole… we can only help so far, the rest is up to those who wish to help themselves.. I know… working among many such cases its hard.. But many just need attention and I doubt he will harm himself… He may get some medical help though as he sounds as if he is still in need of that… Look after you! ~ Sue

    I kicked him into touch last month and now he’s back looking for attention and sympathy where there is none to be had.

    I refused to help him any more, but one act of kindness and he’s back sucking on me like a leech…

    I had one outstanding episode of arrhythmia so I checked the fruit juice I normally buy as a treat from ‘Iceland’ and it too contained Aspartame – I have a bottle of Aspartame I bought to aid weight loss and it’s now sat in my cupboard waiting to be thrown out…

    I have read a lot about Aspartame and had my doubts – they wouldn’t sell poison to us surely???

    But oooh YEAH they do! :(

    I had a sweaty time shopping – when I got home my T shirt and underwear went straight in the wash basket!!! :)

    It was a good day my friend, but the video didn’t come out too well – lack of practice with the camera being the main problem.

    Good experience comes from bad experience! :(

    The pain was something else – it hasn’t been that bad in ages, but I was on my feet for about two hours!

    Hope we see a week of sunny weather here and plenty of rain for the South and East of the country – they have drought warnings for twelve areas!

    I appreciate the cosmic hug, thank you. I’m not sure what you mean when you say you couldn’t find my recent post. Can you see any of my posts? Now I’m a little baffled. However, it wasn’t very long, it could easily get lost in the essays i have posted. I guess I go from one extreme to the other; I’m very good with short poetry. I don’t know why I even try to flesh them out. My brevity is just intense, and I suppose I should just accept that. I used to be proud that I could write something so powerful in so few words; then I see people write these long poems and I wish I could do that. In any case, thank you.

      The poem in question what came into my email box 2 days ago now was called ‘Loneliness’ and only around 4 lines or so long..     Who knows, I’m one of those people who edits online. They always look different when you put them online. Yes, it was or is only four lines. Although, I admit, it was being kind of stupid. I trying to link it to FB but nothing would come up. It may simply have been WP. I used one of Soul’s images, he has such a great blog, and I linked it back to his pages. :)

    The cough is getting better and I’m not coughing up as much stuff as before – another couple of days and I should have it beat! :)

    Janice wants me to go to church tomorow, but I’m still pretty much beat so no excitement for a week! :)

    I must admit being ill has taught me the value of patience – and I’m now down to 106Kg, so there has been a silver lining to the cloud! :)

    400+ emails?!! WOW!!! LoL!!! :)

    I had over 200 today as Posky got Freshly Pressed, so I’ve been deleting his comments instead of reading them! :)

    I use a battered portable washing machine as I don’t have space for a proper one. :)

    Getting your clothes ruined is no joke though… :(

    I slept Sunday day and was up at 2am, but that’s no problem as I enjoy quiet nights! :)

    I know I had been silent this last week. My best friend took ill and passed away recently. I had been experiencing one emotion after another this last week and had decided to get off that rollercoaster ride and just celebrate her life. You know, I think that day you came by to give me a hug is what prompted me….thank you.

      I thought so, that i felt you were ill.. but now I can see why.. I am sure that is what she would have wanted a celebration of her life.. I know how it feels to lose a Best friend.. I lost mine some years ago to the Big C.. and we had so much fun together shopping and laughing…. I often get left a sign from her.. She painted also, and her art still hangs upon my walls as she would paint on silk and make birthday cards etc.. We bought a little Hummingbird together, which is made of glass.. and that hangs upstairs.. but I have a small one which sticks onto the hall mirror.. When ever she wants to grab my attention you can be sure the humming bird does a dance to the floor.. :-) .. Your friend may be no longer here, but Believe me she can and is still connected to you, and wouldnt want you feeling grief for too long… Hugs to you Deb. ~Sue

        I’m glad I talked with you about this. I feel so much better for it. I’m also sorry to hear you lost your best friend too. I can honestly say, I know how that feels.     Yes, four of my friends were hacked so I’m now on the hotmail sh*t list.

    All I can do is keep passing on these emails to the good guys and hope to get them blocked! :(

    I managed to rest for an hour and that cleared my head – it’s the long hours I spend bent over my keyboard writing that are the problem…

    Yes, sleep is a problem, but I manage! :)

    Tomorrow is a shopping day so I have to be up for that…

    The stories I’ve been posting have a lot of bad memories for me as I really feel for these poor kids because of all I went through when I was a child.

    Sometimes these stories bring back some VERY bad memories…

    Unfortunately we cannot ignore them and pretend they don’t happen – all we can do is make sure those closest to us are safe.

    Apparently all the girls that were targeted were already damaged and vulnerable, but even when complaints were made to the Police they were ignored.

    I’m always glad to visit Sue, you are a beautiful person! :)
