Upon this road our challengers we meet
No path is easy beneath our feet
We rise or fall within each step
We laugh and cry as along we’re swept
~
Some are strong while others are weak
But each experience brings what we seek
For within the valleys come mountains tall
We chose this path, one and all
~
I could cry and just give in
To drown in rivers instead I swim
Yes sometimes the currents are strong
As we let emotions carry us along
~
But life on Earth can be such joy
As we let go of the fearful ploys
That twist the mind our thoughts to cloud
For I AM Eternal I shout out loud
~
And while others crouch in fear
I will smile and wipe away my tears
For Love and Light is the stronger Force
And I’ll walk my road to stay the course.

Ruth, thank you, Yes so many can feel alone in the world, thinking their problems are insurmountable .. But when we look around we see we are not so different.. Each have our Dreams, our Hopes, and we each carry our loads … We may not know what is around the next bend…And to be honest I would not wish to know.. So all we can do is walk together hand in hand and share and give comfort to one another.. When we do this together the journey takes no time at all.. And we look back and together we have rounded many bends.. We are never alone.. We are One.. xox

Nearly all my poetry comes that way Lois.. it just flows, hardly ever do I correct or alter a line.. Yet if I sit in the day to write I am crossing out and thinking of words to rhyme .. So I always think I am being helped in my creation during the twilight hours, for their messages are always heartfelt.. Thank you Lois for your lovely compliment.. 🙂 x
